Breakfast lovely and hot and excellent choice available.
Bistro very enjoyable and although Sun night ( bank hol.) was very busy, (30 mins delay on our booked table, was understandable) the staff were very professional and pleasant under stress.
Room was very lovely and sitting out on balcony ( with blanket supplied) was my all time favourite place to relax. Well done to all.
Very difficult to keep floor dry during shower- dividing wall too short. Condensation on window needed drying off due to poor ventilation - no opening pane.
Small fridge in room would be welcome.
E- power charger in your car park was extremely slow, only charging 0.6kw per hour and we met several guests that experienced same problem. We did contact E-power to alert them to this problem.

The breakfast was filling and delicious. There was also a small buffet area, where you could get some tasty nibbles and juices. There was a good variety of foods to choose on the menu.
The service in the morning could have been a little friendlier.

Our family always have a fabulous stay in the Whitford, the staff are always amazing. The food is always prepared, delivered and presented to perfection. Rooms are always spotless and the only downside: no matter how many days we stay it’s never long enough. Already looking forward to our next visit.
A few days is never long enough.

Breakfast very good. Hotel location not very good for someone like myself arriving by train.
Hotel very good for the most part, but a bit pricey in August. Food and swimming pool very good.

stunning gardens, great style and decor,we didn’t get to use the swimming pool etc, but did have a look, and it looked very relaxing. the food was superb, cocktails were gorgeous, the staff were so nice and very friendly. the service is next to none! our hotel room also really nice. there’s music in the bar too.
i didn’t like the fact that they called me a few days before going to stay about what time k wanted breakfast at and also what time did I want dinner. I understand now from seeing how busy they were that the staff genuinely wanted to ensure that we had a table for dinner.

We were kindly offered early check-in so that we could prepare for a wedding we were attending nearby. Our room was beautifully appointed, large and spacious with a light-filled bathroom - perfect for makeup application! All staff we encountered were extremely friendly and helpful.
Paper napkins at breakfast...would have preferred linens.

The hotel was very enjoyable. The room was very comfortable and had a lot of space. The staff were very friendly. The food in the restaurant was so good. The pool facilities were excellent. They answered my request to have something special for my girlfriend’s birthday. We would highly recommend this hotel to all.

Great location lovely staff. Great facilities.
We used the whitford as a stopover before getting the ferries and saw family in the evening before an early start. The bedroom was lovely but....
It had some weird, I think, smoke detector device that had an intense green light that was so bright it was like having a greenlight bulb on and made sleep impossible. Because we got to bed late and had to get up early for the ferry I couldn't be bothered getting out of bed to speak to reception so just sucked it up. But it was nearly impossible to sleep with the spooky green light.

Great large room. Room service quick, food delivered hot and perfect.
Breakfast also great, good choice.
unfortunately a false fire alarm went off at 6:30 and there was no hot water on the day. Hopefully just a bad day for the hotel. My complaint was dealt with fairly.
