Easy to get to Wembley from.
The room was very very small, basic wasn’t the word. It wasn’t a full double bed and there was an extension lead which was melted. The shower was tiny and cold. All in all I would not stay there again.

How unhygienic the place is and how unsafe the facilities are and the customer service is dreadfull avoid at all costs
4.0
Generally quiet although on the main road, nice to be able to open the window too, pretty stained glass one. No fridge but no need for one night stay. Good sized room considering other similar type hotels even more crammed. Modern furnishings and kettle for tea/coffee. Mattress comfortable too.
Doors bang shut loud and bedframe is metal and very sqeaky. Didn't bother me too much. Had earplugs in all night as that's a must for commuter overnighters. Better value than neighbouring similar hotels though so would defo stay again.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Sehr gute Lage
Nachts war es eisig kalt im Zimmer und es war abends und frühmorgens extrem laut

Great location for shops / coffee/ travel.
Can’t fault it at all.

Service men were very attentive to our requests. And very accessible by different methods of transportation.
The humidity on the interior of the room was aberrant. The room had nothing to do as what was shown on the reservations. Weird smells throughout the property. Some furniture were not in a good state due to the humidity. There were 3 big spiders inside the room, as they had to open the windows before our arrival because the heating system was broken and it was extremely hot on the inside.

The location of the hotel is very good. We were attending an event in Wembley, and it was a simple bus trip away. In person, the person manning the desk was very pleasant.
The hotel advertises free parking, but when we arrived the car park was full and we were told it was first come first served. There is no mention of this on the hotel's profile. We had to book a car parking space ten minutes walk away using an app. Check-in time was 1400hrs, but when we arrived at 1445, we were told our room wasn't ready. We had to leave our bags in the reception area for the staff to take upstairs to our room, because we were unable to hang around.
When we returned to the hotel from our event, we had to ring the door bell. The member of staff who came to greet us never once took his Air Pods out to listen to us, and moaned that we'd been given a code to get in. We hadn't - there had been no mention of this when we checked in. I explained to him that we'd just dropped our stuff off and gone, so we hadn't been given any information. We received minimal grunted responses. The hotel also advertises a 24 hour front desk, so I think we were entitled to expect somebody to let us in at 2300hrs.
Our room was on the top floor of the building, with a slanted roof. In the bathroom, the toilet was directly underneath that slant, forcing us to crouch down to sit down and stand up off it. This wasn't too bad for us, but I'd hate to see how anybody with back issues was supposed to handle that.

The room is quite small than advertised!
Nothing

The location was convenient.
The room provided was not what had been advertised and they refused to do anything about it. There were slugs and spiders (pictures attached) in the room, it had no windows looking out ( was advertised and charged for as city view), was outside the main building next to the cleaners rooms. The bed was a temporary one and very uncomfortable. It was too late for me to find another accommodation and was forced to spend one night there. Will not recommend it and expect Booking.com to take action.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff. Tidy and clean.
One of the locks on our window wasnt secure and there was an ally on the other side of the property, and in the area next to our window there was empty garbage etc. left over furniture from the property.
Upstairs was extremely loud, didn’t seem like it was just guests but something else.
Loud noises during the day, people dragging things and banging. Continued each night we stayed.!
We checked out early, of course we understand London is expensive and you have to spend a lot of money for even simple accomodation in the inner city but the sheer and constant noise and disturbance within the property and the lack of security in the room made the price and the cleanliness of it all and the friendly staff irrelevant.
Need to mention to that the lock on our room was very flakey and could have been broken easily

Location near a tube station and parkibg
Tiny room just about fit the bed, scruffy dirty floor, broken loo seat and very expensive for what it was
4.0
Location-Located on Zone 3 in London, it is 10 min away of nearest tube station and there is small parking on premisses however it is enought for the hotel itself. Good value for the money for night or two
It was not super clean however didn't mind for one night

I have a question for the gentleman at reception who checked us in. Where did our flowers go!????

the price and the staff
The heating system wasn’t poor and the cleaning wasn’t good
1.0
Staff were friendly and helpful.
Parking available but very difficult to get parked if other cars are already there and you have a big car.
Mattress did not have a mattress cover on, lots of old dirty stains on. Dirty bathroom, broken cupboard, very dim lights, plugs which did not work, dirty fridge and windows did not have levers to close them properly. This was concerning as we were on ground floor and could hear noises and people outside in the night and day.
Very noisy hotel, not soundproof at all - we could hear doors slamming, early hoovering and children screaming and jumping on the beds above us. Also heard drilling/DIY and noisy equipment outside from early hours of the morning. Not good if you don't plan on waking up at 6am.
The shower went from hot to cold and there was one night where we did not have any hot water.
3.5
neat and easily accessible
small space
