wonderful little Spanish hotel, delicious food in restaurant and Katya who went out of her way to be helpful with everyt

very reasonable price for a nice bedroom and bathroom

breakfast wasn’t until 8:30, understandable as the staff were serving and clearing dinner until late at night but it meant we didn’t get any as had to leave early- our loss!

Superb stopover on way to Ferry

Food was excellent and good value. Home cooked choice of desserts were available. The hosts were extremely helpful and very professional. Everything was tailored towards making sure we were comfortable and all our needs were met, even as far as room choice. A separate large sitting room for guests is very useful and comfortable. We loved our overnight there and would like to return to explore the region further.

Friendly, welcoming place with great food

More like a bar/restaurant than a hotel but a really great bar/restaurant! The staff were extremely attentive and the whole place was really welcoming. These people know how to eat - the food was excellent and at a reasonable price. A great stopover for ferry back to U.K.

Very good

The location was excellent some of the food delicious, our rooms very clean and beds made in our absence. Breakfasts good with fresh fruit and orange juice.

It was difficult to understand the menu and while some food was excellent other was poor. As visitors we felt that we were not very welcome in the bar.

A fantastic location with nature around the corner. The small Village is also interesting.

A wonderful place, with fantastic food in a surprisingly beautiful part of Spain.

The hotel was clearly the focal point of much local life and had a great atmosphere throughout the day. The rooms and common area were very comfortable. The highlight though was the evening meal in the restaurant - this was relatively expensive (in comparison with the cost of the hotel) but justifiably so; some of the best food we had in Spain, even in comparison with Bilbao and San Sebastian which we had just come from.

A quiet stopover on our cycling tour of Spain

The owners are very friendly, the restaurant is excellent and the room was quiet. A safe place for our bikes.

Exceptional

Friendly staff. Busy bar. Excellent location to access the Via Verde cycle route. Cycle hire nearby. Iksi golf nearby. The restaurant was a surprise, the food is really good. Everything was perfect.

Perfect location near the Izki park entrance, nice bar and restaurant, cosy room

If you want to catch and early sleep you may have a problem as the house and rooms is not very sound insulated. But for Spanish timing with sleep after midnight not an issue
