Was ok but dont think Id use again.

Location and clean.

Never met a single member of staff the whole time there. Was never informed at time of booking about having to use a bin for toilet tissue ans would have to empty as no cleaner to be seen. No milk for coffee .

Stole £11 from me

The place seemed clean and thr space was quite big.

The instructions to get in weren't clear. There's an old lock box at the front door, but that's not the lock box that you're supposed to use. There's no one on hand to help. Eventually I figured it out. But the worst thing is that they ask for a huge deposit - over €100 (£93) which I paid the day before via PayPal and when it was returned, I lost £11 in the transaction. Only £2-3 of that was deductions forlocal tax. I raised it, and they refused to rectify.

Staying in a local neighborhood - a walking distance to shopping

The room offers en-suite bathroom and the garden separates it from the main apartment which gives you more privacy. The furniture and spaces in the room are decent. Smart TV, strong wifi and comfortable bed are satisfying. The kitchen offer all necessary tools and utensils in good conditions. Also, washing and drying machines are available.

The main heater attached to the walls were broken but the two separate heaters were provided. The door lock can be tricky and confusing. I could no longer use my password after 5 days so make sure to ask for a new one before you will be locked up outside and no one is at home.

it was not a good experience.

The location.

The apartment was very cold and the heating system was not working. The bathroom is so very cold, without any heating system. During winter the temperature inside the apartment was the same than outside. Is very difficult to open the entrance door, and there is no clear information. During our stay of 6 nights there was no cleaning service in our room and they didn’t collect the garbage. And there was no costumer service during our stay.

Pleasant

The room was ok and decorated with modern neat furniture. The double bed was comfortable. The self help kitchen was relatively well equipped and cooking wasn't too difficult

I stayed here for 28 days and only received clean towels and linen on the day I moved in. Not once afterwards were clean items offered. I had to wash them myself and was never told I could use the washing machine and drier - to this day I'm not sure if I was allowed to use it. The unit I had had an ensuite toilet but I was not allowed to flush toilet paper down the pipe - so that had its limitations. I paid a full deposit but when it was returned to me a noticed that their bank charges were deducted from it.
