Complaints ignored

Good location. Very central to what we needed. Good parking facilities, if somewhat pricey.

The cleaning team left our room visibly unlocked, leaving our property insecure. The shift manager told us the manager would be in touch, but they never bothered. Not at all what I expect from a Hilton. We won't be back. Also, sellotape on the ceiling and a drawing pin on the side, which made us dubious as to how well the rooms had been cleaned. Room was TINY.

Overall great stay. Comfortable and good nights sleep. Perfect location to attend Hydro.

Location excellent for attending concert at Hydro. Breakfast very tasty and good value for money. Comfortable bed

Stain on carpet in room. Drinks at the bar far too expensive would have spent more time there if this had not been the case as view is excellent of the river.

Great weekend, will definitely return.

Room compact, bathroom small but it was sufficient for our needs. Shower brilliant. Bed very comfortable. Room had lovely view over river and was very quiet. It is a great location for events at SEC and Hydro. Train station also within walking distance. There is a lovely seating area outside beside river. I'm sure it is great to sit there in the summer. Minnie was excellent in maintaining the dining room, actively cleaning tables and ensuring guests were seated as soon as possible. She had an extremely pleasant manner, nothing was too much trouble. Steven was also very pleasant and helpful.

Checking in was slow as only one receptionist on duty. Breakfast was okay, plenty of choice. Fried eggs and poached eggs left on hot plate which did'nt really keep them warm. Slow to fill up breakfast items from kitchen.

Friendly staff and nice clean rooms.

Great staff - Customer service was on point. Rooms were clean, and the location was ideal.

Room had a slight off smell coming from the fridge however with the window open this was fine.

Pleasant and comfortable staff with lovely breakfast. Great selection.

Lovely hotel located on the River Clyde with onsite parking. Very scenic location when weather is favourable with walks along the Clyde. Staff always very helpful.

Hilton prices for a glass of wine lol 😊

Perfect as we were at the hydro for a concert and we always stay at your hotel.

Location was good The room was clean The staff where professional

Pillows too soft Bed jumpy and small for a queen-sized bed that i booked Pillows and bed: 3/10 I was given a handicap room, even though that was not what I had booked. The bathroom lacked a drain, and the shower curtains did little to stop water from spreading across the floor. Additionally, the size of the room appeared smaller than what was advertised. Before using the room, I requested the receptionist to provide me with a regular room, but I was informed that there were no available rooms.

The room was very comfortable and clean: the shower was great and the bar was lovely

I’m not sure if they were short staffed but I tried to call reception from the room a couple times and couldn’t get an answer

Won’t be back

The noise in the room kept us up all night , we where on the 5 floor top of the building,

The noise at night couldn’t sleep , also it was quite dirty , when we where waiting for the lift to take us done , the dust on the window shelf’s was shocking . Not the Hilton standards am used to .

Had a good overnight stay but overpriced ! Obviously hiked up the price as concert on , as it was double the price for

Chose this hotel as was attending a concert at the Hydro so it’s the perfect location , few minutes walk across the road . Clean & comfortable room & a lovely breakfast choice in the restaurant. Also nice terrace area to sit out with drinks looking onto the river .

Bathroom a bit on the small side . Bit noisy in the morning as could hear the shower on in the room above , so just minor things really .

Stay was fine. Staff were friendly and helpful however, the room we were allocated was dreadful. Right behind lift shaft

Good location. Great for parking.

Room allocated(room 323)was right behind lift shaft and could hear mechanics of lift all day and night. Most frustrating!

Disappointed with the room

Great location, friendly staff!

Fantastic location near the Conference Centre. Easy walk to train station. My room was nice, the furnishings were a little bit tired, but very functional. The breakfast was delicious and staff friendly and helpful. I also liked the convenience of having a guest laundry available. Hop on Hop off bus stop directly outside! Loved my river view through the window.

I found the mattress very hard, which meant I didnt sleep well (this may just be my own preference though).

Convenient and fairly good value for money.

The convenience of the location for my needs and the food in the restaurant in the evening was good.

The fact that the restaurant had to restrict the menu options and delay service for other diners when it had to accommodate a 'large group' of 10 people on a Tuesday night was frustrating. Lack of any bottled water in the room combined with the fact that the hotel had 'run out' of bottled still water for the duration of my stay (3 nights) was disappointing.

Poor value for money

Breakfast. Average. Shower. Weak. Wouldn’t serve food outside because quote “if i do it for you, everyone will want it”!! Wouldn’t serve late night drinks to guests because quote “ we haven’t got enough staff” Will not be back.

Location was good for access in a car. On site parking was also helpful. The riverside bar was lovely

We’d been to a gig and after a long walk back it would’ve been nice to relax with a drink but the bar was closed

Very disappointing especially for the price

Location was reasonably close to the Airport

The room was very dated The bed wasn’t made properly: the sheet was all caught up at the end) The toilet didn’t flush easily The room was very very small Towel holder was falling off

Definitely not 4*

River location and lots of outside seating. Snack area was good although over priced (much like any hotel!)

Very bad first impression. No-one on reception for about 10 mins on arrival and when she did turn up no apology for the wait given. Room was adequate but stained carpet, paper stuck over security light (some one had obviously complained about it being too bright at night I guess?), air con didn’t work properly and room had an odd smell (stale smoke?). Really surprised given this was supposed to be a 4* hotel. Also the breakfast was really bad! Machine Coffee was undrinkably bitter and the scrambled eggs were rubbery.

Great night's stay in the perfect location.

Stayed here to attend Olly Murs and Take That concert. Only really slept here but staff etc were all friendly. Breakfast was good as well.

Εξαιρετική ποιότητα και ποικιλία στο πρωινό. Φανταστική τοποθεσία με θέα στο ποτάμι και πολύ ωραίος ο πεζόδρομος με τα παγκακια και τις ομπρέλες ακριβώς μπροστά στο ξενοδοχείο. Κρεβάτι και μαξιλάρια πολύ αναπαυτικά. Η χωροταξία του δωματίου βολικότατη. Καφές και τσάι στο δωμάτιο. Το προσωπικό ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό.

Το λομπυ να είναι μεγαλύτερο. Είχε μονο δύο καναπεδάκια.

Not the best stay for the price, service not overly friendly.

The location is perfect when attending concerts at the nearby OVO hydro. Complimentary breakfast given as we paid a “high” price The staff member who welcomed us at breakfast is very lovely and friendly. Clean with fresh towels. Lovely view.

Being harassed the day before we were due to visit on booking.com messaging service rather than a phone call did not lend to a good first impression. Basic accommodation for an extortionate one night price. Air conditioning is noisy and we were unable to turn it down from 24.5 degrees leading to quite an uncomfortable night. Pillows are cheap and misshapen. Furniture is old and dated, could do with an update.

Great stay would stay again

Plenty of choice for breakfast. Loved being able to make my own waffle . Everything tasted lovely and it was fresh. Our room was clean and comfortable. We had a great nights sleep.

Recess lounge appalling

Check in was quick and easy ,rooms were clean staff on reception were pleasant.

Booked a table for a evening meal very limited menu ,took ages for food to come half of it was cold , ordered desserts took 45 minutes to come .service was appalling some of the staff were rude ,not enough staff for the amount of tables.

Not the best for a Hilton !

Not a lot … room was tiny, can’t do much about the noise from the street.. we should have asked for a quiet room, it’s not up to £153 standard a night ..

See above …the bin liners as we put rubbish in are terrible they are so cheap they wouldn’t hold anything !
