I did not receive a code from Booking.com but I called the phone number and the lady answered and gave me the code, so it wasn't really a problem
Just a code from Booking.com for the key would have been better

Modern bathroom, shower, lots of hot water and heated towel rail. Very spacious apartment with great storage space. Comfy bed. Easy to find, easy parking, well located. Clean. Smart TV. Excellent wifi signal. Very helpful head office on the phone. Local pub round the corner. Great location with charming walks on the doorstep into Pettistree and Wickham Market.
Some minor niggles - Difficult to locate the apartment as it was up an external staircase and the external door not labelled. No microwave. Only one working beside light. Top kitchen cupboards too high for shorter people to access most contents or to shut, and these cupboards housed all the crockery and glasses. Bathroom door did not close or lock as it did not have a turning door handle. Wifi for the apartment did not work as the password was incorrect, but managed to use the suggested next door apartment's wifi code. Main road a bit noisy if windows were open.

The property was very clean and cosy. It had a very warm feel. There was a plentiful supply of pots and pans to cook a nice meal.
It would have been nice to have some kitchen staples such as tea, coffee, sugar, salt and pepper etc. The kitchen tap took a long time to run cold.

Spacious, well-equipped and comfortable. Conveniently located just off the A12 so that we could access Woodbridge and the coastal towns. Plenty of parking.

Location was perfect for my needs. Self-contained apartment with parking. Local pub has great food.
Elm is above the dance studio and it was noisy Saturday morning while a class was being taken. Three Tuns is next to a kennel, I couldn't hear the dogs barking much, the other apartments are much closer to them.

It was very homely and comfortable.
The ease of getting into the appartment with the use of keysafe was great.
The welcome/information folder was really helpful.
The size of the rooms was unexpected. In a good way.
Everything you could need was available.
Beautiful surroundings.
We didnt have any dislikes, it was fabulous. We just felt that some grip strips on the iron steps leading up to the room would be good.

All rooms are a generous size. Furniture was comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare simple meals. Nice shower.
As mentioned in other reviews, the bathroom door does not close properly.

Super clean and well equipped.
Slightly off the beaten track.
5.0 / 10.0
Very god size flat, although it took us a while to find it (no signage to show where the flat was on the site.
The mattress was awful and the bed small - we had to borrow an inflatable mattress from friends and my wife slept on that. Although it is nicely done out, none of the doors shut, especially the bathroom - at best 6" adjar - which could be rather embarrassing.

Well appointed. Cosy accommodation.
Above a dance studio.

Cafe closed location good
Bed too small. Sofas too small. Bathroom door and lounge door would not close. No hot water on day 2
