Friendly Owners, Beautiful View

Communication with host and on site manager was great. Ari, the site manager, was very friendly and helpful. Beautiful view from the deck. Literally right across the street from the beach. Bed was comfy. Studio was spacious. Amenities were good-- shower, fridge, tv, etc.

The best vacation we ever had. And I have been all over the world

The place was right in the beach and the manager Ari was the most friendly and helpful person I ever met at a hotel I consider him a friend. The place was beautiful with 360 degree view of the city . Very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed

From the minute we got there we were welcomed in like family . Nothing I can think of would have made it better

beautiful beachfront stay in a private location

It is safe and secure! The accommodations are very nice and the overhead shower is a nice touch.

It is a little difficult to walk to anything. Uber or a car is necessary if you’re here on vacation.

So sad our weekend is over!

Beautiful inside and out! Great Family home right across from the beach! The sunset was amazing and the fact that we had options on where to see it from was just another plus. We could watch it at the beach across the street, from the balcony of master bedroom and of course from the top deck which is completely set up to have a great sunset BBQ! I loved that although there are more people renting the back apartments we had privacy and having someone there in case there was any questions was great! 3 minutes away from a Walmart and lots of other stores. There were also a lot of nice restaurants and taco spots close by.

Nothing I didn’t like about the property but definitely get the day started early as there was a lot of traffic due to construction on the way to go sight seeing.

Five star experience

Everything that is advertised was true and then some some. Very clean and cozy. Quite atmosphere. Vero was an excellent host. Truly a five star experience.

There was not a thing that I didn't like. It was absolutely awesome.

Will not return nor will I recommend the Trojan house since it was false advertising

No breakfast was served

The studio was NOT the studio in the picture that is advertised online....the pictures were two separate bedrooms. One bedroom was suppose to have twin beds and a separate bedroom with a single queen bed, that is not what I was given, so we were very disappointed. Also the WiFi never worked, we were never able to connect our phones . Falsely advertised

Unit assignment is not guaranteed.

Location, lovely rooftop and place was nice. But not as promised.

False advertising of the apartment because we expected a hot tub, cleaning services and a view of the ocean. None of these were provided. The room with a view was specifically requested and said we would receive it. But we had absolutely no view of the ocean.

Beautiful 3 story house with huge decks for beautiful views of the Pacific Ocean.

Location and parking/security was perfect and exactly what I needed for the circumstances I had. The host was easy to get a hold of, fast to respond, and answered all my questions professionally and with passion. I will without a doubt be staying here again.

I don't recall anything that needed to be better. Towels and toiletries were provided and used. Parking for my race car and tools/parts was exactly what I needed and secure.
