Dit hotel bevelen wij zeker aan.

Over het algemeen waren wij zeer tevreden. Zeer vriendelijke en vlotte ontvangst en de dagen dat we in het hotel verbleven, ervoeren we als een weldaad. Heel vriendelijke en behulpzame bediening. Onze kamer was waarschijnlijk recent vernieuwd en zeer schoon. Koffie, thee en flesjes water stonden klaar.

Klein minpuntje: onze kamer lag aan de achterzijde, en er was een beetje overlast van de machinerie welke buiten stond. Maar dat was te overzien.

Good, could have been better.

Nice quality.

Someone lit up a cigarette in a room that set off fire alarms in the entire hotel at 2:33 am. Ruined my nights sleep. The phones in the rooms are apparently turned off at night so I had to go down to the main desk in the lobby to make sure we were safe. The management’s response: “Sorry!”

Do not appreciate others dirty laundry, glasses left outside our room door at 5pm at night.

Location, cleanliness- we did not use any of the facilities- bar, restaurant.

Location, checking procedures we’re not welcoming. We’re not permitted to purchase coffee, told coffee machine was switched off at 10am. Dirty laundry left outside room door at least twice a day

Perfekte Aufenthalt in Dublin

Das Zimmer wurde jeden Tag tipptopp gereinigt und wir bekamen immer frisches Wasser, Kaffeepads und Kekse. Wir hatten alles, was man braucht, mit Kaffeemaschine, Föhn, Kleiderschrank und USB-Ports zum Aufladen. Die Betten waren bequem und das Bad geräumig. Die Lage war super: 1 Minute zur Bushaltestelle und das Zentrum zu Fuß erreichbar.

Ein Lüfter im Bad würde helfen wegen der Feuchtigkeit nach der Dusche. Ansonsten war alles super.

Sehr schönes sympathisches Hotel! Super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, gut erreichbare Lage auch mit dem Mietwagen gut erreichbar!

Das Fenster ließ sich schwer öffnen, das lag aber daran, dass wir nicht wussten wie 😅. Das Fenster war frisch gestrichen und die Farbe hat das Fenster verklebt, am 2. Tag haben wir das System verstanden

Très bien malgré le bruit.

Bon emplacement, proche du centre ville à pied, merci à Clément de la réception qui a été très pro. Bon petit déjeuné très complet.

Le bruit, les climatiseurs sur la façade créent un bruit de fond, nous entendions également beaucoup les voisins de chambre et les passages dans le couloir.

El mejor hotel en el que me he alojado en mucho tiempo

Instalaciones modernas pero elegantes, muy limpias y bien adaptadas para personas con movilidad reducida. Las habitaciones espaciosas y confortables, además disponen de cafetera eléctrica y hervidor de agua, además de una selección de infusiones y cafés como cortesía para los huéspedes. Además, los geles de baño son de primeras marcas. El desayuno es tipo buffet y es muy variado y de gran calidad. Además, solían reponer con frecuencia. También cenamos algunas noches en su restaurante, en el que ofrecen platos de gastronomía local y tambien algunos internacionales. Precios un pelín elevados según el plato, pero es lo esperado en este tipo de restaurantes y además, la calidad era bastante buena y las raciones eran generosas. Mención especial al personal con el que tratamos: todos fueron muy amables en todo momento y nos ayudaron en todo lo que necesitamos. Si vuelvo a Dublín volveré a este hotel sin duda alguna.

No le pongo 10 porque la única pega es que se escapaba algo de agua por la mampara de nuestra ducha, pero no llegó a suponer demasiado problema. Por lo demás, todo genial.

Very good

Very friendly and professional staff. Good location within easy walking distance to city. Double room good size with also good size bathroom. Very good breakfast at reasonable price. Helpful to be able to store luggage on check out.

Good, decent hotel. A bit expensive for the lack of amenities. Irish cultural show was excellent.

Glen (I think his name was) in the bar / restaurant was very accommodating and very nice to us. He bent the rules a bit when we wanted to see the amazing Irish dance/music show but wanted to bring pizza in for our kids from the hotel restaurant instead of buying the prix fix meal.

Wish there were parking facilities at the hotel. Wish there was a bit more space around the beds (4-person Family room). Wish the hotel had a pool or a spa. Stayed two separate nights bookending our week in Ireland -- both rooms similar. But both lacking in toiletries amenities -- need to bring your own shampoo / conditioner / body lotions -- items usually expected to be provided in a hotel of this level. Disappointed in that regard.

Location was pretty good. Beds ok.

Staff not very well educated, smoking in the outside building. They gave us keys for a room that was with people already. TV not working.

Comfortable and clean room. Good location.

Only one small lift on our side. Staff was in general kind but could be better. Heaters were already off, nights are still cold in May.

Luxury hotel but standard of service did not match up

The hotel was of a high standard. The rooms were beautiful and spacious and the beds were very comfortable

The staff were inexperienced and unhelpful. It seemed like there was no communication between staff members and nobody really seemed confident on what was going on.
