Bedienung beim Frühstück sehr zuvorkommend und nett !! An der Rezeption ebenfalls sehr höfliches und zuvorkommendes Personal.
Matratzen leider sehr hart. Belag in der Dusche gefährlich glatt! Betten für ein Superior-Zimmer sehr schmal.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was very good as it was not over busy and a short walk to all the sights. We had a room with a canal view balcony, which was lovely even though the balcony was a bit small.

Very clean, modern and pretty hotel. Right by the Academia bridge and away from the crowds, but close enough to get to everything you’d like to visit easily. Rooms were great. Breakfast was amazing every morning. One of our favorite hotels on our stay throughout Italy. Would definitely return.

The hotel is perfectly located in the Dorsoduro district. It overlooks a small canal, far from the main street. The rooms are very clean and well-equipped, and I had a quiet room that didn't face directly onto the canal.
Bed was very comfortable and the staff very helpful and attentive.
There are also electric shutters that allow you to sleep in complete darkness.
The lights and AC in the room are controlled by a card that must be inserted when you enter the room. The location of the card is indicated by a blue light, which unfortunately illuminates the room quite brightly when you're trying to sleep.

Rooms were pretty. Good location away from hustle and bustle of st. Marks. Away from expensive shops. Helpful service people and good breakfast. Quiet.
Asked for 2 twins for teens and got two twins making up queen sized bed so really they slept in same bed. Not what we were expecting,

very nice place and friendly. Decoration is a nice Italian style. place is quite and very clean. breakfast served from 7 to 10:30 is full of choice and tasty.
The hotel is at Academy near the grand canal and 2 stop drop piazza ST Marco. The hotel is very well place and I will return next time I come. They even offered to keep our bags the last day.

Location was perfect and right on a canal. The property was right near a water taxi stop and off the beaten path a bit which was very nice. Easy access to the Accademia Bridge. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was great! This was my second stay there and both times were perfect. I would not hesitate to book again or recommend.
I would not recommend any improvements.

Venice was spectacular! The hotel staff upgraded our room and it was lovely. It was loft style with the bed up and the living space with bathroom underneath. The extra large window provided a beautiful view of the canal. The staff helped us get to and fro via water taxi upon our arrival and departure.

The location is absolutely perfect! Close to everything but in a quiet street and away from the crowds. The hotel is clean, stylish and very well maintained. The staff are amazing, extremely friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We also enjoyed an excellent breakfast each morning. There’s a communal outdoor seating area, where we enjoyed meeting other guests, who were all really interesting and chatty.
Our room was a bit dark, if I go back to Venice, I would definitely stay here again, but would consider paying the extra for a room with a balcony at the front of the hotel.

Staff were great, breakfast was outstanding.
Our bathroom was a bit small, no drawers fir clothes which was a shame.

Everything: the location, the cleanliness, the staff, the size of room (rooms in Venice are all relatively small and this bedroom was perfectly acceptable), the bathroom, the view (having booked a canal view), the breakfast - all excellent

Good location. Big room. Quiet.
Take note of the parking - there isn’t parking nearby even though it makes it seem like there is onsite.

Excellent location for those with an interest in the arts. Just a few minutes to walk to the Gallerie dell'Accademia, the Peggy Guggenheim collection, many others. Short walk to the the Santa Maria della Salute . Art galleries, shops, restaurants abound in this ‘artsy’ welcoming & slightly less touristy area.
Nothing comes to mind.

I was a little concerned about staying in the Annex but it was a lovely loft suite, right next to the hotel!
It was okay for us but accessibility in this room may be an issue for some, particularly at night time as the twin beds/king are upstairs in the loft and the only bathroom is on the main floor. There is a sofa bed on the main floor though if needed. A real apartment feel minus the kitchen (kettle with coffee and tea provided). It was perfect for us!

Good breakfast, quirky and spacious canalside room in the hotel annexe, with mezzanine bedroom. Excellent, very helpful staff. Located on a small, quiet canal near Accademia bridge, walkable to the main sites with a Vaporetto stop very nearby.
Not a negative for us, but some of the annexe rooms have stairs within to access the mezzanine bedroom. People with mobility difficulties might struggle.

I always stay here when I'm in Venice. I know the neighborhood well and it's like coming home to old friends. Conveniently located near the Zattere Vaporetto stop in Dorsorduro with great restaurants and shops nearby. Venice has even put a ramp over the bridge to make it easier to roll your suitcase! The Guggenheim and Art Museums are practically next door. Our room had a large balcony overlooking the canal. Breakfast was fantastic!
The room was a bit small for my cousin and me with our luggage, but it's the same type I usually get with the canal view. They just redid the bathrooms and could use a few hooks to hang towels, but that's not so important.

Location is great, its not in the middle of the noise, nut its close enough to everything
Rooms are rather small

Stayed here with my wife on our honeymoon. Beautiful little hotel! We stayed in a room with a balcony facing the canal, great decision! The room was beautifully decorated, and the view from the balcony was second to none. The staff were also very helpful, and breakfast exceeded expectations.
Overall, great experience.
Would certainly recommend!

The location was perfect - away from the touristy busy areas. The hotel was a little slice of heaven away hidden in Venice. Definitely recommend!

Despite the very "un-Italian" name which would usually put me off, our stay was very pleasant. The hotel is in a quite neighborhood and easily accessible by water taxi. A short walk over Ponte Accademia takes you into Piazza San Marco, while heading south takes you to the waterfront with a variety of restaurants, including the excellent Ristorante Riviera. The breakfast is probably one of the best we've ever had, with a wide variety including omelets on request. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Marco on the front desk.
Nothing. Everything was great!

Nice Location, helpful and polite staff.
The room I got ( apt. 4) was not even close to what was expected, based on the price and images presented online. It was a small room, ground floor, no view, worn out furniture, far from the image that this hotel is presenting. I have stayed in better rooms for less than 1/3 of what I paid here
