No repetiríamos.

The location was great! And the staff are super friendly and helpful.
Very small room and air con isn’t controlled in the room so too warm.

I think the room size if perfect for a solo traveler or a couple traveling light. I like that the rooms are smaller and more efficient and the smaller price is excellent.
The automated check in was a little clunky but the staff were very herlpful.

Good location for traveling and some kind staff.
There was only water on the first day and no water for the rest of our stay. We also booked the rooms 3 months in advanced for our family rooms to be close since it’s 2 rooms but they made us stay on different floors.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Easy access for subway and plenty of good restaurants near the hotel.

Tho some language barrier, but the service staff are always up to standard to try to support and address my queries (google translate).
The housekeeping lady that always rendered her best support to keep the room clean and neat.
Not so crowded to compare to central area, but convenient location, walkable to many metro stations and not so far out of tourist places via the metro options.
The handmade udon noodle shop nearby the hotel is a must try.
No.

the size of it (not particularly this hotel problem)

The staff was very nice and always greeted me and wished me a good day! They also helped me with my luggage and were happy to answer any questions.
The room was small but felt spacious and was definitely big enough for a week. The unit bath was small, but new and clean. Despite being located at Yasukuni dori, the windows were so soundproof that nothing could be heard from the outside! Walls were also thick enough, so it was easy to sleep during the night.
The mattress was a little too soft for my liking and the pillow was a little too hard - as seems to be the standard for Japanese hotel rooms.

Comfy and cosy and location is quite central in Jimbocho.
Nothing much. Perfect!

24/7 reception, the staff was really nice. Close to multiple train / subway stations. Everything was perfect.

Very clean, very friendly staff. Conveniently located. There was free coffee and tea available. A self-service washing mashine. The room was quiet big for a hotel on Tokyo.
The breakfast was in another building, but it was ok, without problems.

Location is great! Just that!
Staff are always smiling and greeting so they look ready to help but they do not go beyond the boundaries, saying “Sorry that’s not our business “. I ask one of the ladies at the reception to wave hand and catch a taxi while I’m moving my luggage to the street which was flatly declined. There was no exceptional hospitality but just rule based service system like a robot.
Room is super super small but that can be accepted because this is CBD of Tokyo. But it is so small that the air conditioner is always hitting directly to my face while sleeping so suffered from the throat pain.

Cheap, comfortable with a wide range of amenities provided.
The room had a bit of a smell of smoke. The air-conditioning was extremely loud. A lot of single use plastic on show.

Great location, right in the center of the largest second hand book street of the world. It is around 7 minutes walk to the station, which will conveniently take you anywhere else in Tokyo. The room is tiny but functional, with all the stuff you need. The place is very quiet. There is a coin laundry downstairs.
The room is super tiny -- you barely have any space to walk around in the room.

Brand new APA hotel in a good location close to several metro lines and walking distance to Akihabara, Ueno and the Imperial Palace gardens. Like most APAs, the rooms are pretty small and the amenities minimal, but the staff were lovely and moved me to a higher floor room when I requested it as my (1st floor) room was too close to the road / noisy, so no complaints. Price was also pretty reasonable, especially as I booked quite last-minute.
