About this house rental

An 8 % State Tax will be added along with a $5/day occupancy tax.

A 5% Occupancy Tax Per Greene County will be added.

A rental agreement will need to be signed by the guest on acceptance of this booking.

The home is equipped with an outside deck of over 2500 square feet all overlooking the lake, the in ground, salt water pebble pool and it's own personal dock. If you need to launch your boat, we are virtually directly across the lake from the Linger Longer Marina ! You can do so for free and store your trailer at the marina o the upper deck parking lock.

Incredible house and setting! We filled the house with our family reunion crowd and everyone loved it, especially having the pool right there and being right on the water. Steve/owner was great to work with. Hope we can get everyone together there again next year.

The location for us was perfect. With family members in Florida, North Carolina and Michigan, it was a reasonable drive for all. With grand kids ages 9,7,3,2,1, and 4 months, there was space and activities for all. The little ones enjoyed the pool and the older ones could jump off the dock into the lake. there were places you could go for quiet time and places for all to gather. The pontoon boat was a big hit and gave us more options of things to do. Steve the owner was very accommodating and responded quickly to all of our questions. We loved it and are already booked for next year again.

This house was the perfect house for a large family gathering -lots of space, large kitchen, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and lots of natural lighting. Many of the beds were very comfortable. The pool is an added bonus. Kitchen was stocked with many utensils. We would recommend this house to friends.!

My Family enjoyed a wonderful week on the lake in a Fabulous home! The house is very well equipped with everything we needed. The pool was heaven for the children and adults. The dock is great and we were able to tie up our boat with no problems. Highly recommend and we are going back next year!

Our family looked for a property on a lake that would accommodate 15 people comfortably, with common areas for games, meals, and play; a property that gave toddlers room to roam in safety, a pool in which to splash, and other options for summer fun. This property fit all of those requirements. We had a fabulous time! The owner gave us access to a boat at a reasonable charge and was very accessible when we had questions. We haven't debriefed as a family, but my hunch is that we would love to return!

Wonderful house for our family gathering, everyone had lots of space and beds. The LR was amazing with loads recliners in front of the fireplace, best gathering spot out side of the amazing outdoor decks. Kids had a great time fishing off the dock. And the view of the lake....beautiful! Both owner and property manager were very responsive and easy to work with. A really beautiful spot and a great house, hope to visit again. We had a group of 12 ranging from 70 to 9 and the house was comfortable and spacious. Tons of seating and eating areas for everyone. Beautiful community and endless lake views! Steve was great to work with and always there to answer questions quickly.

Our family ALWAYS takes a summer vacation & a Christmas vacation, as well. OUR grandchildren were SUPER happy to be there & had a WONDERFUL time!!’ Wonderful house & location!! For the 12 of us, it was GREAT!!! Our grandchildren were extremely happy to there, even on the rainy days!! One more bathroom would have been good.. Certainly wish this house had a big game room under main living area, as well as, one more bathroom upstairs!! Those MINOR details are important to our daughters.... Overall, this home was REALLY Ideal for the12 of us & we plan to head that way again, next Spring/EARLY summer!!! What a GREAT visit 🎉🎉 Sushet

My family had a great stay at this wonderful home. Until we arrived, we didn’t realize how perfect the location was ... great views since surrounded on 3 sides by water, plus on a quiet cove as opposed to the busier main part of the lake (perfect for inexperienced kayakers). The owner and property manager were super helpful and responsive. The house was very clean, the rooms were large, and everything was well-stocked. We definitely hope to return!!

The house was perfect the perfect space for the whole family. The rooms was definitely large enough to comfort the whole family and the kitchen had everything we needed. The bar area served the adults well and the kids enjoyed the pool. The Morton's was very helpful in whatever we needed their excellent hostess.!!

Just spent our Labor Day weekend with our large family. Easily fit everyone comfortably. The large living room and dining room made for great hang out spaces. The pool and porch areas were wonderful also! Would definitely recommend

AWESOME HOME & LOCATION!

This lake home is fantastic. It is surrounded by water on three sides and the views can be enjoyed from most every room. It is well maintained and the rooms are more spacious than the pictures portrayed. The kitchen and family rooms easily accommodated our family of 16. We especially enjoyed the beautiful bar area with the stained glass window. Since we cooked most of our meals, we were happy to find plenty of dishes, pots and pans. The pool was a bonus since we had two small children with us and we could enjoy a lake view from the pool as well. We also enjoyed the beautiful lawn and short walk to the dock. Some family members enjoyed walking in this lovely gated community as well. Steve Morton and his property manager, Nancy, were great. We loved this house so much we are making plans to return next year.

We had a large group of women from our tennis team stay at this great house. It is very hard to find a house on the lake with a pool, plus one that can hold a large group comfortably. The owner is very helpful and offered caterer, restaurant and other recommendations as we needed them. We will go back!
