clean and spacious

Bed sheets were clean, corner store with good opening hours around nearby.
Everything but beds was not cleaned, especially floors and cuttlery/ dishes. Roof in the living room leaked. No batteries in the TV remote, TV picture unfixably bad

Tv didn't work, juccuzi bath didn't work, no can opener and no frying pan not enough kitchen utensils

Location, parking and clean
Smell of weed in the apartment and the front door to the property couldn’t be locked

very clean and tidy. good value for money
location was quite noisy over night with passers by. also there was a leak over front room window which needs repair.
3.4
it’s a scam
it wasn’t good enough for stay, everyone smoking inside
3.4
The freedom of checking in when were ready to and the privacy we had.
There wasn't anything we didn't like
3.4
The location-10 min to the city centre and parking spaces.
We tried to contact the service and never get any answer- unresponsive to queries, broken chairs (safety hazards) , broken jacuzzi, broken sink, dirty kitchen towel and cushions on sofa. Not enough kitchen ware- a big pan, bottle opener would have been helpful. No basics to cook: salt, pepper, oil, mustard or sugar... Below expectations as it was not really as shown on pictures unfortunately..

I was given the key code
The flat was very basic. It was not as nice as the pictures on the advert, i was really disappointed on arrival. There was no smell of cleaning products - it looked slightly grubby. I took out a mug from the cupboard and it had figure marks on it. I could not eat anything in the flat, felt it was unclean. I did not feel safe in the flat. The main front door was often open and my flat was located by the front door, this left me feeling unsafe. The apartment was advertised as non smoking however, there was often a strong smell of cigars wafting through to my bedroom and it actually made me feel sick. I just couldn’t settle in this apartment and would not recommend this environment for woman travelling alone as there seemed to be a lot of men / work men using this building. I actually left the premises early and booked into a hotel. Also there was a curtain separating the bedroom from living room. Not good.

This was house of multiple occupation with maybe one or two for short lets and Saturday night was obviously party night. Due to covid rules we were surprised at this and felt very uneasy. Noise stopped at 1 am and then the silence was only broken at 5 am with someone trying to get back into their room. We are sorry to give this review but we were very unhappy with the situation we found ourselves in.

The apartment was run down and very dirty.
