Good location, staff friendly and room clean
Room was very small, barely any room to move around, bed also small, room was on main road, very noisy during the night

Would like a room with a refrigerator but I know that's not a common thing. Otherwise, the room was very nice, comfortable, quiet. Nice view. Breakfast was very nice, and the restaurant for dinner was wonderful. Extremely nice staff and great location in town.
Would have like a refrigerator. And electric outlets anywhere near the bed for computer and phone charging. Only outlets were by the desk.

Convenient location, friendly staff and clean.
Limited parking, had to park at NCP.
The room was tiny and bed small.
Quite noisy outside which we noticed more because the room was very warm so had to open the window.
£200 for a night was quite steep.

Location is close to train station and not far from the conference venue.
It's ashamed that there was no GB news on TV. Not allowed to tune by my self.

Location was close to Queen street station. Staff were helpful and nice!
The room is very small and it just managed to fit two people without luggage.

Great location for shops, bars, restaurants. staff very pleasant and helpful. (Emma & Erica) Can't say about breakfast as we were room only.
Room was a little too warm through the night. could open windows but a little bit noisy with people having a good time then birds in morning. Could do with some bottles of water in rooms as glasses are never big enough especially as it is warm in rooms.

We loved the location and the rooms were lovely
Walls are very thin so the room was very noisy we were kept up to all ours with people laughing and shouting in rooms nearby then woke up first thing with cleaners banging about and singing.

Loved that the hotel was right in the city centre, and easily accessible to the train station, bus stations and general in city attractions. The staff were very welcoming and always ready to assist. They provided an iron and board when we requested and suggested places we could see in the city.
The rooms need an upgrade as some of the furniture and appliances were outdated. Windows were a bit rusty from use, and should be cleaned. Some breakfast options were unavailable on some days but other than that breakfast was good.

Location was very central
There is no ventilation in the room. It was quite hot
The floors hadn't been cleaned, as there were sequences all over the floor from a previous stay
Overall, for a premium room and the associated price, the room was quite small.

Room was a little bit small

Calum on reception was brilliant and the saving grace for this hotel.
The room had no AC and limited windows opening. So room was stuffy, small and difficult to sleep in forcing us to check out after one day. Also next door room entertained a sex worker for most of the night who was very vocal in her enjoyment.

Location was in the city center. Close to shopping, restaurants and sightseeing attractions.
Couldn't find anything to dislike.
5.0 / 5.0
I liked that there was nothing to feel negative about. Staff are great (friendly and helpful), facilities, comfort, cleanliness all as one would hope. Really good breakfast choice and quality.
Nothing, other than perhaps that one has to ask for ironing facilities which is tedious i.e rather than these being in the room which one does find in some hotels occasionally. Not a criticism; just a thought.

The staff member were very nice
The Hotel is not even close to any European 3-star hotel standards. The rooms are so tiny that there is no way of opening the suitcase (carry-on one) without blocking the only free space! The bathrooms are outdated, have questionable cleanliness ( we had spots on the towels) and bits literally missing from the temperature regulator in the shower and the shampoo dispenser was empty. Wifi is practically non-existent -- even if you are lucky enough to connect to it ( which is truly unlikely to happen), it just does not work. We have tried both networks available at the hotel, and neither of them was functional. So if you plan to check your emails while at the hotel-- forget about it. The beds, while being large enough, are very uncomfortable. There is no air conditioning, and the windows can barely be opened so if you have good weather during your time in Glasgow be ready to have a stuffy room. Although the location is great, it is simply not worth it staying there
