The accomodation is pleasent and the beds are comfortable
The decor is dated but this does not affect the comfort of the stay

The staff were incredibly helpful, made my time there so much easier. The room was amazing for a solo traveler, I had plenty of room to make myself at home. I also love the pool/spa and gym facilities that the hotel offer.
I had one issue where my door was left ajar which was a little bit scary, but I rang the reception and they handled it brilliantly, which certainly helped to put my mind at ease.

Great location and easy access to good restaurants and bars. Prefect for city stay and footy game. Bed is comfy and good room temperature control.

The first room was excellent, and they were able to find us another room for the last three nights, which was very good. Unfortunately, the second room had a rattling noise which started up in the middle of the night. Maintenance were able to muffle it, but not eliminate it entirely. Tim, the manager, kindly gave us a discount for those nights, because of sleep disruption caused by the noise at night.
See above -- the noise in the second room.

All hotels of this caliber have TVs that have Foxtel channels like ESPN. Wanted to watch the NBL grand final game 5 of Melbourne v Tas and couldn’t. The chromecast signal was unreliable when trying to do this.
The room supposed to have 2 queens it was two doubles and one was against the wall the room wasn’t big enough for the two beds. Bathtub shower you have to really step up to get into it

Great place to stay. Have stayed a couple of times now.
Great location, 3 bars just at the end of the laneway. One block from main shopping area.
Nothing, except the terrible shower curtain that could actually touch the toliet, and didn't prevent water go everywhere over the floor.
It was a disabled room which we hadn't asked for. But the bed and the size of the room was fabulous.

The service from everyone was fantastic: friendly, professional and personal. The restaurant was great and I was made to feel very welcome and i didn't feel at all awkward about eating on my own.
I have nothing negative to say.

Nice room, good location, quiet for the heart of the city with 2 very busy bars at the end of the road.

Bathroom was small. There was a cheese packet under the bed and I don’t think the carpet was vacuumed.

Last minute booking accommodated with ease, friendly staff, good location, comfortable.
The in room wifi and google casting basically didn't work/was slow.

Bed was comfortable and staff were nice
Parking, yes they gave a more “discounted” rate. But when I prebooked online it ended up being cheaper

the room was spacious and good for what my friend and I needed.
the staff were very rude, arrogant. I have never felt so unwelcome in my life!! I will never be coming back. I had booked the room for my friend and I, and our friends met us there to get ready at the hotel. the staff stopped us in a rude tone, and argued I had booked a room for 2 people not 4, I was well aware, I had no intentions of them staying the night. staff made a curfew for when my friends had to leave after I said not to worry they would wait outside and down in the lobby, I explained my situation they were only waiting with us when we were getting ready. my friends too felt very uneasy being watched 24/7. check out wasn't easy, made it confusing with the deposit not being transferred back, and the man at the desk took my bank card when I was paying for the room and never gave my bank card back, i had to ask to actually get it back after he death stared me. I have never felt so unwelcome ever! very disappointed.

The staff were helpful and friendly.
The beds were very comfortable and surprisingly the pillows were quite nice too.
The restaurant not being open on a Sunday night not even the lounge bar

paid for city view but got side alley view. window was small

staff were pleasant and the location was very convenient.
We were given a room at full price which had a very ugly disabled bathroom complete with commode style seat in shower and very high toilet. The bathroom flooded dangerously when we had a shower. One of us nearly slipped over. Staff tried to assist with mopping but it just kept flooding. Manager did not contact us.

The staff where nice and friendly. and the breakfast was beautiful, bed was very comfortable
The spa wasn’t clean enough I had to clean it. one of the jet covers fell off while I was in it and there was a slow leak so the plug wasn’t big enough, also the cupboards weren’t cleaned and dusted properly because I could see dried up spilt drink that hadn’t been cleaned with quite a bit of dust
Also haven’t seen any money returned to my account when I should’ve got around $20 from my deposit
6.0
it was nice, staff where lovely
I was annoyed that one side of the bed didn’t have a side table, I wear glasses and had no where to put them to sleep. had to place them on the floor.

very central and good proximity to everything. nice breakfast. really friendly, helpful staff. good value for money.
room was quite dark but this was due to facing across from a tall building. It could do with a bit of a makeover decor-wise.

location
I would like to say it’s kinda classic hotel but they need to upgrade. I feel like I was in 90’s.
especially when I charge my phone, it was really uncomfortable there is no charge area next bed or near bed. You should bring your own charger plug not only usb cable.
hair dryer is not clean I can lots of dust with old model compare to price that I paid.
And I always check the room when I enter by myself for cleaning condition. I found someone’s socks and underwear in the drawer.
compare to money I spent for this hotel, Im disappointed their services.
