Short city break .

I didn’t have breakfast as it wasn’t included in the overall price and thought it a bit expensive. The location was excellent with the Luas so close and also so near Heuston Station.

Lovely friendly Especially the male receptionist and the male security that was working Saturday

It was a lovely Stay, hotel and staff were really friendly & helpful

Exceptional hotel

The hotel room was beautiful, absolutely loved the view from the balcony. The staff went over and beyond to accomadate our 2 children, 1 who is 3 amd autistic. So excited to return again soon

Breakfast wasn't included in price amd is charged by the person regardless of what you got

All staff very friendly

Friendly receptionist upon checking in. I was so pleased with the room size, cleanliness, and very comfortable beds. It all looked perfect. Cleaning lady signed a notecard on the TV console was nice and met her in hallway, she so nice toward my son and I.

One elevator out of order which caused congestion at times and needed to take the stairs occasionally Room got really stuffy at night.

Excellent situation in Dublin.

Have stayed here several times before. It wins on location.

Room could have been serviced better. Supplies of tea bags and biscuits not forthcoming - had to collect these from the restaurant. Otherwise all good.

Perfect hotel for short stay in Dublin

The location was perfect and the breakfast was lovely. Very comfortable beds and a great view of the city. Everything was so handy for us...catching the Lewis (just around the corner) to 3arena, walking distance to Templebar and Grafton Street for shopping. The parking next door was very convenient too.

Similar to a Premier Inn...

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, we had a family room which was huge and had a lovely balcony! The main thing we liked was you got exactly what you paid for, no bells and whistles but comfortable and clean!

I was disappointed in the service from reception, I was told by staff that when paying if I selected my own currency it would cost less, which I've since learnt is utter nonsense!

Hotel and location okay and staff friendly but disappointed to miss breakfast

Mattress toppers smelt really bad, bed very short for tall people. Not enough room at breakfast time. Booking site was filtered by parking included but was extra and expensive for two days even with ticket validation.

The hotel provided an oasis of calm and comfort in an upcoming but currently unpleasant part of Dublin.

Super bedroom. Really clean and comfortable. Lots of space and facilities.

Noisy, false advertising.

Room was comfortable

Our room appeared to be directly above the restaurant and there was a lot of noise until approx 2:30am with what appeared to be people moving furniture around. If it wasn't that that was making the noise then it was the swivel entrance door which also appeared to be underneath our room. The hotel was also advertising a late night pizza service so when we came back from a concert we ordered 2 pizzas only to be told the kitchen was closed. Just wasn't good enough at all.

location was nice

the room wasn’t very clean. there was a delay at check in by 1 hour. there was no wifi available, which was less than ideal when travelling, as we rely on our hotel as a hub for using internet to book excursions, taxis/Ubers, downloading maps, etc. in addition the lack of wifi inhibited us from paying bills at home and working on financials for work purposes. lastly, the website mentioned having air conditioning. there was no air conditioning in the room. when we tried cracking the balcony door open to let some airflow in, other people were smoking on their balconies which greatly affected the air quality entering the room. not ideal with an infant in the room. this was all very disappointing considering we’ve spent 760euros (over $1000CAD) for 2 nights stay….

quiet. Clean.

kdeluxe wfamilyroom,accommodated for third person on a fold out sofa bed, but there was no light source on this side of the room, and no place to put anything down beside the bed. Breakfasts were OK, but eggs were always barely warm. Also, most staff seemed not to have English as their first language, and were often difficult to communicate with, or did not know what we were saying, in English, and had to go ask someone else. What the??
