Building site across the road. Awoken by construction workers at 8am no getting back to sleep.

Fab decor. Great location for a show in the Bord Gais.

Headboard absolutely covered in a thick layer of dust. Expensive.

Impressive hotel

Clean, stylish, new hotel. Very comfortable. Very friendly staff. Great powerful shower and small coffee machine in all rooms.

Crisps, chocolate and sweets (for purchase) displayed all over the room. Put it in the fridge or in a box with the tea and coffee. It looked messy and unnecessary.

Relaxing, comfortable, worth it.

My room was perfect, I especially loved the amp to play music on. The bed was super comfy and the breakfast with the views of the river was unreal!

Would absolutely stay here again.

Rooms with personality. Very comfortable stay. Well stocked mini bar and not overpriced. We also got a fab upgrade to a suite. Food in the bar was good too.

The only let down was breakfast. It took so long and was only ok… but even that setting was lovely.

6/10, it was nice but wouldn’t stay again

Comfortable bed

Rooms were very small, everything was very expensive- food in restaurant was very expensive, drinks in the hotel bar were very expensive. Bar was very quiet not much going on, even of a bank holiday weekend.

Perfect location, perfect hotel, great staff and wonderful food

The property was modern and tastefully decorated. The reception area is extremely welcoming and even has a coffee area and plenty of seating

Cosy room

Beautiful hotel excellent food in elephant and Castle and amazing facilities . Room was small but everything in it and nice shower

A very good stay for a night. Anything we needed was under the one room so it was handy

It was clean and convenient with the restaurants and the facilities in the hotel. The staff were amazing and super friendly so that was so nice.

The lighting in the rooms especially for the bathrooms need to be much much more well lit. It was difficult to do makeup in the room, I had to hold my phone torch up to get some decent lighting. And also there was nowhere to store your bags so it was good that we packed light

Worst hotel stay ever

Sauna was nice Pool was nice but not for swimming

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. 1. Check in to the first room, really bad smell coming from the air con vent. This could have just been a really bad smell or something more dangerous. We got moved room to "a better view of the city" which ironically was a better view of a construction site next door. 2. The Rayleigh restaurant on the 6th floor, our room was on the 5th floor. The restaurant was blaring music all night up to the point we requested a full refund and left as we couldn't sleep. Could hear loads of people screaming and shouting in teh restaurant - the current covid rule for bars and restaurants doesn't extend to hotels for some reason. 3. The only positive thing was the meal in elephant and Castle. 4. I would not stay here if you want a relaxing experience or peace and quiet. The "junior" rooms really are junior. The bed barely fits in the room, may aswell stay in student accommodation or poshtel. This is the worst Hotel I have ever stayed in and I know what I'm talking about both from being a guest and from my own hotel management experience. They clearly know how to design places aesthcislly but forgot about like sound proofing and the main reasons why people actually want to stay in a hotel. 5. Final edit, we were meant to get reimbursed for our taxi home after leaving the hotel the same day we checked in. We have not received anything from the hotel or received a follow up call. We called the hotel and they refused to reimburse the taxi as they offered us an upgrade or room change for the noise problems despite us already having moved once in the evening due to unsanitary conditions of the first room.. Don't give this hotel your money. Go some place else.

Coll decor. Woeful night’s sleep

Decor is relaxing vibe to it. A lot of thought has gone into it. Staff are extremely friendly. Gym is good.

The rooms are tiny. They are not for someone who likes their space but as a solo traveller it was fine for me. But the beds are not comfortable at all and bed sheets are like sandpaper and not a great fit on the bed.

Graet stay at the Mayson.

The hotel has a very cool vibe about it. The staff are very friendly and the location is very central. The rooms are a little small but for a couple, more than adequate for a short stay. Access to the swimming pool really made our stay so much better.

The parking is a little bit complicated and you have to pay for that privilege. Access is through a different building and small parking spaces in someone else's building. Garage access key card system was overly complicated.

Great stay

Great service upon check in from Nick who provided lots of recommendations and made things very easy. Spa facilities are great and enjoyed making use of them. The gym looked excellent but didn't use it. Bar downstairs all very nice and coffee good too. Place is lovely and clean

The steam room was out of order for the entirety of our stay. Rooms in the old part of the building are noisy and it is hard to regulate a comfortable temperature. Rooms are quite small

A delicious taste of luxury

The bubbly pool and steam room made for a lovely facility, and took our long journey right out of our bones. The bath in our Super Double apartment was just perfect too. In a difficult week it was the perfect sanctuary.

Stylisches aber unruhiges Hotel

Das Hotel ist mit dem Shuttelbus bequem, leicht und schnell vom Flughafen erreichbar. In einigen Gehminuten erreicht man das Zentrum, Geschäfte, Restaurants, Cafés, etc. Die Arena ist in unmittelbarer Nähe und in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Das Zimmer ist sauber und stylisch eingerichtet. Das Bett ist bequem. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Das Zimmer war sehr hellhörig. Jedes Wort der zwei Personen im Nachbarzimmer war zu verstehen. Außerdem hörte man die Wasserrohre (?) bzw. das Wassersystem (?) im Eingangsbereich des Zimmers sehr laut zB wenn in anderen Zimmern geduscht wurde. Sehr enttäuschend, wenn man um ein ruhiges Zimmer gebeten hat.

Really close to 3 arena. The breakfast was amazing as was the restaurant. The staff were so friendly and helpful.

Handy for the concert but won’t be back

Was close to the 3 arena

The bedroom was tiny, so small you couldn’t even walk up both sides of the bed. Food was extortionately priced. No contact from hotel beforehand to book a dinner slot so ended up on the terrace frozen. Wasn’t aware dinner wasn’t included so that was another €46. And it wasn’t even nice

Handy for going to 3 Arena

Close to 3 arena and luis stop. Food and cocoktails were lovely Staff were very nice and friendly

Construction work next to building started VERY early in the morning, wasnt able to sleep in. The room was hot and stuffy even with air-con on(same as last visit) and the lights in the bathroom were so dull it made impossible for someone to do their makeup( same as last visit) room light isnt great either. Rooms are quite small/tight to move around

Boutique hotel with top class dining and socialising areas

The roof top restaurant was amazing, the bottle boy superb and also the lobby cafe and restaurant top notch

No lift to our room , foam pillows uncomfortable and on Monday morning the whole room shook when lorries started passing the room around 4am, we will book a room in the new part the next time
