Great value for money

The location was good to explore the city center as well as old town . The host was very responsive to my texts. The room was clean and exactly as seen in the pictures

Wouldn't sttay here again

Location for where I needed to be was good.

Hmm - this is more like a room in a HMO, very dated - woken up at 3am by somebody coming back from work and doing their washing up in the kitchen which was next to my room. The key to the front door is in a lock box by the front door and is shared by everybody, difficult to open the front door once you have the key. The bed was uncomfortable and I woke up cold in the night.

Absolutely NOTHING !

The accommodation was EXTREMELY DIRTY. Plus the pillows were flat then uncomfortable obviously and the mattress as well.

Very poor

Looked like squashed crisps on floor, springs pinged on mattress when I sat on it so not very comfortable in the night, blind slates broken letting in light, no usable surfaces, no toilet roll in bathroom. Think people live in rooms upstairs, were quite noisy and stunk house out with their cooking. Kitchen and hall lights were left on so turned them off only to be turned back on so light came in from under door. Text and emailed owner- no response. Looking through reviews- toilet roll, blinds and cooking smells have been mentioned before so obviously nothing has changed. Should of read reviews before booking!

IF THEY FAIL TO PROVIDE SUCH A BASIC REQUIREMENT THEN THEY SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO SELL THE ROOM VIA BOOKING.COM!!!! The kitchen was not suitable In fact I was very surprised that such a low standard of property was allowed to be sold through Booking.com. You obviously don’t inspect these properties!!!!

No one there to meet you just the speaker at the door had to park up on the sidewalk 2 yellow lines the speaker at the door told me your ok for now but be gone around 8 before the nice wardens come around bed wasn't very good room right next to kitchen people coming and going talking loud Banging about very noisy I know it was cheap but for a few more pounds I should have went to travel lodge which I did the next night i wouldn't stay there again I would sleep in van first sorry...cheers peace 😊

Friendly manager. Room was very clean and comfortable. Although some facilities were shared with other guests, I had full use of a fully fitted kitchen with cooking and washing machine etc all at no extra cost. Price was excellent, it was cheaper for me to stay here overnight than getting a taxi home would have been. For my trip this was the perfect solution. A huge choice of TV channels available through the modern smart TV. Fast WiFi.

It's cheap

I don't know where to start really. The owner wasn't there when I arrived, one of the other guests had to let me in. I messaged the owner asking what was going on, he sent me a message back giving me the pin code to get the key out from wall safe thing. It just didn't seem legit. There are no facilities in the room at all, no tea or coffee making facilities as advertised. There was a shared kitchen with a microwave and Kettle etc, but no coffee, sugar or milk, although I did give dove tea bags. The shared bathroom had no toilet roll at all! There was a flatscreen TV in the room, but no arial, so no TV. It did have a firestick connected, but you can't watch anything on it unless you have an account, so next to useless for me. Basically, this isn't a guest house, it's a hostel. Thankfully I had the room with a bed, the other room literally had a mattress on the floor. Both rooms had dirty bed sheets, which by any standard is disgusting. Having been made homeless due to family issues, I've been sleeping in my car, so at least this was better than that, but only just. Still, what do you expect for £36. Spend the extra few quid and go somewhere anywhere else
