Easy to access-did not have to speak to anyone
Not much natural daylight. Decoration was tired.
Bed was like sleeping in a hammock. Pillows were stained. No door to en suite.

Clean, staff was good, nice decor
Smaller than it seemed online

Room was great & bed was comfortable. Shower was brilliant and powerful, best shower I had in a long time.
Just the homely feel to it!

The host was very accomodating (even at 1.30 AM) and very helpful, and the instructions to get into the property were clear and concise.
The room didn't exactly look like the photos and the area seemed very sketchy and basically has people hanging around smoking weed either outside or very close by literally every time we went outside. It was a lot like a hostel or stuydent halls or something, which for the price we paid and the photos we weren't really hoping for.

Convenience to Airshow
Room condition. Plaster needs repair on wall under window. No kettle in room. Room very hot and stuffy.

Self contained
No iron

Clean room and bathroom. The use of a kitchen was a bonus, especially in the warm weather we could keep drinks cold, we ate out so didn't cook but we had the option. Priced very reasonably. Great communication from hosts.
We were minutes from pubs, shops etc but we didn't hear any noise.

Common kitchen & dining area in the house. New, nice, clean with free coffe&tea. Washing machine available.
Room a bit oudated, in the lower grounfloor, not possible to open the window, quite cold in the room.

Nope
I am not happy about the not working WiFi in Room 9 and missing the headboard, broken shower, and damaged wall and frame door, no iron. I paid £116 that’s the room for two nights.

The property was well located and had parking. Access to a kitchen was useful.
There needs to be a manual explaining how to operate the central heating. We never worked it out and the room was too hot. The bed was okay but not the most comfortable. The huge lump of plaster missing from under the window was not a nice feature in the room! It looked as if some key fire safety features had been fitted and attempts had been made to make the room look nice but it all looked a bit poorly finished and grubby. It was like a typical house of multiple occupation.

Everything else was fine.
Tv didn't work and the shower was broken.

Large flat screen tv. Good central location. Newly refurbished. Comfortable bed.
Our room was on the ground floor and the one window has direct access to the street. Could not left open without thinking of safety which made difficult to get some fresh air in during the day or left open when went out to visit the town.(...but probably only our room has this issue....)

Everything, it was so bad that I was unable to sleep at the property

Not much.
The front door of the building couldnt lock.
The flat was not clean. There were some leftovers in the fridge, the pans and cookware were not really clean, there was no handle on the sink faucet and it randomly leeked which was quite surprising and kept you on your toes. The oven smelled absolutely terrible when you turned it on. There were humidity stains all over the place and some things had been covered up in a terrible way. The couch was awful and broken and there were scratch marks on the coffee table. The TV was installed inside the wall in a very precarious way. The water heater was always making sounds even when we didn't use it.
The bathroom was rather small and the showerhead was constantly dripping so everything was always wet inside the shower and as the drain would not do its job, there was a pool when you had a shower. The bathroom sink was very small. The grouts were disgusting and mostly yellow and the appliances were covered in limescale.
As far as the bedroom is concerned, it was also terrible. The bed was full of springs and buttons (somehow). The sheets were not clean when we arrived and there was a footprint ON THE BED. There were two lamps on either side of the bed that had no switch so you had to leave them on or unplug them. The cupboard in the bedroom was also quite broken. There was a wood panel that concealed what could only be a hole in the wall and carpet covered other holes in the floor. You could feel them as you walked. The carpets in themselves were also disgusting and stained.
We had been warned that the path to the car park was narrow but were definitely not ready for this. It was very difficult to find a spot on the street so we ended up coming and going through the alley and it was always an adventure wondering if the car would come out unscratched. From the appearance of some of the walls, many cars didn't.
Now, of course we tried to contact the owner and even sent out pictures but got absolutely no response.

Location

Nothing
We were given the details for room 3 but someone was already occupying as we found out when we walked in. We were given room 4 which had the window fully open and the air conditioner unit or fan blowing the air from inside, or rather trying to blow the smell of the room outside. We had people playing music, loudly, at 10.30/11 of a night.
Fire alarms were set off at 7.30 Sunday morning and no one turned up to see if everything was ok.
The room smelt so badly the windows needed to remain open for the entire duration of our stay but unfortunately we were on the ground for at the front with a low level window that could potentially be climbed through so the revolting smell had to remain.
The bedside cabinets were both broken and but remained under a work surface in the bedroom.
The walls were covered in marks. The ceiling in the bedroom and bathroom had brown marks all across it and the brown marks came down the walls in the bedroom. The wall behind the bed had loads of chips in the green paint. The carpet was stained and there were cobwebs hanging from the ceiling. The front door was never locked even though we had a good to gain access so nothing felt secure and obviously we were given access to someone else’s room so we didn’t feel safe leaving our possessions inside the property.
I would have rather slept in our car if it wasn’t for the fact that this weekend was the extreme warning weekend!

Clean, nice and new furniture. Location excellent good value
Shower does not fully operational water flows upwards. Unmanned and the man only spoke to me once on the phone I called many times regarding how to enter and pay deposit but was not answered. Eventually I had to workout myself from the instructions. Room smelt bad on arrival.
