The exterior where the swimming pool area is. The bed is really comfortable. The staff are really friendly.

Simple, cheap and cheerful.

The staff were very helpful, rooms were spacious and clean. The kids loved the pool.

The outdoor bathrooms taps were a little worse for wear due to being exposed to the salt air.

Very good

The staff were amazing, so lovely and eager to help if needed The room was tidy and clean. The pool was perfect. Good wifi too and the breakfast was really nice!

I hate to do this but there was no fridge in the room, the tv worked but didnt have any reception so didnt actually show anything and the bathroom smelt funny. None of these would stop me staying there again though

great location very convenient and comfy stay

The location is fantastic just round the corner from Jungutbatu and all the Warungs, bars, dive shops and everything else you could need or want. the pool is small and clean with nice areas to sit and relax and have breakfast. Breakfast was really good - we had mixed omelette with Bali Coffee every morning. the room is spacious and clean with a big comfy bed and an open air bathroom area. Staff were fantastic and helped us with everything we needed such as scooter rental and taxis etc.

The rooms are a little bit dated and the bed could do with a few extra pillows although I’m sure if we had asked they would’ve given them to us! The WiFi is a bit spotty.

Okay for the money, could be cleaner.

The location was good and the staff were lovely. Pool was also nice and clean.

The room was dated and dirty. Furniture had old paint marks all over it. Behind the bed it was very dirty and there were lots of ants/bugs in the room. The bathroom was also very tired and the shower was especially bad as it was covered in limescale and needed a very good clean. One of the deck chairs by the pool was rotten and pieces of wood peeled off when I went to adjust it.

One of the best places we’ve ever stayed, amazing ladies that run hotel!!

Breakfast was fast and delicious, rooms were clean and air con was good. The ladies running the hotel are amazing and went above and beyond for us!! You could tell they genuinely cared about us and did everything they could for us to have a wonderful stay. We love them!

Cozy Beds, good location, amazing staff

Rooms are spacious, clean and bed was huge in size which is very comfortable. Pool is nice and big very relaxing to dip in after whole day outside. The host is very kind letting us shower, lent us towel after our check out because we headed out for snorkel. Location is near the harbour which is convenient if you'll be staying only for short amount of time.

There's no door to close the toilet and terrace at the back of the room. It's really awkward sitting on a toilet while people walks in and out of the terrace. Weak wifi signal on the back building.

staff very welcoming and helpful. LionAir lost one of our bags and promised to send to Lembongan. after several calls nothing happened , then the stuff called and organized family and friends mission and I got my backpack back

overall, the location was good however the facilities and the room were quite average

good location and good aircon

showers and bed were very average. we were charged for water which was complimentary at all other places we stayed in Bali. the pool was being treated on the first day and then green for the rest of the stay so it was not swimable. this was disappointing as the reason we chose this accommodation was because it had a pool. The blinds were also very see through so a lot of light came in during the morning.
