Cosy cottage, clean and nicely decorated. Very comfy beds, no noise in the night despite pub just next door. Great location with easy access to walks, pubs, restaurants.
WiFi did not work at all, that needs to be rectified. Beds were advertised as one king size and one double but in reality it was more like one double and one small double.

The property itself was well equipped with all we needed and cosy with log burner. Great location for walks.
We were not informed the pub was so close to the property which had a beer and cider festival on for the full 4 days of our stay with extremely loud music. Also the cleaning was not great with some dirty underwear found and cob webs all around the building. Also the mattresses were old and could do with updating.

location
needs new pillows, bit dated and small

Location was great, and a beautiful old building.
The finishing work on the building was terrible, tiles on top of tiles with no finished edges in the kitchen, the painting of the walls is herendous, pointless random pictures and ornaments make it look messy. Cobwebs everywhere.Shower is poor. Have to turn heating on, to get hot water. Oven took an hour to heat up,
I can clearly see that these issues were done by an unskilled person. All of these things need to be fixed by a professional and brought up to a good standard.
I for 1 will not be staying there again because of these issues, I truly believe that if these things are brought to a high standard, the there will be much more repeat custom.

The property was good overall, no problems.
Some information was confusing , like to use black bags to put all bedding in, but no black bags to be found.
On leaving we were sat ready at 10am and thought if we could , as in no rush, we would wait for host to thank them, we looked out at 10am/10.10am and didn't see anyone, so began to load up cars at 10.20am and leave, still no sign, at time of leaving a lady pulled up, just at 10.30am . she was very agitated and angry, saying it was nearly 10.30am and she had been waiting to get in, we explained we had been looking out and why, she then shouted at me, what where you waiting for, she then changed her story and said she had been waiting around the corner. It was all very un pleasant , she did not calm down and would not listen or accept anything we said. both of us tried to calm her and explain, but she was very aggressive and rude. so we left asap. This was a very unfortunate end to a good stay overall.

Very spacious and well equipped. Great location. Comes ready with everything for a week or two of vacationing.
Lovely trails around and not many tourists.
The barn is well reconstructed and beds very comfy.
A couple of places around in case you want to eat out with good cooks.
The pub round the corner is not the greatest, but there are other better options. The bathroom ventilator can get a bit noisy. If the weather ain't good there is not much to do in the area.

Barn was very clean, cozy and spacious. Ideal location for relaxing break with places to eat nearby and amazing walks.
Two of the windows kept blowing open in the very strong winds

Great location and lovely cottage with all the facilities you could need for a short stay.
The shower was very difficult to get at the right temperature. Some noise from the pub next door.
