ok but won’t be staying again

good location

apartments don’t look like the pictures on the site, the washing machines don’t work properly and the hob kept going off so could not cook anything. tv in bedroom had wired cut and draws fell apart when I opened them

being able to cook my meals , but didn't have enough stuff for you .oven dirty and hob , just wasn't for me ,

the property itself could do with updating, it's nothing like the photos, dirty in places the tiles in bathroom are loose and grout is coming out , tiny 2 seater to sit on ,

It was central location.

I reported that the only draws in the room were broken on arrival, also that the TV ariel was missing, so no in room entertainment.I was promised this would be dealt with, but wasn't.The oven was filthy inside and had residual pool of fatty liquids in the tray, and on the base of the oven,the smell was odious, so never reopened it or used it.Dirty pans, with the same problem of residual food burnt into them.Wardrobe didn't have any hangers, so no where to hang anything up.Douvets so badly stained with various products, even blood stains, so I bought one in the market myself.Same with the towels, need to be thoroughly deep cleaned before they are laid out for guests to use.I could go on further about the issues but will stop here.This is by no means suitable for anyone with a child who is still a baby,no lift working,carried a child's buggy up 5 flights for a lady who lives here as her main residence,struggling to get herself and the child up them.Booking .com, should accept responsibility for some of this, seeing they are the ones advertising this accommodation, do they actually check out these premises on a regular basis, so advertising standards are maintained, and what you see as advertised is factual, and not a fantasy.I paid my money, and expected a clean, well maintained property, but yet again feel ripped off.

worst experience of my life

nothing it’s was the worst place I’ve stayed in my life I wouldn’t wish it upon my worst enemy. I can’t begin to explain how awful it was I’d rather sleep outside

Kirkgate Apartments

The manager/owner was really nice and friendly. Everything was fine.the hallway when coming in didn't smell to pleasant, was a slight smell of foistyness and fish and just didn't smell clean . The stay was fine and so was our room we stayed in. Only complaints I'd say, were the sofas in the room they were disgusting had so many stains and had 0 comfortability 0 cushion. We stayed for 4 nights and had no problems but when speaking to other tenants they told us about cockroaches in the kids rooms.

i didn’t stay left but landlord still charged given me idea for bad review as he was so arrogant didn’t reply my message

property doesn’t look like it’s showing online. it’s a very small studio flat which is very cold no curtain on windows bed is very bad didn’t even stay there but still charged me money for no reason.

everything there was disgusting had to sleep in the car as couldn’t find a hotel due to weekend

Disappointing

Location wasn't easy to find and was advised parking was close by but street parking was very busy and no overnight car park except a few minutes walk away. The communal space was very dirty and smelly. I wouldn't advise single females to stay here alone as I didn't feel very safe.

Clean & comfortable. Very central

The lift was out of order which meant my elderly relative was unable to come in for a drink. I could not get the TV to work even after buying batteries. No blind at the window

I got upgraded which I liked and the bed was super comfy

I left do go out for the evening and when I got back someone had been in the apartment without my knowledge to drop a table and chairs off. I had valuables and other items that I’m not necessarily comfortable having strangers see. as a young female solo traveller I then was extremely paranoid that I had to put something heavy in front of the door just so I knew no one would come in when I was sleeping.

Excellent central location near two shopping centres, nice clean and spacious apartment.

Nearby pub with lots of noise at night but to be expected from the location.

Not like the photos and a lot missing

Basics were covered for, freeview tv provided and pretty good location in the centre of Bradford. Host was responsive and checked me in quickly.

Looks nothing like the photos, door of bathroom cabinet was falling off, quite dirty (dishes and cutlery all dirty), no mirrors anywhere, no towels and there's a security deposit not mentioned anywhere in the ad you need to account for.
