Helpful desk staff. Smart, comfortable room. Good value room and decent good value breakfast. I love the old Victorian public spaces and they are well kept and being upgraded. I like the history too.
The weather
4.1
Hot radiators, ambience, history, great reception staff, and value.
Nothing, not too, like.

Everything from staff to the room was exceptional
Small point but USB near the bed didn’t work which I worked around buying a super long 5 meter charging cable

From staff to facilities was exceptional
Again USB port wasn’t working near the bed but thank god iPhone sell a 5 meter cable which I made do with

Great feeling to the place, especially as newly redecorated.
4.1
Comfortable, spacious room. Excellent Shower and water pressure. The staff very friendly and helpful.
The corridors are maze-like, and if you have a room in the centre, you will have a view of a narrow central well with other windows (which made opening the window impossible) Plus a lot of pigeons (in the well) cooing throughout the night. It is an old hotel that sadly feels quite dated.
4.1
Nothing to like
Dated rooms. Cigarette smell. Leaking shower. Awful breakfast.

The central location of the hotel was very convenient and it is an impressive historic building. On site car parking was useful.
The common areas are fine, but some specific parts of the hotel as visible from the bedroom window were in need of repair and redecoration chiefly the central area.

The moths are very friendly apart from the odd time one lost it's way and flew into my eye and I pissed all over thank God for the cleaner's
The roadworks day and night

Good value and great breakfast.

Great central location, lovely interior in the main communal areas but overall needs a little touch up
Separate taps on the whb! I know it's part of the style of that era but very impractical
4.1
Fantastic building, staff were very friendly and helpful
Double bed was so soft and bouncy we both had a terrible nights sleep

The staff were truly excellent - really helpful and friendly. The breakfast was fantastic and the room was great. The hotel feels wonderful - old and almost like a theme hotel without being tacky.
Not a lot of air in the room. No A/C or openable windows so just a fan to keep the air going, Never my favourite setup. The lift is pretty much the slowest moving conveyance I have ever entered
4.1
Beautiful venue and perfect location by the train station and shopping centre
The staff whilst perfectly friendly, made you wait for an unacceptable amount of time at front desk. No apologies for wait, no asking another member of staff to assist to speed up checking in and out etc

The building and public interior were lovely. The location was good.
The room was a bit dated.

The best thing was leaving
The room jad a leek, some else's blood was on the duvet. They offered me a second room that stank of sewage.oh and the staff do t listen to there customers and love to try and argue

Good value for money & location was good. Decent nights sleep & comfortable.
Breakfast not very good value. Food tasted a bit dry & seemed to have been on hot plate too long. Would have been better with continental or eaten elsewhere.

Central location, good free parking, pretty réception, Wiktor on Réception desk was exceptionally friendly and helpful.
Noisy at night, breakfast room locked at 9.30, have to leave by 10am. Probably more suited to business than leisure, to be fair.

an older hotel but in good condition with helpful staff in the center of town

Bar and staff. Excellent Saltaire beer!
Lift.
Décor.
Ambience in public area.
Ability to take a beer outside and have a smoke.
Comfortable room.
Nice bathroom with soaps and towel change.
Good, traditional service with no skimping, in contrast to the Easy Hotel profile
Restaurant seemed to be closed!

Breakfast menu was same for all four days. Very disappointing to see Bacon in the breakfast menu.
Midland needs to take care of other guests who are not eating bacon sort of things.
Menu in the breakfast.
Room rates needs to be less. Travelog charges were Pound 50 but Midland was charging very high.
Staff Shirley was not cooperative. She did not allow me to see room and was insisting money first. Embarrasing

Great hotel in the centre of Bradford with parking. Beautiful room.
Bit noisy due to a party on Saturday evening. Difficult to get to as sat nav didn't take us to the hotel.

Beautiful, relaxed, refined , old-school charm with modern standards
I loved the breakfast offering , presentation , process and staff but found for the third time , the sausages to be too chewy … it might be personal taste and I’m a doofus for never asking for one to be discretely more cooked , but small potatoes given all else was lovely (small potatoes is a turn of phrase)

Location is great. Attentive staff. Comfortable bed
The maid knocked on my door at 9.30 am. I said hello? She then just let herself in! I was still in bed after a late night. Not sure why rooms are being accessed before a guest has checked out. I hope this isnt a sign of the usual decline of a great hotel after Britannia the over 😔
