Lovely quiet cottage. Pet friendly. Nice welcome from Pat. Clean and comfortable. Beautiful view of the fields from the back window.
Only one thing I could say is the bathroom door stuck my daughter got stuck a few times but we got the hang of it.

Location was ideal, close to the main part of skeggy. Loved the fact we was aloud to bring our 3 small dogs.
The water facilities was confusing in the fact the cold taps was hot and vice versa. And the shower could do with a upgrade
7.0
Excellent location.
Hair and dust everywhere, a better vaccum inside the property was needed.

Spotless on arrival. Beds were comfy, everything you need for a week away stay. Can't fault the place at all.

The cottage is comfortable, practical and has lovely views to the back.
The location was quiet which is great but wished it was closer to the main parts of the town. The kids loved that we had Internet. Overall, great.
No windows in the cottage downstairs. Because we have a dog, we couldn't open the patio doors as it is not fenced off and could go to the mail road so at times, it was boiling. No window to the main bedroom either and wouldn't dare leave open the patio doors during the night.

• the facilities offered e.g 4 bed 2 double 2 single 2 bathrooms
• there was a fridge, washer, hoover etc everything needed for cooking and cleaning
•the area and surrounding were peaceful and quiet
• staff were quick to help when we had a problem.
Nothing everything offered was to mine and my partners liking.

Spacious, short distance from town
Nothing wrong at all

The cottage was very spacious, we took our 13yr old daughter & two dogs and had a brilliant time. The location was fantastic! X
The only thing I could complain a tiny bit about really was the bed but I'm 5 almost 6 months pregnant & I'm spoilt because I have a beast of bed at home. So was probably just me! X

Great location. Very practical.
Uncomfortable beds/mattress. Very poor TV signal. Cottage could do with modern modest upgrade as looking tired.

Location was 15 mins walk from main town. The cottage felt homely and worked well having two for our big group. The staff were great arranging keys for cottages concerning our late book in and made sure we had complimentary tea and milk on arrival which was very much appreciated after a long drive.
Struggled with TV reception. Not disable friendly esp bathroom and top bedrooms don't have a door so noise carried upstairs from TV or talking which disturbed upstairs guests.

Nice size for the 6 of us. Peacefull location 5 minutes drive from Skegness centre. Owners very helpfull. We needed the double bed changed for 2 singles which they did for us, which meant they had to move the ones from another cottage next door and bring them upstairs and the double down. Plenty of parking. Ok price.
Double downstairs bed mattress really hard, it was like laying on a brick , but upstairs beds were lovely and comfy.Light shades covered in dust. Cooker hood covered in grease. Cooker tray and shelves covered in grease. Downstairs bath and sink taps filthy, looks like they hav'nt been properly cleaned for a long time. Shower head hose really filthy not been cleaned for a long time. Shower was useless anyway. Some grout was black. Front of washing machine floor was filthy. Coffee table and dinner table dirty. Coasters and place mats dirty.
The place is a bit run down (which i dont really mind as weve been through covid so money must be tight). A lick of paint and a new shower and carpet would be all its needed plus a comfy double mattress. But cleaning is definatly an issue which is a shame really as its a nice place and i would have booked again if it had been properly cleaned. If these things are addressed then it would be a good place to stay.

Beds could be more comfortable, WiFi was OK, but the TV terrible. A few cobwebs and spiders in the living room, a bit overpriced for what we got.

Very roomy, very comfortable. Nice quiet location.
The condition of the bathroom. Clean enough, however, it's in serious need of deep clean to remove all the black from around the top of the bath.

Location is appealing, however “cottages” were situated very close to a main 50mph road. the sofa suit was very comfortable however no cushions were there and it could do with a clean. kitchen was spacious and had almost everything needed but could have been cleaner, we cleaned everything and everywhere before using! Bedroom downstairs was alright, view from back of property was lovely, however that’s all it was, a view with no access to it.
dated, unfinished in areas especially the bathroom, skirting boards missing, gaps everywhere pipes on show, unclean, really old shower that went hot and cold all the time. Bedrooms were very basic, no tvs in the bedrooms, duvets very thin and allocated one flat uncomfortable pillow per bed! only 2 windows throughout entire “cottage” so very dark at times. more like annexes than cottages. run down caravans either side of the property surrounded by broken furniture, rusty old tools and rubbish, at the front of the property it was just gravel leading to the main road with a large bin in view. the property is situated Next door to the owners home, which also looks very tired, old and unkempt! tat and rubbish laying everywhere! out the back of the property there is a small gravel path with an old fence splitting the property from the land behind that you can’t access. none of the fencing is secure so couldn’t let the dog outside without being on the lead. decor of property was dark and tired, no welcome pack or complementary drink facilities etc. kitchen fridge/freezer situated in corner of lounge furthest away from kitchen? cutlery provided appeared to be made for children and very old, battered and wobbly! there were cobwebs across the walls and ceilings of EVERY room. extremely over priced for what it is!

Overall very comfortable and in a good position.
Bathroom would benefit from a bit of attention. A pair of scissors and decent can opener would be helpful.9

The location was good but the property was very poor .The drawers was all broken so we lived from the suitcase. the toilets and bathroom was very dirty yet had a sign on toilet asking not to use cleaner.

Flies and dragon flies everywhere.
Rat seen crossing drive.

Good location.
Was a bit worried when we arrived but was okay.
Beds were hard and we could smell upstairs that dogs had been in.
Otherwise couldn’t fault it.
Smell of dogs upstairs.
Downstairs double bed was hard.
Not enough pillows.

Location quiet and easy to get to by taxi but not on foot.
Not very clean, one mattress very uncomfortable. No niceties, for example would have been nice to have some milk, tea or coffee etc on arrival to make a drink. Nothing to clean up with. A brush but no dustpan or hoover for accidental spillages. Outside chairs really dirty, had to clean myself before use.

Close to Skegness beach, size of house, parking of accommodation as that was our main reason for booking this place.
The upstairs room and WC which sleeps 4, had no real ventilation and was so stuffy and hard to bear. 3 of us ended up sleeping downstairs as it was cooler. One of the mattress on the single bed was so springy and the bed frame which made a lot of noise. The bathroom downstairs could do with a touch up. The floor board in the whole house make lots of noise.

Love how you have an on suite up stairs.

Location was good. Very spacious.
The accommodation was tired looking, the carpets were stained and overall the whole accommodation could really benefit from some attention.

It was quiet, spacious, clean although the vaccum didn't work very good it was nice not to have to take bedding and towels with us. Good WiFi connection very pleasant stay
Back garden was very small and the front was open to a road so couldn't let dog out no were for kids to run about outside either.

There was a lot of facilities there for the kitchen and around the cottage. Parking was adequate.
A few things needed touching up and the wooden chairs were not great.

Great resort cannot wait for it to expand.
Just a shame we didn’t get much use of the hot tub with it having some issues.
