Room smelled cigarettes and toilet disgusting
Everything

If you don't have special needs and don't require high comfort the hotel offers good value for your money. Best suited for a short stay and a good starting point to explore London by tube or bus.
Looks a little tired. In the bathroom everything works but metal pieces are all rusted and the shower curtain was moldy. But to be fair, the sheets and towels were clean and smelled good, the beds were comfortable enough.

Lokalizacja okey, personel bardzo miły
Obiekt wymaga odświeżenia, czystość do zdecydowanej poprawy, jak na te warunki obiekt powinien być tańszy

Nothing, the hotel is horrible and the worst one I've seen.
Everything was dirty, the floor and the bathroom. There was food was the previous guest on the room, a lot of hair all over the place and the bathroom was disgusting.
The truth is that I only spent 10 minutes there while I was looking for another hotel and left the hotel immediately.

location on a bus route; relatively quiet room with window that opens for fresh air; room was warm despite a teeming-rain evening. Free wifi. Adequate powerpoints for charging phone. Ensuite. Nice-enough shops nearby; Tube station nearby. Nice chatting to locals at bus stops (village-y feel in area).
Long black hairs between and on top of bed sheets indicated that the sheets had not been changed since previous occupant (I tried to tell myself it was the maid's hair but...what an inept maid, if they existed at all); sticky carpet made me keep shoes on indoors; suspicion of uncleaness made the stay so uncomfortable that I handed in key next morning (no rain at last!) and left (skedaddled, hotfooted it, departed, cut short my stay)

Room was just as expected. Clean, comfy beds, bathroom with a shower tub, mini fridge, table, etc. It is close to the public transport stations so that's a big plus. Very good value for money!

Only one staff member, young lady that was there our first night...
Every other employee.
The room was really dirty and disgusting the dust in the room was really old and so so much
The bathroom was really filthy we didn't use it to bathed us
2.7
It was close to the tube station.
As it was on a main road, I was kept awake by traffic.
2.7
Room was spotlessly clean and staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a relatively quiet location, a 5-10 minute walk from Golders Green tube station and also well served by several bus routes.
No disappointments.

Good location
Building itself and the deco was a bit old and tired but I suppose the price reflects that
2.7
the matresses were very comfortable and the hotel is close to a metro station
found dirty socks in a drawer (which stayed there even after two housekeeping visits), after which i didnt trust the hygiene enough to eat breakfast at the hotel, the room was so small that the door could barely be opened enough to get in (it was blocked by a bed), there was never anyone at the reception desk, not even at check-in and check-out hours. In general the hotel looks decrepit, do not trust the photos on booking.com

Not one thing it’s a dump
Not one thing it’s a dump

The staff were polte and helpful and the bed was comfy
Cleanliness could have been a lot better and the rooms were very old and battered, also tea and coffee was in the room but no milk I asked for milk and was told I had to go to the shop and buy my own as its not supplied 🤔
2.7
The room was clean with everything needed.

It’s in very pot condition

Nothing
Everything it was filthy! I do not know how you could even have this property on your site!
2.7
perfect location- sadly we had a funeral to attend at nearby crematorium
room and hotel in state of disrepair and filthy chair left in room
2.7
They asked me to contact them to arrange check-in but were entirely uncontactable by phone, disconnecting or having audio problems with every number they gave me except for the one that was for the wrong hotel. By email they just asked me to call and gave that number for the wrong hotel. Wound up having to change my plans at the last minute because I figured I was heading for a locked front door.
They did not offer a refund.

Staff were helpful with trying to sort issues below. Location was good for the event visited
Electrics did not work in room (only washroom light worked). Staff sorted following morning but when I tried to charge phone electrics tripped again.
Sink had leaking taps and no plug.
The roller blind was broken and you had to stand on bed to operate it.
Wallpaper falling off the walls.
Shower was from the 1970s.
Room needs a total revamp.
The room was not worth the money.
Stopped in hotels over many years and this one is the worst I have come across

The transportation proximity (5mn walk to get to the nearest train station and bus).
Approximately everything about this "hotel" The front desk manager was extremely unfriendly and seemed really annoyed by our question (such as "when do you think our room will be ready ?"
Because or wasn't, and WE arrive late) Once in our room, we witnessed humidity Everywhere (black stains on the walls), the main radiator didn't work, sheets were stained, and we didn't even dare put our coats inside the cupboard (again, black stains -possibly mushrooms-inside, dust, and the smell...)
I found a dead spider inside one of the folded towels The second Day, we discovered that one of the two keys that were given go us wasn't actually a spare Key, but the one that opened the main entrance (It would have been nice to be notified when we got the keys the 1st Day).
Oh, and someone tried to get inside our room the first night, around 3AM... We also had to wait until day 3, or Ask, to get room service (if we can call it THIS a "room service", because the stained sheets were still here and the micro mini soap tubes that were empty weren't replaced by New ones...)
The only moment where the receptionist had a half smile, is when we left and get him his keys black. For the price we paid, all THIS Is unacceptable
The only thing that we didn't like during our trip to London was the hotel If you can, don't book a room in this one, it's awful.
2.7
fairly quiet area
Tea and coffee in room and empty mini fridge but no milk or spoons. no shower door on cubicle so floor got soaked, mould on ceiling in shower room and radiator in there covered in rust. The bedroom was tatty and dated.
2.7
Basic functional hotel. Nothing fancy, does the job, entirely satisfied!
2.7
All very nice, also very quiet and friendly and, especially important for me, Jewish guest's and staffing.
Breakfast was not included.
