The facilities were adequate.
We were woken three times in the night by loud banging noises, which sounded like problems with the heating system.
Unfortunately when we stripped the beds, hairs were found on the mattress cover on the double bed.
There was only tea in the cupboard. It would have been nice to have a few other essentials such as coffee, sugar and milk.

Tv was very small on the wall: didn’t bother to use it.
Could have done with a microwave :)

Bedside light in the twin bedroom not usable when in bed!

Very clean and easy to find.

Self catering and location is good but a little noisy with the main road. Black out curtains would be good.
Some sealed units have broken down and need replacing, Otherwise facilities were very good.
Nice small kitchen and Netflix a bonus. Excellent bathroom. Good parking and easy access to property.
Noisy with the main road from about 5am and light flooding in through thin curtains.

Good solid budget accommodation. Very clean and fresh inside. Very nice kitchen and bathroom. Good value for money. Good pub within walking distance. Nice big parking area and some green space beyond for the children to run around. Coffee shop on site (although we didn’t try it).
The mattress in the main bedroom was too soft. A second bedside light would have been useful and an extension to allow sockets on both sides of the bed. The bedroom was next to the road and it suffered from road noise, especially as the bedroom window didn’t shut properly, albeit the road was fairly minor, so it didn’t really affect our sleep.

table and chairs were super wobbly. the room was freezing cold on arrival.

Spacious apartment.
Lovely shower
The bed was far too soft for us unfortunately, however the sofa bed was harder so one of us slept on that.

A comfortable property in a good location with free parking. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. Heating was adjustable - we had to turn it down as it was too warm when we arrived! A smart combination cooker in the kitchen - thankfully the instruction manual was there.
There were 3 adults staying, it would have been less comfortable if there had been a fourth person - squashed on the sofa and cramped at the dining table. The kitchen equipment was limited; cooking for 3 adults the largest saucepan was too small and I had to buy a sharp vegetable knife and sieve to drain the rice.

Very pretty and perfect location for amenities and leisure.
5.0 / 5.0
Very spacious, well equipped, warm, good standard of facilities.
Will certainly stay here again!
Needs a blind in the bathroom.
Also the spotlights at the front, shine in to the bedroom's until they time out approx 1am (That's
being very critical)

Very spacious! Easy to find and to check in and out. Good for self catering with fridge and oven facilities. Lovely new bathroom.
It seemed clean at first glance but quite a few cobwebs and lots of spiders throughout. Some of the crockery also wasn't completely clean with staining /marks so had to wash everything before using. Mattresses were uncomfortable - could feel the springs!

The apartment was nice, clean and had everything we needed. Check-in was great - the lock box system is simple - great to be able to pick up the key so easily. The manager of the apartment was lovely and really efficient.
The apartments are next to a dog kennel - the dogs were barking throughout the day and evening, which was a nuisance! Also, the apartments are located on a busy road and so there is a lot of noise from passing cars, which did disturb our sleep.
2.5 / 5.0
A modern, light and airy apartment with ample parking and an easy-to-use lock box for the key, so we were able to arrive later than we had thought we would. The shower was very good and the Wi-Fi was fast and easy to access.
However, it's a shame that our stay was spoiled by several niggly problems, most of which I have reported to the owners.
Despite being listed in the facilities, there was no microwave in this apartment.
The kitchen extractor fan rattled badly and was unusable.
The pots & pans were of low quality and didn't have flat bottoms, so they didn't make good contact with the induction hob and made cooking very difficult. The frying pan, in particular, had such a badly warped base that it would be impossible to fry with it. The pans were small and none were large enough to cook something like pasta.
The crockery and glassware were mismatched and no two glasses or bowls were the same.
One of the dining chairs was loose and rickety, making it uncomfortable to sit on.
The beds weren't great, but were passable. One was a fold-up type of bed.
There was a completely pointless and unnecessary floodlight shining up at the building (probably left over from when it was a pub) which shone straight into the bedrooms and lit up the ceiling behind the curtains. A light sleeper would have great difficulty with this and would also struggle with the noise from passing traffic late into the night and from early in the morning, even with the double-glazing.
The windows, although fairly new, were quite a struggle to close.
If these problems were fixed, it would be quite a good place to stay, but we were glad that we were only there for one night.

Parking, spacious, clean
No coffee cafetière, would have liked 2 pillows each.

Wifi worked well
Good location for discovering the area but on a noisy road
Lots of parking available
Several cleanliness/hygiene issues which I have raised separately with the hosts. I have not received a reply to my email but hopefully they will act on my comments for future guests
Noisy road

The property could be cleaner ie shower was covered with dark smears and the kettle was disgusting ( reported to the managing team and replacement kettle has been issued but without power base so useless). The staff was helpful and professional but the invoice never has been send to me despite a two email reminders sent.
3.0 / 5.0
It was disappointing as one window did not close properly which caused us a short night sleep due to the busy road. Along side this some door handles were not in tact properly, the tv was very small and the beds were not very comfortable. For this reason we feel we was given one of the inferior apartments for the price we paid
5.0 / 5.0
Excellent, clean, spacious apartment. Well equipped kitchen. Occasional coffee shop/yoga classes available (Vita Haus). Outside seating area. Village of Wickham Market quite close (walkable) which has a Co-Op supermarket and a couple of restaurants/takeaways. Greyhound pub less than 5 minute walk
Bit isolated outside Wickham Market so car is essential for getting to Orford, Aldeburgh and other coastal attractions. TV was a bit erratic - kept losing signal. Microwave would have been useful?
