STAFF ARE AMAZING AND CAN'T DO ENOUGH FOR YOU. VERY FRIENDLY AND ACCOMMODATING. THE BEACH WAS BEAUTFIUL WHEN THE TIDES WERE RIGHT. THE VIEWS FROM THE RESORT ARE BEAUTIFUL WHEN THE SUN IS SHINING. THE GROUNDS OF THE RESORT WERE KEPT IMMACULATE BY THE STAFF, BUT THERE NEEDS TO BE SOME LEVELLING. I IMAGINE SOMEONE WITH LIMITED MOBILITY WOULD FIND NEGOTIATING THE TERRAIN VERY CHALLENGING. SECURITY ALSO DO AN AMAZING JOB OF MAINTAINING THE SERENITY OF THE RESORT. IF YOU ARE AFTER A HOLIDAY WHERE YOU CAN SIT BACK RELAX, SWIM AND DO NOTHING, THIS IS THE PERFECT RESORT. THIS RESORT COULD BE AN ABSOLUTE GEM WITH MORE INVESTMENT AND A FEW TWEAKS IN MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS AND RESOURCES.
WARWICK HOTELS NEED TO LIFT THEIR GAME IN REGARD TO SUPPLIES AT THE RESORT. THERE WAS A CONSTAINT SHORT SUPPLY OF BATH AND BEACH TOWELS. INCLUDED BREAKFAST NEEDS A BIT OF A LIFT AND LACKS BASICS LIKE FRESH COLD WATER AND SKIM MILK. FRUIT WAS AT TIMES LIMITED AND OCCASIONALLY LACKED QUALITY. TWO CEREAL CHOICES - COCO POPS AND CORNFLAKES. MAYBE SOME HEALTHIER OPTIONS LIKE SOME YOGURT AND FRESH JUICES. THE ROAD NOISE AT THE BACK CABINS IS OF CONCERN, LUCKILY, WE WERE BEACH-FRONT AND IT DIDNT EFFECT US TOO MUCH. THE DISTANCE FROM ALL ACTIVITIES WAS A REAL ISSUE, TAKING 1 3/4 HOURS TO REACH NADI WHERE MOST ACTIVITIES / DAYTRIPS DEPART. THERE WERE VERY FEW OTHER RESTAURANTS CLOSE TO THE RESORT, AND NONE WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE. PRICES OF DRINKS WAS TOO HIGH, ESPECIALLY WHEN COMPARING TO OTHER OUTLETS THAT WERE OF SUPERIOR RATING AND QUALITY.

The property has so many good things going for it. It’s a beautiful location and has a lot of potential
We had issues with getting clean towels when we needed them. The property needs some maintenance done and updates made, also more staff working in the kitchen to allow for food service to be done a bit more timely.

Loved the location on the Coral Coast.
The traffic noise from the adjoining Queens Road.
3.9
friendly ground staff
peace and quiet
The internet service was poor and you had to go to reception to re log in every 24 hours.
Breakfast was set up late on a couple of occasions
Where the location is pinned on google is not where the resort is, very miss leading

The rooms were great, when the showers were working
It was kid free

Wonderful staff willing to assist in every way. Terrific location and facilities. The room was clean and had everything you need.

Location was great! You can snorkel right off the beach into coral. The staff have activities at the property which makes it ideal to experience the Fijian culture whilst relaxing at the accommodation. If it weren’t for the lovely staff and activities, the rating would be much much lower.
The pictures online do not accurately portray the accomodation. It looks like each unit comes with a private plunge pool, this is extremely misleading. Only 2 units have this and when addressing it with the property management, they said that it’s a booking.com issue. This was handled really poorly by property management and responsibility shifted inappropriately. It was a huge disappointment given that this was a birthday trip. I was told to contact booking.com , which would go straight to the accomodation, and have never received a response to this day.

Quiet location.
Entertainment options were poor, however entertainment guy was really friendly.

Had to go to reception every day for them to log your device into WiFi.

A nice welcome by all the staff who were friendly & obliging. Great location by white sandy beach in a peaceful, natural, garden setting kept immaculate by the gardening staff in spite of the windy weather. None of the hype & noise of some bigger resorts. Though not on the beachfront we had a nice view of the sea from our unit. Very comfortable beds.
The decor was dark & poor lighting in the unit made it feel gloomy on cloudy, rainy days, it was difficult to see well enough to read. Resorted to using the bedside light or the phone torch.
Sadly, our enjoyable stay at this resort was spoilt the Saturday night we became invisible. There's no excuse for keeping diners waiting almost 2 hours for their main meal of the day. For the couple at a nearby table it was an even longer wait and like us they felt insulted to be ignored for so long after placing an order. We, they, were assured several times our meals were coming but they didn't arrive until most of the other diners had been attended to by which time we were very hungry and upset. My meal was disappointing after such a long wait and we left the dining room feeling resentful and annoyed.
Management has to take responsibility for this in not providing extra staff for planned events. In this case a visiting sports group buffet & a special Island Dinner were planned which obviously required extra kitchen & waiting staff. It appears by ordering from the normal men we had to wait & wait & wait. Usually, our meals arrived within half an hour or so.

The pool villa was awesome. The food is delicious, and the staff was very cool and friendly. Resort is so quiet and secluded that you feel like in your own slice of heaven.
Breakfast is continental, meaning fruit, coffee, and cereal are on the table, but for toast, you have to wait sometimes too long. Put a toaster and fresh bread on the table as well, and problem solved.

The staff - all so lovely and helpful; the accommodation and lobby/dining areas - all recently renovated, modern and stylish, but still Fijian in character.
"Fijian time" is good for relaxing and learning patience, but frustrating if too slow at meal time eg waiting half an hour BEFORE getting a menu; first meal turned up lukewarm and was overcooked fish (dry and chewy). Need more serving staff. Not enough vegetables - more used as a garnish.
Electricity shorted the first 2 nights, losing air-conditioning, bathroom lights and hot water. They happily fixed it (properly the 2nd time), but would have been nice if they'd offered a discount, or similar, to compensate for not providing the full facilities I'd paid for (one third of my stay).

Unfortunately, we had such bad weather when we stayed here. I can imagine on hot days this place is amazing but not alot to do (or suggestions given) for winter weather. We had a car so we drove to Sigatoka sand dunes and did a hike. Tui's kava session was the best I have ever been to in Fiji as he provided a summarised history of Fiji through storytelling. The other evening activities organised by Tui such as making Kokoda were great. The grounds are so lovely and the views from the beach bures are amazing.

This is the resort to come if your visiting Fiji. It is situated in a sweet spot between activities and not too far from the airport. I staying in a beautiful ocean view bungalow. Bathrooms have been renovated and mattresses have been replaced I know as I saw them doing it to all rooms while I stayed here. They are the comfy ones too! I will suggest getting a local SIM at the airport as wifi in resort is being upgraded so only available on foyer at the moment. If mobility is a challenge request a room closer to the reception as I was located in furthest room as it’s a big of a hike across grass and sand. If your after a quite and relaxed place to stay with very friendly staff. This is the place to come. Bula Bula
On-site restaurant is very nice. Due to staffing you can wait a little longer for food when busy. I would suggest for staff are needed when guest number increase as have 1 person to take orders, make drinks and serve food isn’t enough.

Adults only, but some of the adults didn't seem to realize that meant it wasn't clothes optional.
My fare was a long way from the facilities, which was both good and difficult.
Wifi was by commercial allocation and all allocated by the time I got there, and not available for three days. But local cellular ok, either at the beach or by the road. In my room, it didn't work.
The shower and bathroom floor sloped towards the door and bedroom, so occasionally the bedroom floor was wet and slippery from escaped water. A rolled towel dam fixed it, but that seemed a bit unnecessary.

Located on the Coral Coast, it is pretty central to many tours around the island. Sigatoka has plenty to offer as well, making Tambua Sands a great place to base yourself from. Rooms were comfortable enough without being overly fancy. It is a great place for couples wanting to explore the island without the need for a fancy resort lifestyle.
The reef itself is not as good as the islands, and there was a very strong current running. Weak swimmers will need to use caution. Snacks and ice creams are very expensive. Lighting inside the room was not particularly good.

This is in a lovely location with great snorkeling. Most the staff were fantastic. The beds are comfy and showers are great so it ticks the vitals!
It appeared to have lost its charm! Ugly bright painted furniture in dining area, totally devoid of charm and no umbrellas on deck outside. They seem to be painting everything- even the pretty bridge and deck was painted light green!
Apparently new managers so would hate to see it in a year when they’ve finished their makeover!

The beach is a coral beach so barefoot walking was doable, but sandals preferred. The beach was so spectacular that it made no difference. It was endless in both directions, with fascinating lava flow formations. The location was excellent with easy access to the entire coral coast.
The restaurant was in line with other reviews, overpriced and mediocre at best. We went into town for dinner, which worked out really well.

The fijian staff couldn't have been more helpful. The Manager however was rude and was not empathetic to our circumstances at all.
We had a change of plans due to a family member becoming extremely ill and we had to fly home urgently. We enquired as to have a refund for the 3 nights we weren't able to stay. The Manager rudely told us it is not company policy to refund money due to the fact that our room was booked out for 3 further nights. The resort was only 20% full so it wasn't as though they were turning down bookings. Very Very bad practise.
The food was below average and extremely over priced.

Beautiful and peaceful location on the beach. Staff were very friendly, and the food was excellent. Good WiFi in the reception area.
Service in the restaurant could be slow. No WiFi in the rooms.

The beach was great for snorkeling and kayaking, the equipment provided by the resort. We saw quite a few very colourful fish and starfish only metres from the shore. Lovely swimming pool as well to cool off in. Meals were fine and chef was happy to cook from the breakfast menu, if you were only feeling like a small meal. Continental breakfast was included, we prefered cornflakes/weetbix instead of toast and that was fine too. We can't praise the staff highly enough, they were fantastic. We are seriously thinking of going back to Tambua again next year.
We stayed for 2 weeks and the lunch and dinner menus were the same for that time. A change of menu would have been a welcome change, but the chef did have a special on daily, so that helped. Drinks are very expensive especially the wine.

Amazing location with the beach on your doorstep. Pool was very good size. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Service was very slow. Lunch and dinner took over an hour to be served. Food was frozen and tasted old. Very basic facilities in the room, no TV, internet, phone and lighting very poor. Everytime you need to order anything you have to go to reception. We booked with breakfast included but turned out to only be a fruit platter. Had to pay for anything else. This was not advertised at booking.
