More than a bed for the night, an experience

I loved the 24 reception, the room controls, coloured lights were fun. Loved all the modern art. Breakfast excellent. Staff friendly and helpful

Would have liked a kettle and a few tea bags

It was OK but just OK

Staff are amazing, so friendly aaand chatty

Room had dirty black spots on the walls which were clearly not wiped when the room was cleaned, we actually wiped a few off ourselves which were near our pillows. Around the bed and the desk table. The Chromecast didn't work in the room either which may seem minor but it was a big deal for us as it is why we booked the hotel because of this feature. Breakfast was a rip off. £16 each for hardly any substantial options for the hot breakfast element.

Camera pulita e hotel super funzionale, la vista dal piano alto è molto affascinante, la doccia cromoterapica anche. Sembra di essere in un film.

Il check in è tutto automatizzato, tutte le luci e la TV si controllano dall' iPad o dall' app.

Quite room with noisy neighbours

Hotel is very close to the city centre, walking distance

The room was Small with double beds, very dusty and dirty, hair is every where on the floor. Breakfast was £16.00, car park with discount £12.00 per night, near to the centre walking distance.

Overnight stay

Everything, great style and very high quality furniture and furnishings. The whole hotel from shared spaces and room was very well thought out. Super clean and luxury bed and bedding. A very central location, lots to see and do within easy walking distance. Great value for money. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again.

Was not worth the price we paid for the night, due to size of room and facilities inside. You are paying for the 'looks of the hotel' rather than the room space. The room was tiny box

Did enjoy all the pastries hated the scramble eggs I like mine plain there was no vegetarian sausages

I love Citizen M - one of the best hotels in Glasgow. But there's always room for improvement.

Liked the room, was very professionally set up for my visit. The room was clean and tidy. I also liked the staff, lovely lovely people. Towels were really soft for the shower also.

The shower wasn't the best. There was very little bins so I had to create my own bins for the cleaner. Also, when I was checking in there wasn't as much staff as there should have been to help us. This was not the staffs fault and instead the actual management's fault itself. The staff who were there were able to help us eventually. The Ipads could do with a bit of an upgrade - aren't as quick as I recalled from my first experience at Citizen M. One last thing, AIRCON! We can't open the windows in the rooms, so atleast give us Aircons. Lowest setting I could set the room temp at was 18° which is still too hot for the likes of me 😂.

We had a brilliant stay, this was partially down to the friendly helpful staff.

Location was great for us. Breakfast was self service, with a fantastic layout.

There was nothing to dislike.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Lobby areas are comfortable and eclectically decorated.

Basic room reminiscent of a budget airline. Shower ran spontaneously hot to cold. No tea/coffee making facilities in room. iPad enabled room control an unnecessary novelty.

We were blown away by all of the facilities this hotel had to offer as well as the exceptional staff they have on board. A special shout out to Edwardo who was simply fantastic.

I loved my stay at your hotel. I’m back home feeling like I had a real break 😊

I thought the breakfast was fabulous. And to be so warmly greeted by all the staff was so lovely.

I think you need to cater for people who have food allergies. Absolutely everything on the menu, apart from some nut and olives , had gluten in it. I know that you are located in the heart of the city but I had my 9 year old son with me who was getting brain treatment and was so exhausted by the end of the day , that it was a real effort to go back outside the hotel to find a meal that was gluten free.

Disappointing

staff were lovely and the prosecco on arrival was a nice touch!

the room was so tiny and for £300 for the night just really wasn’t what we expected, the pillows and covers etc just looked very dirty as if they hadn’t been washed in years. not having a window to look out for was also very claustrophobic. just overall wasn’t worth what we paid.
