Un kit kat recomendable

En plena naturaleza, en una pedanía de Baracaldo. Un regalo este hotel para descansar . Muy cuidado el hotel. De verdad, me ha gustado. Restaurante justo al lado.

Loved the out of town location in a lovely valley with great walks. Beds were great. Rooms good size. Bathrooms large. Parking felt secure. Breakfast was minimalist but adequate. Would visit again.

Perfect option in quiet village, love it!

I am absolutely in love with this place. Everything was great. Quiet and pleasant place in the countryside, 15 minutes drive from Bilbao. There is nature around, eco-trails, trekking and mountain bike routes. + There is a large free car park for guests - open and covered as you wish. + The administrator speaks English. + The room is small, but has everything you need - including a refrigerator and ac. + I liked the bathroom with a bathtub.

- Breakfast included, but could be better :) - No glasses/cups and kettle in the room

The room was a good size and clean. The bathroom had a walk in shower and was clean with a supply of toiletries. There was no hair dryer.

No tea making facilities. No drinking water and no food at night if you arrive later than 8.15.

We had to stop somewhere, will not go again.

The receptionist was very helpful. The room was reasonable value for money and parking was excellent. The restaurant was closed on Mondays, but we were given directions to a cafe that did basic fried meals. It is 30 minutes to the ferry terminal.

Breakfast room was very basic and the breakfast was one of the poorest we have ever been offered by a Booking.com hotel. Restaurant not open on Mondays.

The area where the hotel is, have stayed many times in the past before catching the ferry to uk

The greeting by reception was very casual, said no restaurant available, all restaurants in the village were closed too, so we're left will a bar 5 mins away which only did egg and chips , no breakfast in hotel either although included so had to go next door, this guy was very helpful,

We enjoyed the surroundings as it’s a cute small village yet we wouldn't like to return to the hotel

We liked the area around the hotel, a charming village with pretty surroundings

The staff was distant and we rarely saw a receptionist, the rooms were not very clean upon arrival. The staff was not accommodating or made any efforts to make us feel welcomed. A tip is to not look under the beds or on top of furniture as it has probably not been cleaned for months

the hotel was in a quiet area and was close to the port of Bilbao (16mins)

room was clean as was the bathroom, bed was comfortable, not a huge choice for the continental breakfast. The barman was friendly and very helpful, the menu was in spanish which we couldn't read so he told us what it said. But thats our fault not the hotels!!!

Disappointing

Not a lot. Breakfast was in an adjacent building very basic but edible. The restaurant was also detached from the hotel. Haviing to go outside each time for drinks etc was not nice. The restaurant and bar were the only ones in the village.

Don't make my mistake

Free parking close to ferry

NO FOOD was told we could get an evening meal then it changed. No were in village to eat, so drive into bilbao after been driving for 500 miles and couldn't park anywhere!. So no food that night Bathroom needs replacing and aircon was discussing lack of service.

One night was plenty for this place

I don’t like to give bad reviews. But this was not the bet hotel I’ve stayed in. It looked run down and dirty. Green Mould stains under the window doors hanging of cupboards. Advertising having a restaurant but had been closed for a long time. Breakfast was a poor effort. The only thing that was good was the under ground parking for my bike. Glad it was only on night
