Удобное расположение,рядом метро,трамвайная остановка. Персонал внимательный, отзывчивый . В номере чисто.

Жаль нет чайника в комнате,но можно пользоваться кухней в любое время дня.

Good value and nice location hotel in Istanbul

Really good location. A few minutes from Aksaray tram station and 5 minutes walk from Airport shuttle bus station. Grand Bazaar is also walking distance. Good enough Breakfast, and nice staffs.

A bit felt smoking smell.

The day receptionist was very helpful...had some friends staying in a different hotel one of whom is in a wheelchair and hills around that hotel were unmanageable, the receptionist found room in the hotel for them on the 1st floor which was suitable....he was very helpful, sorry didn't catch your name but thank you 👏👏

If you’re a smoker this is your hotel :)

The staff is very helpful and friendly :) Loved them all.

The shower wasn’t great; the water wasn’t draining properly and the bathroom floor was all the time wet and slippery. At night is was difficult to breathe and sleep because of the tabaco smoke coming through the vents from the other rooms.

very dirty, the room was not as described (we booked 4 beds and received 2 beds).

Location near the metro, the stuff was nice

It was very dirty, I think it was the dirtiest hotel I've ever been in my life (literally). When we arrived, the wet cleaning was not done, it seem they've only changed bed and towels, I saw the residual of dirt of past visitors, remained from using a bathroom, residuals inside the lockers, everywhere. Also, we have booked 4 bed room but we were given a 2 bed room. The breakfast is poor comparing with other hotels in Turkey, and not tasty. Surprising because it is vey difficult to make eggs not tasty.

Peaceful, Clean, Friendly staff.

Breakfast was same everyday. They should have changed at least few items in the menu. If we arrive late night then the entrance door is locked and need to stay out whole night.

I regrated to choose this hotel.

The location

The breakfast wasn't good, no water no hot drink in the room as showed on their photos and the refrigerator does not work well. Every time the elevator go's up or down I feel the noise in the room, and there are only 3or 5 channels works on TV.
