Lack of information about hotel facilities

We loved our stay in LemonTree, my friends were traveling from the Philippines and they kept telling me how safe and secure they felt here. And, they also were very happy with cleanliness. It was convenient to travel around, as it is very close to freeway.

It’s clean and the location is good, but it was difficult to find the correct hotel on Uber, got lost a little bit. Quiet as well. Good air conditioning
Front desk service need some polishing up.

I must commend you on your exceptional talent for marketing. The way you sold the stay as a luxury experience was truly a work of art. Your website and promotional materials painted a picture of opulence and comfort that, sadly, turned out to be a masterpiece of fiction.
The range in breakfast was the only saving grace. But even there the quality was average.
a) Room Size – I was thrilled to have booked a room that could supposedly accommodate three people. Little did I know that the only for two people and a third bed would be added as is the standard practice. Perhaps consider adding a disclaimer that the room is suitable for Hobbits or garden gnomes.
b) Extra Bed – Ah, the pièce de résistance! The extra bed you provided was a marvel of modern discomfort. I never knew a mattress could have the consistency of a pancake left out in the rain. Sleeping on it felt like participating in an extreme sport, and the only medal I earned was a sore back that persisted throughout the entire next day. Bravo on your commitment to providing a truly unique and spine-tingling experience.

Good staff
Rooms are not sound proof. You can here the people walking in the corridor and furniture movement noise from adjoining rooms.
Also the pillows are old and not comfortable.
3.7
Friendliness and helpful mindset of staff
That the package split out breakfast, swimming, gym. This is not the case for any other hotel I have experienced before. The payment for shuttle car was done at the lobby and we were told the car is waiting outside but it was not in place when we went out of the hotel and had to wait for minutes before it could arrive and there was a bit of confusion by the staff outside on where the car is.
3.7
Breakfast spread was very good. The staff managed the New Year Eves crowd very efficiently and with a smile. 5 stars for the banquet staff
Cleanliness of the restaurant sofas
3.7
Perfect location for transit.
Little overpriced compared to other hotels nearby and the amenities provided. However a good stay to consider.

Reception response was good when I was misleed for my booking they have responded and provided room
Some one is taking booking in on line Fake bookings and collecting money which you are not bothered for this I have also paid for this.

I stayed for 4 nights. What I noticed is that the breakfast buffet has good options. The room service was super fast. I ordered food and the food was delivered within 15 minutes, which was very fast and quick, that is what I like the most about the property.
I didnt like the cleanliness of room. I checked in the room no. 530. The bed sheets were not changed, the previous guests might have used it. Also the bathroom had water marks everywhere. I am not staying in some lodge, its not accepted from Lemon Tree and when you are paying such a high price. It doesnt matter to me, whether its peak season or off season, Or they should say we are sold out. Dont offer the room with soiled bed sheets and not properly cleaned washrooms.
Also the staff behavious and training is very poor. After I highlighted the incident no one senior from the team tried to contact with me to discuss and listen to the problem, I had to ask for the duty manager then I was connected with her. Then she changed my room.
Once I was waiting for the elevator at the lobby. Tires and exhausted, it doesnt matter whether I was tired or not but still. The elevator arrived and the hotel staff arrived later than I was waiting there and entered the elevator and did not even have the courtesy to ask or wait for me, he close the door and went to his floor. Its basic courtesy and manners in Hotel industry that you ask the guests politely.
Even the service by the Citrus cafe staff and team was very very poor. Disappointing.
Also I called and spoke to the reception that I will be checking out in 30 minutes please keep my Invoice ready, still the invoice with supportings was not kept ready. I had to wait for 30 minutes. What is the use of me calling then?
The training and grooming of the staff was mediocre.
The managers also needs to learn where they are working, they are not working in Raju Lodge, Mahesh Lodge or Rajesh Lodge?
its a 3/4 star hotel.

I liked the staff’s behaviour
Bed linen, room quality & quality of room supplies. Nothing was premium, just ordinary
3.7
Hotel is hard to find. The address seems to be incorrect as the taxi drivers had a hard time finding the hotel. The people at the reception are very inefficient and it took them a very long time to get us checked in. We arrived at the hotel 2 hours before check in time and were not given room until almost 3 hours later.
The hotel is mediocre for the price that they are charging. You are better off staying at Leela or Lalit for the same price. The rooms are small and the tea kettle provided in the room was not working and was burnt at the bottom.

Wifi was not ready at the time of the check in. I had to wait for a couple of hours.

Everything was amazing right from the stay to food. No complains.
the receptionist with the specs who works in the night shift needs to get her attitude right. because i can see the way she handles the customer at reception is not appropriate as myself asked for something and got reply with a weird face from her.
3.7
Immaculate rooms, very well looked after building overall. Honestly the pictures are what you see if not better (27/02/23).
all went really well… staff can be slow with few things but it got done so can’t complain..
