About this house rental
Our home on the west-side of Reykjavik is available for the Easters of 2017. We are a family of five, two adults, nine year old girl and one year old twin baby girls. Our home suits families with small children especially well. It has three bedrooms which can fit two adults in each room. The master bedroom is also equipped with two baby cribs. This property can therefore host up to 6 adults and two children.
The location of our home is perfect. It is in a quiet neighborhood on the west-side of Reykjavik (Vesturbaer). It is within a walking distance of downtown Reykjavik without the buzz of downtown. There is a small private back garden with a hot tub, a Weber BBQ and a basket ball hoop.
Our home is on three floors. The ground floor has the entrance to the apartment. The ground floor contains the kitchen, a toilet and a dining room for up to 8 people. There is also a room with an office table you can work at.
The top floor (one flight of stairs up) has a living room, a TV room (with 65 inch TV), a bathroom with a bathtub and a shower and two bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen size bed and the other is the master bedroom with king size tempur bed and two baby cribs.
The basement contains one room for two and a playroom. This playroom has a TV, PS4 and some children´s toys.
There is a possibility to rent a car with our home. That is up for discussion.
