The location is excellent. It is a quaint quiet place with stunning view of Positano and Priano.
For the price I paid I was expecting a vow factor with regards to amenities, stay etc.

nothing!!!!!! it was the most terrible hotel ı have ever stay !!!!!
There were ants in our bed.. I shocked..
The decoration of room was too old.. it was like from 16th century. Don’t trust the commends in booking.com so i think they are fake.
There were not any shower.. İf you want to take a shower, you must use bathtub.
OMG!!! The staff were so rude.. They dont answer any question..they never bring the orders. They are doing their job so slowly.. We felt so unhappy there.
At 22.00 O’clock we wanted to go to pool, they said it was closed. we asked for the beach to go tomorrow morning, they said it open at 10.00 o’clock.. So we couldn’t swim..
The thing i could never forget is the TASTE OF THE TEA !!!!! it was terrible,horrible,disgusting.. We think they take its water from toilet !!! Believe me, it was so bad experience.
please, please and please dont book a room before you search well !!!!

Location was good. Their complimentary shuttle was helpful, but wish it ran later since taxis are expensive, it was needed every night after dinner.
The front desk staff was inconsistent and rude. Constant errors on emails and misinformation. Abrasiveness when ordering taxis, unclear on how to check us out. Unfortunate.

Beautiful hotel in between Positano and Amalfi. Sizable rooms with plenty of closet space and good housekeeping services. The breakfast and pool bar service is excellent. Hotel offers complimentary shuttle service to Praiano and Positano; however after 19:30 you are depending on taxi and the fares are steep. We hired a driver for day excursions. Concierge service can be sketchy; they were either overwhelmed or too relaxed. Great place to chill and enjoy the privacy of the location and the infinity pool. The views are fantastic!
Remote location. not easy to get to restaurants, gelato shop etc. Not pedestrian friendly ....

Beautiful hotel , easy check in . Welcome drink on arrival is a lovely touch . Tasty breakfast on the stunning outdoor terrace area and the breakfast staff are very friendly , all of the staff were so helpful and would do all they could to help with anything. The shuttle that takes you to Positano & Praiano at certain times throughout the day is great and the driver was very accommodating if we needed picked up . The rooms are so nice with amazing views and housekeeping come during the day and again in the evening if you require . Spa / Pool area lovely and my husband loved the sauna we didn’t have time for a treatment but they looked good. We had room service one evening and the food was amazing and so fresh . The bar cocktails were great and again the staff just make this hotel what it is . It isn’t so easy to get a taxi to the airport it usually requires a day or 2 advance notice we left it to the last minute but the hotel did everything they could to get us one and managed . thanks again !
can’t fault anything

The view is amazing and the staff is always available. They make it very easy to fix any issues you may have. Also, the shuttle service is helpful when it's running 9AM-6PM to get to Positano. They will also help you arrange a taxi out of shuttle hours for a flat fee.
I don't like that they don't allow you to have a steamer or iron in the room. Alternatively, they offer to iron for you but don't caveat that you will be billed for it. It's roughly E2.50 per which is a bit expensive.

The shuttle was very useful, the manager and most of the staff were very professional, and the view is outstanding. The wine on arrival was a nice touch
No tea and coffee provided in the room, yet a kettle with no cups. Breakfast was basic, and had to pay extra for avocado etc. 1 staff member was extremely rude after asking for a coffee and left us feeling uncomfortable, I am unable to have normal milk and this was extremely hard to explain so I had to go without. My girlfriend had a gel manicure, which she felt was not to a professional standard and left feeling unhappy and having to pay to have them re done afterwards. Also to have a few items ironed was €30. no iron provided in the room.

We were greeted by the manager when we arrived at the hotel which wasn’t typical. While we were getting checked in, we were provided with welcome drinks and a lovely appetizer. In our room, a bottle of wine was waiting for us. The room was nice and cool when we got in. The bed was amazing. We slept like babies during our entire stay.
They cleaned our room twice a day, basically, whenever we left the room.
There are 2 pools available - outdoor and indoor. Most people stayed at the outdoor pool to enjoy the sun. While I preferred the indoor pool due to serenity. At the indoor pool, you’ll find the spa. If you are looking at getting a massage and some facial treatments, you can get it done there.
The hotel is between Positano and Praiano. If you are driving, the hotel has available parking spaces. I would highly recommend to get a smaller car than an SUV. The coastal road can be a bit tight. Be prepared for scooters popping up everywhere. Due to the location of the hotel, you have plenty of options for places to explore and there are quite a lot of options for restaurants around the area. We realized, we needed to make dinner reservations. There are a few restaurants who would accept you but some will turn you away. We highly recommend doing some research on restaurants, alot of options and food was always amazing. Dinner tends to start at 19:30. We used TheFork to make reservations.
The hotel’s restaurant, lounge and the outdoor pool have the best views of Positano, Capri and Praiano. Captivating both in daytime and nighttime.
The breakfast food was always amazing. You don’t get a breakfast buffet, probably because of COVID-19. The food is always freshly cooked/prepared as they are ordered. You are served with a selection of jams, pastries and croissants on top of your breakfast. My personal favorite is the vegetarian omelette.
The hotel has a bar at the reception. The mojitos and long island iced teas were perfectly prepared and tasted spot on.
More like suggestions to the hotel’s restaurant:
- It would be great to have an option for lactose free milk for breakfast.
- Breakfast was amazing, however, there were a couple of instances wherein our orders were forgotten. Probably, the women were still on training.
- Limited dinner menu options and not much wiggle room for the dishes when a tweak was requested.

90% of the value comes from the location and the viewe you can get from everywhere across the property. And the stuff was also amazing as they go above and beyond expectations
Rooms are clean and nice but relatively basic in terms of furniture and details. Great bed but the desk and the wardrobe felt too cheap

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The view is absolutely amazing, both from the rooms and from the restaurant and bar.
The food in the restaurant is great, if you are a gourmand. If you're looking for something more simple, plenty of restaurants in Positano and Praiano to choose from.

The staff were very helpful and kind. The views were amazing and the hotel is super quiet and away from the crowd. The free shuttle is very convenient to pass by positano during the day.
We booked the suite with terrace based on the pictures on booking.com. When arriving we were told that this picture is for a different type of room in higher category which was a disappointment. The reason we choose this hotel on the rate given is because of the terrace we expected to have. The hotel offered to upgrade us on the last night but it wasn’t worth packing for one night. Always refer to there website before booking on booking.com.
