It was wonderful and very enjoyable

I liked the way I was greeted when I came in. I loved the small clean room I was in.liked the coffee maker, which is what I look for before I make the reservation.

The air conditioner made too much noise .

Excellent.

The location is simply amazing. Can be a bit congested at times, so plan on some extra time to get there from the airports, but once there you're in the middle of NYC. The room, though small, was very clean, bright, and comfortable, and for the most part, quiet, too. We didn't hear noises from the city at all.

Space is at a premium and the rooms are situated very close together, which means if someone decides to have a "room party" with other guests at, oh, 7AM, you can hear the door open and slam shut over and over and over again (this actually happened to us one morning). If you're trying to sleep, it's impossible due to the impact of the door shutting securely. While you can't really stop someone opening and closing / slamming their room door, it's a bit of a design fault due to the proximity of the rooms. Also it means everyone needs to be more courteous in their plans (have the party in the breakfast area on the ground floor if you must).

Lots of attention to detail in this quaint beautiful boutique hotel.

Stylish, modern, quiet and comfortable. Lots of attention to detail and I like the theme. The staff are super friendly and happy to share info if you’re a tourist or shopper. Walking out of the hotel lobby - turn left and you’re at stylish Park Avenue with Grand Central station a hop and skip away. Turn right - 5th avenue and Madison Avenue with the shops around the corner. It’s just in the most perfect location. I like the thoughtful bagels and croissant breakfast and free access to coffees and teas and water etc. I felt very safe as a solo female traveller. The pressure from the shower head was unforgettable- I could’ve stayed under the shower all day. Sweet touch of lavender under your pillow to help you sleep. Plenty towels and high quality amenities.

The rooms are small but perfect for a solo traveller. There is no cupboard.

Perfect and peaceful place to stay to explore New York City.

It is in a great position just off Park Avenue for exploring all the sights. Very comfortable rooms, albeit on the snug side. Complimentary hot drinks and water in the room and guest area. Great sound proofing from the outside traffic noise, which is important in New York. Breakfast is 'Grab n Go' on a first come first served basis. You would have to be up fairly early to have it. We went to a great cafe just around the corner on Park Avenue called Tartine.

Reliable New York midtown hotel.

My go-to hotel in Manhattan; perfect location--close to Grand Central, Bryant Park, shopping, groceries etc. Bathroom especially is up-to-date and clean.

I wish there was a usable refrigerator in the room for leftovers etc.

My daughter and I were impressed with all the small details in this place. From the warm welcome at check-in, to the self service expresso coffee machine available all day, the décor is beautiful, nice lavender sachets in our bed with a welcome note, discounted parking across the street, location and more!

Not worth the money.

Location is good and employees try their best to help you enjoy your stay. Modern (but tiny) room.

Probably the tiniest hotel room I have ever seen! No place to store your luggage and one can barely turn around without hitting something. Soundproofing was also not good enough as we could hear people talking in the hallway and also from the room next to us. Another negative point are the elevators. There are only two elevators and you have to wait ages until one arrives. Breakfast room is very minimalist and the available breakfast offering is fine if you are on a business trip but not for tourists visiting the city.

Great week in a very comfortable hotel in great location.

Location was perfect, a close to lots of points of interest. Perfect base for a weeks stay. Stay were great. Shower was brilliant. Room on floor 24 was quiet, away from traffic noise.

Room was slightly smaller than I had expected but was fine for sleeping, showering and getting dressed.

LOVED the Pestana Park Ave

We liked everything! Great midtown location, the most friendly and helpful staff we've found, coffee and bagles were available most of the day, comfortable bed and clean bathroom, they made it feel like home.

If pressed, the room could have had more lights.

Great short stay in NYC

Hotel location, excellent room view. Modern and clean. Nice bath and body products. Comfortable bed. Nespresso maker.

Room slightly compact. Ok for one person, but it would have been tight for two people. Room felt a little humid even though AC worked well.

Clean New York Boutique Hotel, handy location

Clean boutique hotel, had a relaxed vibe and the room was very spacious. Location is spot on for getting away from the business of Times Square plus the hotels around that area look a bit run down and cluttered. This hotel was near all the locations and a gem was Bryant Park in the evenings, a 5 min walk. Our room was cleaned every day and the staff were very friendly and hospitable. I would recommend the hotel to anyone visiting NY. This was our first visit to the city and we felt safe staying at this end of the city. We were upgraded to a superior room on arrival which was a lovely bonus after a long flight. Each member of staff was friendly including the cleaning staff. The bagels, croissants in the morning and big Starbucks 24/7 free coffee and tea machine was a welcomed treat

So far, the best and most comfortable hotel in Manhattan

After trying several hotels in NY city this was the best so far. Extremely comfortable bed and room, clean and very important for me: silence. I could actually sleep in Manhattan. The complementary simple breakfast is good quality (croissants, bagels, coffee, tea) Staff is very nice and attentive. The toiletries are also high quality.

Minor aspect: there is no desk in the room, but downstairs there are plenty of confortable places to sit and work from.

Nice hotel with nice people in the heart of Midtown

The staff was amazing. Super willing to help, always with a smile. Very pleasant people! The room was very nice, comfortable beds, good shower, excellent for a business trip. The location is perfect, right in the heart of midtown, walking distance from Madison Square Garden and other places of interest.

The all-you-can-eat-bagel-for-breakfast is good, but the breakfast itself was lacking. No vegan alternatives (milk nor spreads) but you can't always get what you want.

I DON’T RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL MUCH BETTER OPTION IN NY FOR THIS PRICE

The room was well decorated there was a coffee machine maker Nespresso

The room was a Tyne little box I couldn’t even open my luggage in the room because no space, the price was very expensive , also they charge extra $100 in my card with no explanation. So be careful when you give your card for hotels . I pay for 1 night and and 9 hours because I arrived at 5 am $538,00 so No I don’t recommend this hotel it was a ripoff for this little box .
