I have said it all

I booked in July, got phone call day before saying hotel was shut ?? They put us in Queens hotel said up graded us I don't think so it was budget room need face lift, dinning room was shut so couldn't have breakfast, if I wanted to stay in Queens Hotel I would off booked it, the staff was nice there,

I can't give review on yellow Mountain like I said they put us in the Queens Hotel there other hotel

An expensive dump beware !

The place was very rundown and in need of a good clean and revamp the window was that dirty you couldn’t see out of it the as filth all around the floors and the carpets were filthy

The place was too dirty there was a broken electrical. Socket that wax dangerous the carpets were filthy

Was very clean staff were very friendly, and far enough away from the high street for it to be peaceful

Personal preference for me would be the bed was very soft and I didn’t like the stairs but that is due to health issues

property was dirty and not cleaned correctly. Breakfast included on the booking. on checking in I was not advised breakfast was not running due to having no chef. arrived for breakfast in the morning to find this was closed and no apology from the staff members.

Customer service is lacking

Beds were comfy and room was clean

No one was there when we showed up to check in. We had to call to get someone to give us our key card, even though I was asked twice when we'd be arriving. Pair of dirty socks from previous people in the chest of drawers. No one there when we checked out The hallway light was on all night and the light was coming in under the door and keeping us up

the hotel was close to everything it was clean beds were comfortable and hotel was very clean

the hotel is very close to the town centre and it was very clean the beds are very comfy it also has lift to all rooms it also offers free parking and the owners are very helpfull its the 2nd time we have stayed at the hotel in less than and year when we arrived we was upgraded to a delux room with a four poster bed

the hotel could do with an update but would book again when we go back to skegness carnt say there wasnt anything i didnt like really it was very clean

Nice hotel for Skeg.

Hotel was clean and tidy enough, decor had been renewed.

Strange door alarms, thought I was in prison. My daughter's room was next door to ours but you couldn't hold the doors open to pass the toothpaste or basic information because after a few seconds a loud alarm goes off. Single room only just fit a bed, Harry Potter had more room under the stairs. Reception staff had limited English.

Amazing wish we didn't have to go home

Room was lovely and big plenty of room to move around plus the bed are sooo comfortable to sleep in breakfast was all so lovely plenty of options to choose from. and the staff are really friendly and helpfull

Lift was a bonus when dealing with luggage. Breakfast buffet was basic but freshly cooked and great quality for the price charged. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Mostly very good just the small doorways inside the room were small

I liked the location close to the beach and not far from the centre of Skegness. And the fact you had a life that was great that I didn't have to clime stairs.

The only thing I would mention is that the room was a little small as I am a big guy I was having to scrape through the bathroom and balcony doors and I felt the seat on the balcony was would give was if I tried to sit on it.

Friendly staff..

The room was far too small for a double bed. The shower/toilet room was tiny. I. 6ft 2 and I could barely fit in it let alone wash myself. I had to shuffle sideways everywhere in the room. No light above the sink. Noisy gurgling when someone else in the building showered or used the toilet.. I will not be returning ☹️

Enjoyable Stay

Nice location, lovely large room with distant sea view. 10 min walk to town centre. Comfortable sleigh bed and matching furniture.

No bar but arrangement with large hotel next door next door so no real problem. Nothing else not to like.
