Rooms ok but staff not trained to handle guests

Hotel emailed and called us saying to pay 25% saying the booking is tentative and subject to availability of rooms, we had to pay to reserve our rooms. At the time of the check-in we were made to pay the balance but no invoice provided and every time we were passing the reception, they asked us if we had paid. It was so embarassing when asked again and again.

Rooms ok but unprofessional service from staff.

Just ok

Hotel emailed and called us saying to pay 25% as the booking is tentative and subject to availability of rooms, we had to pay to reserve our rooms. At time of the check-in they made to pay the balance and said we have booked Single room although we had booked Premium Double rooms. Not sure what rooms they gave us but the room had only one towel and we had to ask for the second towel. No invoice provided and every time we were passing the reception, they asked us if we had paid. We had 2 international guests and I was embarrassed in front of them as they had requested me to do the booking and was wondering why we are asked about the payment again and again, at least 7 times.

Nothing DONT GO THERE

Everything. Stay was terrible. Place was like a living room, which rented out rooms to unexpecting visitors No possibility for international card payments Bloodspatters on the walls No shower curtain. Toilet and bathroom floor totally wet after a shower Bad beds which will hurt your back Staff not customer friendly, watching tv in the living room all the time. Breakfast smelled so bad I did not even bother 4 Stars. What a Joke!!!

Only location to the hotel was good

Sorry to say but I am not at all happy about stay at fabhotel * very small room (not worthy for the money I spent) * untidy bathroom - bathroom was not cleaned properly * only showed gel was provided - no shampoo, conditioner,moisturiser etc. *poor breakfast * room service- I ordered something and I got something else also it took long to get my order

Cash only (they don't warn you in advance)

Recepcionist was kind at check in, and during stay. They help us ask for a taxi when we needed one. Breakfast was ok.

They don't let you know in advance that they DON'T ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL CARDS... what kind of hotel near the airport focuses only on national turism? The room was very dusty The roof above our heads had a nest of pigeons or rats that we could hear walking and making sounds. It is a different hotel, it is not Fabhotel anymore, it is called just Le Western, so it doesn't look like the pictures anymore.

upon arrival they told me that they don’t have room to give me and asked me to call Dan hotels to shift my stay to any other surrounding hotel. fab hotel person shifter me to tulip residency which is a third class hotel. they charged me for two nights and I stayed there for one night as the location lift and everything their is third class. I checked out at 9:00 am morning without having breakfast and booked another hotel to stay for next night. I need to have my money back and also need to be paid for the other hotel where I stayed after checkout from fab hotel.

Reception look good and other than that not good. Location is in good place. Service staff needs to improve especially house keeping. They didnt care at all.

Very bad room & bathrooms. Not Clean, No Hot water, extremely careless housekeeping staff. Beds thrown around the corridor and not easy to walk to your room. Floor not cleaned. Very sad quality for todays world of basic needs that can be easily taken care.

Disappointing

1. Had to ask for a towel 10 times... reached the hotel around 9 in the night and asked for a towel to bath... was told by the staff that they can provide the towel in the morning only... room without even bathing towel... in the morning got the towel around 9 after number of calls.... literally disappointing.... 2. room served breakfast.... no varieties... only 2 small idli's and 2 vada's..... but the taste was good.... 3. Wash basin top was not at all clean.... dark fungal formation.... management should look into such small things carefully

Food was bomb , friendly service good facilities in rooms except the above mentioned 2 things .

Light was flickering alot. Ac was working but it was damaged . Windows i feel they should a. Curtain .. i mean i doesnt feel safe sometimes .

The hotel is very difficult to find. The staff was not receiving calls. I was staying out of the building for 1 hour in the mid night. I would not recommend this hotel.
