Temperamental door card safe was locked on arrival reported but wasn't unlocked

Was very clean, comfy and a very modern room with sea view
We asked for a room refresh but never got one

Close to all amenities
Nothing
4.2
Very close to all local amenities and buses.
We were supposed to have our towels replenished but we didn’t. Only a three day stay so it wasn’t an issue.
4.2
Reception staff were pleasant although it would seem they didn't follow up on our complaint.
Towels filthy - stained with goodness knows what and grey (supposedly white!).
Noise from next door room, could even hear guest snoring.
Noise from extractor fans/units outside window constant all night (even with window shut).
Deluxe double? Trading standards should investigate as false advertising.
Not a place if you like to sleep - we left as soon as we could.

being next to reception, the front door, and the stairs! early check out. was nearly in the toilet after stepping out the shower. couldn’t get the tv to work/connect to wifi- had to watch on iPad.

Lovely stay!! The staff were lovely and really accommodating. I had emailed before and asked if there was any extras they could add for my partners birthday, when we arrived there was rose petals on the bed and a birthday card which was soso sweet!!
great location for the main strip.
room was very clean, beds were a bit hard but that was a minor issue.
will definitely be back!

location and was clean
walls are so thin you can hear everything from other rooms
4.2
The room was fine, well laid out with nice toilet etc. inc hair dryer and tea making stuff, topped off with a comfortable bed.
The weird woman in the room above who tap danced on the wooden floor in her clunky boots for a good hour in the afternoon before going out for an evening meal. When she and her partner returned after a couple of hours she treated us to more of the same at intermittent intervals until they retired to bed. [Laminate flooring didnt help much, carpets or rugs might have alleviated the problem.]
4.2
The rooms were very comfortable, good size , clean and tastefully decorated. upgraded to a sea view room and it was well worth the extra.
walls are pretty thin and any noise from next door is easily heard
not suitable for anyone with mobility issues.
no reception after 7pm.
avoid the larger rooms as the one we booked was basement level and overlooked a pub yard brick wall.
4.2
Location was good, check in easy and facilities were good. Room comfortable
Sadly we had a terrible experience due to one of the guests slamming door throughout the night, shouting etc - the hotel tried to resolve it but started again at 4am

on arrival the receptionist who booked us in was very helpful and polite. the hotel is lovely clean and modern. definitely will be recommended to our family and friends and will be coming back . Nice little getaway couldn’t ask for a better place to stay . Thank you x

The hotel is in the Center and everything is within walking distance . Friendly and helpful staff. Room is spacious and clean
There is no parking. Opposite only parking for disabled cars and don’t park there as it’s a whole line for disabled only
I felt some cigarette smoke when entering the room but ventilated that with open window

Perfect location, friendly and helpful staff, easy check-in and check-out.
We booked two rooms for new year's eve. Rooms were lovely we had everything we really needed in a hotel room.
It was a bit cold in the room for us but other than that everything was as we expected.

Good location
Heating not working the first day and half the second day I would have thought they would check every thing was in working order before guest arrived it was very cold and uncomfortable it was a very cold day when we arrived
4.2
The room and staff was 2nd to none!
Smelt damp! Air freshener going off every 10 mins! Disco next door was thump thump until 2.00 in the morning! No carpet on floor so upstairs guests were very noisy walking about on the wooden floor! All hours of the night! Bad nights sleep!

great location next to Wolfies bar which served amazing food
looked nothing like the photos. checked into one room tv didn’t work properly and then checked into another room the windows were all breaking down and a lot of condensation. duvet felt damp, pillows had tags on them, so every time I turned over in the night I had a tag digging into my ear.
