Excellent location, lovely apartment and very comfortable too. Really enjoyed having a balcony!
We tried to use the hot tub, and dirt came out of the pumps, making it unusable - which was a real shame as having a hot tub was one of the reasons we booked the room. I think they just need to fully run the hot tub in between guests to make sure the pumps don't get grimy. It was a shame, but not a game changer. We still very much enjoyed our stay. We weren't offered anything in terms of apology except for one gent who came to look at it and blamed the cleaners (the tub itself was clean) which was a bit disappointing - we would've just preferred the apology without the fingerpointing.

Everything was beautiful! My husband and I felt like we were back in time with the gorgeous Venetian decor. The suite is to die for and the food, amazing!
Staff are cordial, friendly and extremely helpful. They helped us book an opera, water boat transfers from/to hotel, a porter, a visit to Murano to New Murano Gallery… I can’t say enough, our visit at the Palazzo Paruto was wonderful!

The staff at the Hotel are amazing and it is just a gorgeous Hotel. We were offered a tour out to Murano upon arrival, and the breakfast, and the staff who serve it, are just superb. The location doesn't get much better either.
We booked last minute, and I believe the lowest room type in the Hotel, but the door walked right onto the bar area which wasn't ideal for noise or privacy. And for the level of this Hotel, I would hope that they could upgrade their hairdryers from the very old fashioned style that are attached to the wall. It had one speed and kept overheating in the less than 10mins I was using it!

The outdoor bar area
We paid about 400 euro for a night. Our room was TINY. But the worst thing was the air conditioner that rattled all night. We didn't sleep at all.

Wonderful hotel! The staff couldn't be any friendlier and attentive. The room was exceptional.

The room was spacious with a really comfy bed. It was situated in a really nice part of Venice, in a nice vibrant square but quiet enough to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing time.
The bath did not work despite following the youtube video instructions - the temperature of the water never rised enough to enjoy a warm bath, it remained cold. Breakfast wasnt included, even though the rate of the room was premium. In the room, there was only 1 bottle of water provided. For the high proce to stay, I expected a little more.

Splendid decor and classic Venetian style courtyard, terrace (no canal view) and breakfast room was outstanding feature of palace reception room.
Breakfast buffet was fantastic, excellent service from the highly professional staff, every choice was catered for.
Shower cubicle doors don't seal so water will escape on to the tiled floor and very slippery. We had a ground floor room which showed signs of past water damage from flooding?
The courtyard flooded quickly during a thunderstorm on our last night and water came into the building. Towels dammed the door threshold to prevent it from entering our room.
With full moon and high tide we feared the worst and cleared the floor ready to evacuate.
We were lucky to avoid drama .
That's the way it is in Venice, be prepared.
We paid a very low room rate so maybe got what we deserved?

breakfast was nice but limited service staff at breakfast ! they need more. also they need more service tables and seating. check in staff was helpful.
room size and shower cubicle needs to be bigger !they should have their own porter service because paying so much to the porters of the municipality for short distance was too expensive.

Breakfast was amazing . Staff of the hotel very helpful and polite .
The first standard room we booked was too small the air conditioning was not working properly. We had to pay 65 euros for a better room .
Suite was very big but very dark .
Location was good 9 minutes walk from everything
Air conditioner should work properly especially during summer

The property seemed nice, but due to the floods, there were highways closed down and as foreigners we couldn’t figure out a way to safely get there and they wouldn’t offer us a refund. I found that to be very frustrating. All of the road maps said leading in the area and we read that they were major floods everywhere. So when the highway was shut down and we weren’t allowed to go through, we just couldn’t figure out. What was the safest way to get there.
floods are not the problem of travelers, and that was a very strange circumstance, and we should’ve been offered a refund.

From the first moment, you feel welcome by the friendly staff, in this charming hotel. Having a standard room, everything was excellent, from the silk and velvet fabrics on the walls and decoration, the Murano glass lamp on the ceiling, the Venetian mirror in the bathroom, the decoration in the bar and the breakfast salon, the friendly staff (special thanks to Nicole and Senedou), it felt like being in heaven and we certainly wish to return. The breakfast is spectacular! Thank you for a great stay!
That we had to leave. Venice is so beautiful and the hotel is so nice that 4 days are not enough.

The whole experience from the hotel was amazing. We were part of a group of 4 couples visiting and on arrival we were welcomed by Vanessa who was so welcoming and a lovely smile and quickly sorted us all out. We were told that one of our rooms had been double booked so we were given an upgrade to a junior sweet instead! The room was phenomenal and huge. The hight of the ceiling was crazy. There was a king size bed, sofa, table and chairs, wardrobe with safe, coffee machine and kettle all in there and a large TV as well. We had a view of the canal as well. The bathroom had a bath with shower inside toilet, b-day and sink. There was an excellent selection of different foods for breakfast in the morning and you had till 11 am to eat which you won't get at other hotels.
Above all, all members of staff went above and beyond to make our stay the best we have ever experienced abroad before!
The manager should be really proud of the hotel and staff!
Another good thing about the hotel is very central and close to everything!
If we do return to Venice we will definitely be going back to this hotel
The only thing we didn't like was we couldn't stay longer!

Excellent flat, well stay again. Lovely location , spacious, really well stocked, very modern and beautiful
Only one pillow per person (there were 4 of us). Made the sleep really uncomfortable. I am not sure why, but this seems to be the Italian way...
