Not have empty rooms and put people in the room right in front of the office

Convenient, quiet, pleasant, quaint courtyard

Breakfast offered was just okay and needed more attention to supplies. Good coffee, tho!

Attention to detail and fixtures in room. The crooked lampshades didn’t really matter but gave a shabby impression. Beds need memory foam topper upgrade.

I loved the bathroom, hot tub bath, and shower. That aspect seemed to be renovated and met my expectations

I didn't like the bedroom furniture, doors, and bed room area. It seems the hotel renovated the bathroom to have it appear superior and far superior from the bedroom side. There seems to be a mismatch with the beauty of the restroom/bathroom side versus bed room side. It gave 2 star vibes in the bedroom setting and 4 star vibes in the bathroom setting. Cleanliness could've been better. Dirt marks on door, dead flight smashed on door. Old and cheap furniture.

I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect walking distance from everything!

I felt like the floors were not properly cleaned in the room, my socks were extremely dirty, I took them off and then my feet picked up all the dust and I could feel particles on them. Otherwise everything else was fine

The location wasn’t bad. The staff was friendly. The rooms were clean overall with plenty of mirrors

The building itself and some amenities need an upgrade. Given this is a bed and breakfast location, I expected a better breakfast menu. Cookies are not what I consider breakfast. No hot meal breakfast choices provided. The Pac-Man arcade system didn’t work when we tried it. No housekeeping

This place is everything and more that you expect when booking.

The hotel was very welcoming and had a wonderful vibe to it. The courtyard was almost like a Parisian hangout spot and there was a free old school pac man machine in the common area which my fiancé and I got a ton of use out of. The keep coffee and snacks/candy out all day so you can go and help yourself anytime you’d like. The fireplace in the courtyard that runs from 6-9pm is just simply heaven. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the bathroom tub was HUGE! The room had A/C and heat you can control and it came on and cooled/heated the room very quickly. The location is honestly amazing for the price, you walk out of the locked gated courtyard and are met with a gorgeous view of the ocean and boats, it was really nice to be met with every morning when leaving the hotel. Because of the great location we were able to take breaks in between walking around and stop back at the hotel for a little pac man or snack break. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for our 5 days on Catalina Island.

Awesome, accommodating and enjoyable!

Our unit was a good size and the bathroom was large and easy for 2 people to use simultaneously…I am tall and my elbows didn’t bang on the sides of the shower! the garden courtyard was a nice, beautiful amenity and we enjoyed sitting by the fire pit both nights. The continental breakfast was nice as well, we ate at a table in the courtyard which was enjoyable.

close to water and shops, restaurants. room was very spacious!

used portable heater because window unit smelled like something burning. kitchen small but adequate. no coffee maker in the hotel room. had to walk outside to communal kitchen for coffee. selection small. shower curtain designed poorly that water splashed outside the tub.
