Great location, lovely property, would definitely return with family and friends.
The location of the property for tourist attractions, walks and visiting Buxton and Bakewell. The local amenities were also excellent (great 'walkable' pub too!). The quality of the décor and the furniture at property also gave it a very cosy-feel.

Very comfortably decorated, comfortable beds and modern and clean bathroom
The access to the patio was blocked which we would have liked to use

Absolutely beautiful cottage, would definitely come again and recommend the property.
Beautiful property that felt very homely and was spacious for our needs.
Although very clean we kept finding dog hairs on our clothes, being a family that doesn’t have dogs.

I liked everything about the cottage, especially the wood burning fire. The cottage was cosy and clean and decorated beautifully. The shower was amazing. I have a pathetic electric one at home 😂

Everything else! The cottage was more spacious than expected and was cosy and comfortable. We loved it!
I would have liked a clothes dryer so that we could have dried towels and clothing more easily.

Lovely, well equipped cottage
Beautifully decorated, comfortable and cosy. All the equipment needed for a very enjoyable stay. Nice to have some outdoor furniture too.
A bit of a mix up with key collection. There was nobody to meet us and we had not been given the key code. It was a bit difficult to contact the right person to get the code as the telephone number given on booking.com is not that of the person with the code, but of another big rental agency where you are put on hold for a long time before they give you the right number to call. However, this was really our only significant grumble. Overall we enjoyed our stay, and would thoroughly recommend the cottage.
