Rummen var fina , bra läge för att ta sig överallt . Vi köpte ett istanbul card som vi kunde använda till buss , båt , tunnelbana super trevlig personal som hjälpte till med allt och gjorde vår resa ännu bättre . Dom gav alltid bra råd och bjöd på sig själva . Personalen ska ha ett stort plus för dom gjorde vår resa ännu bättre.

Полотенца были не белого цвета, а серого, еще и с пятнами. Совершенно застиранные, неприятно такими пользоваться.
У нас был ранний выезд в 07:00. Так как завтрак начинается с 08:00 ч, попросили lunch box с собой. Два разных менеджера записали просьбу накануне днем и вечером и заверили, что все приготовят нам. На утро, когда выходили уже к такси, менеджер сообщил, что lunch box не будет, так как персонал подходит позже. Зачем тогда обещали не один, а два разных сотрудника!!! Обманываете туристов!!!
Номер очень маленький, в описании написано 15 кв. м., на самом деле он меньше.

The only good thing about this hotel is its location. It's nearby many of the attractions.
The room was an abdomination! It was completely dirty, full of hair around the linen, the bed and bathroom furniture. The mettress was full of stains and the towels were yellowish. We even asked politely to have our room cleaned again without a charge, and having returned from our walk after 9 hours, we have found ourselves surprised of the cleaning crew haven't done anything. The manager was fully ignorant not even respondding to our messages and requests and the receptionist ironically responded that there was nothing they could do. I bet all the 9s and 10s they have acquired are from their own family, friends and fools! NOT RECOMMENDED! Sanitary reports are coming also soon...

You cant beat it - its just few minutes walk from Hagia Sofia, for this price, this is excelent choice. Special thanks goes to Sinan - very friendly and helpful buddy there ;)

Il giorno dopo il soggiorno volevo lasciare una recensione ma non ci sono riuscito..poi mi era arrivata una mail di ringraziamento per la recensione lasciata, che ovviamente non avevo fatto io.
Dall’aria personale non l'ho potuta cambiare né cancellare. La recensione che qualcuno ha lasciato truffalidinamente al mio posto aveva voto 10 ma senza commento.

Ho contattato subuito l'assistenza clienti e mi ha chiesto se avessi dato alla struttura il codice pin. Gli ho detto di sì perché se me l’hanno chiesto non appena siamo arrivati in hotel.
Mi hanno detto che il codice pin non va lasciato mai alla struttura perchè è segreto e che sicuramente la recensione l’avevano scritta sicuramente lo staff dell'hotel
Quindi, ho potuto scrivere questa recensione solo dopo l'intervento dell'assistenza di booking (l'altra non è possibile cancellarla) che mi ha esortato a scrivere quello che mi era accaduto in modo che anche altri clienti nelle stesse condizioni potessero fare altrettanto.
Chiaramente la struttura è stata segnlata e mi auguro che booking possa cancellare il loro account perchè quello che fanno è di una scorrettezza unica. Una FRODE VERA E PROPRIA

Emplacement assez bon. Pas loin de tout. Personnel à l'écoute. A pieds vous pourrez visiter pas mal d'attractions de la vieille ville.
La propreté à revoir du moins dans la chambre que nous avons eu. Quelques moisissures dans nos douches. Chambres avec balcons donnent sur la rue et c'est très bruyant! La route est assez fréquentée donc beaucoup de passages de voitures/camions et trains à toute heure du jour et de la nuit. Si vous êtes venus vous reposer passez votre chemin. :)

Отель точно не тянет на 4 звезды, 3 звезды думаю и то с натягом!
Номер не стоил тех денег, что мы заплатили, даже с учетом большой скидки, что значит скидка была липовая и все это был обман - подняли цену и дали скидку - странно, что booking.com не отслеживает такие махинации.
В отеле шёл ремонт и в номер пришлось проходить через ремонт.
Серые от старости полотенца и плесень в ванной.
Отзывы и рейтинг не соответствовали действительности.

Расположение и нормальный номер.
1. За день до заезда нам пришло письмо от отеля что они нас ждут. Мы приехали в 20-00 в отель и было сказано что номера нашего нет, так как у них был сбой в программе и в бронировании и нам не могут предоставить номер в их отели. И предложили в соседнем отеле 3 звезды но самы лучший номер ( по их словам). Мы согласились, но когда мы зашли в этот номер то были шокированы увиденным ( да номер большой но старый и ужасный): грязно, полотенца с пятнами, постельное белье с дырой и тоже с пятнами. Я вернулся обратно и менеджеру сообщил об этом, на что мне ответили что больше вариантов нет в округе и это самый лучший номер и именно для нас!!! Смешно. Я предложил компенсацию в размере продления номера в последний день до 18-00. Менеджер сказал что как раз есть пока свободное время но должен согласовать с старшим менеджером и за день до выезда подойти к ним. ( это была моя ошибка что я не настаивал сразу это сделать)
За день до выезда как раз был старший менеджер, я подошел к нему а он не в курсе и уже времени нет. Потом было сказано что не надо писать о плохом номере в том отеле и надо было сразу говорить о проблемах а не сейчас! Я предлагал 50$ за продление и это тоже не помогло. Не передают информацию, не хотят идти на помощь посетителям. Спасибо хоть не выгнали с лобби в последний день.
2. Душ уже очень старый, требуется замена смесителя.
3. Балкон не закрывается ( сломана ручка двери)
4. Завтраки очень скудны. (Один омлет, помидоры и огурцы , сосиски, колбаса нарезана по 6-8 кусочков на всех, и сыр так же, кофе из машины как из пакета 3-1)
5. Спа одно слово. В подвале и ни кто не ходит.
6. Они за меня поставили 10 балов и написали отзыв. Я уже переписал его и написал в тех поддержку.
Не показывайте им и не давайте сфотографировать номер бронирования с пинкодом.
Фотографии сделаны с другой гостиницы где мы жили в первый день ( они стоят стенка к стенке) так что вид в целом такой.

Хороший номер. Стандартный завтрак без разнообразия. Один омлет, овощи, сосиски жаренные, колбаса и сыр. Номер в целом хороший. Хорошо бы обновить сантехнику в душе.
Менеджеры обманщики. Когда мы приехали в 21-00 в отель, наш номер был занят ( сказали что у них сбой в системе, но за день заезда,мне пришло сообщение что они нас ждут) в итоге менеджер нас заселил в соседнюю гостиницу под предлогом что номер выше классом но сама гостиница 3 звезды. Мы зашли в номер и были в шоке: да он большой но настолько старый что жесть. Мебель отбитая, полотенца грязные, постельное белье в пятнах и дырявое. Спали в одежде. Мы пошли сразу к менеджеру для выяснения, на что было сказано что вариантов нет в округе и только такой номер есть и он супер хороший по их мнению!!!! Я предложил компенсацию в размере продления последнего дня до 18-00. Менеджер сказал что есть пока свободное время и за день до выезда подойдите мы все решим и сообщит старшему менеджеру. За день до выезда мы подошли к старшему менеджеру по поводу продления. Он сказала что нет мест и за короткое время так не делается. Я объяснил ему что мы в первый день просили и были свободные места. Но он грубо отвечал что не надо тут жаловаться и решать свои проблемы в последний день.
В конце мы уже были согласны дать 50$ для продления но даже так они не захотели.
Обманывают как всегда и не идут на взаимодействие с посетителями. Еще сами поставили отзыв на 10. Приходится его редактировать.

Locatie is super op zo'n 10 minuten lopen van de Sultanahmet Moskee en Aya Sofia. Ook de shuttle service is goed geregeld. De regendouche is fijn en de housekeeping is super!
De airco gaf soms kuren, waardoor hij alleen kon ventileren en niet koelen. Het ontbijt is eenvoudig en wat minder internationaal/continentaal dan gebruikelijk.

Enkelte småting var ikke helt iorden - en pære i badeværelset, der blev ikke fyldt toiletpapir og vand op - men så snart man spørger får man udleveret det der mangler. Baren øverst var ved at blive renoveret - så ikke meget udsigt ved morgenmaden. Dejlig bar på modsatte side af vejen - med udsigt over havet.
