Very central location in Heidelberg. Convenient access to all old town highlights.
Room in top floor was simple and clean, but rather hot and kitchen fumes from the restaurant came through the window and was present in the hallway outside.

it was in a great location and it was an awesome vibe!

The location was perfect. The staff and owners were very accommodating.
6.0
The location is excellent in the city center, and the room was clean.
There isn't an elevator to go to our room at the 4th floor.
The accommodation was very dated and the so called view of the castle was not impressive.

Not much
We had a room with “balcony”, but it was way too small and not allowed to smoke on the balcony either. Mattresses were too hard for our liking, bathroom way too small, no choice of coffee (3-in-one only), only 1 towel for the both of us, and it took70 steps on the stairs to reach our room.

Great location if you are exploring Heidelberg
Very basic facilities, but good showers and hot water a plus

An excellent location for the Christmas markets. The Irish pub is very good. Friendly member of staff checked us in - we were a bit early too. A freindly atmosphere in the pub. The rooms are not the main point of this pub but our was comfortable and really good value for the money. An ideal stopover for a night or two. Reasonably priced - would be ideal for those with a limited budget. Would definitely stay there again!
For the money it would be hard to complain - perhaps that there was no lift - might be difficult for those with limited mobility ? Breakfast doesn't start until quite late but there is an excellent Cafe Blatt a few minutes walk away. Only consideration - I wasn't able to get a receipt/paid invoice for my stay and can't seem to get one now - Perhaps the pub could email one to me?

the location is great. the personal was nice and helped me store my luggage
the room was damp and took a long time to heat up. there was club music blasting so had to sleep with headphones. the proximity to a club has not been mentioned on the website. the quality of the room was lower than seen on the pictures (eg. big cracks in the wall). for the price I was dissappointed

Great location,
Good prizes,
Discount on the pub downstairs.
Almost no amenities,
5 pm check in is ridiculous.

I loved the location, and since I was traveling alone, I felt that it was a good, safe area. I also liked that it was in close proximity to everything I wanted to see.
The only issue I had was that I had to go to the bar to check in on Saturday afternoon. That may not always be a problem, but when the World Cup soccer game between England and France is on TV, it was a bit of a challenge!

location close to things to do.
rooms are directly above a pub so it is very noisy late into the night.

Location is perfect for exploring the old city on foot. And the pub downstairs is the best place to end the day.

The rooms were in the third floor and there was no lift.

Lovely hotel in th emiddle of the city. Very nice staff & nice restaurant.

All was super great. Great location and rooms. Really it was only me and it was more than enough. Super clean and enjoyable with good view. It is above a bar but when the windows are closed you barely hear anything (i was from Wednesday to Sunday)
The only problem in my opinion is the heating. It can get cold at night and it didn’t work. I slept with a layer. Other than that, fantastic stay.

I didn't find anything I didn't like.

The actual suite was lovely. It was very comfortable and the view from the top floor of the pub is great.
A few problems with a kettle that wouldn't switch off plus I didn't have any towels at all until about 6.30pm which totally ruined my stay. I did report them both straight away but the girl said the kettles were all like that and didn't offer me another one. Plus there was someone's old cheese in the fridge. Apart from that the actual suite that I had booked was lovely. The housekeeping staff were all pleasant. It just seemed to be the girl who worked in the bar who couldn't be bothered. It was a pity as I had been really looking forward to staying there :(

It's actually a beautiful suite very charming. It has a lovely small old balcony with wonderful views of the street. The bed is lovely and comfortable there is a sofa plus 2 TVs a huge wardrobe big old shelving unit and bathroom. The accomodation is great.
The fact that I had to pay for the 2 nights upfront before I had even got in the room. Plus they are trying to get half of another booking for the previous night that I cant even find. I think they decided to make it non refundable. There were no towels in my room so I wasnt able to have a shower until about 6.20pm when I had reported it at about 3pm. The kettle I had wont turn off when it boils so it is totally unsafe and you risk electrocuting yourself. I only used it once. The fridge was dirty plus it still has someone else's cheese spread in it. The heating wouldn't come on for ages until I turned it right up as I was so cold I had my coat on. I paid €209 for the 2 nights. Its actually a lovely suite at the top of an old building but my stay that I was really looking forward to has been really spoiled because of poor customer service. There is an Argentinian guy that I met first he told me where to have breakfast etc and is totally helpful. But I won't be staying there again and I cant recommend it. There do not even seem to have lights on the stairs as it is right at the top of the building up 6 or 7 flights of stairs. I appreciate there is no lift as it is an old building. I was so looking forward to coming here. It could be lovely if the management actually apply some logic and excellent customer service which is totally lacking. I dont like giving bad reviews but I am not going to lie this time.
