Przytulne miejsce w pięknych Syracusach

Dobra lokalizacja mieszkania, blisko do wyspy Ortegia ale położone w małej uliczce, więc było względnie cicho. Mieszkanie nowocześnie urządzone, salon na dole, sypialnia na antresoli.

Bardzo mała przestrzeń w kuchni, do zrobienia śniadania ok, jeśli ktoś chciałby ugotować sobie obiad to byłoby trudno.

Great location, easy walk to food, shops, Ortigia

The apartment was located in a lovely gated courtyard and was within walking distance to many restaurants, shops and Ortigia.

I wish there had been a kettle to heat water for tea.

El apartamento está bien, no me gustó la relación con los anfitriones

Apartamento muy bonito, con todo lo necesario. A 20 minutos andando del centro de Ortigia que es la zona más bonita de Siracusa. Además se puede aparcar. Está en una zona humilde aunque han reformado el apartamento.

La relación con la anfitriona. Para la cama hay que subir escaleras. Tanto el agua de la cisterna como la electricidad de los cargadores del móvil fallaban por momentos, aunque se solucionaba solo. La dueña no nos creyó cuando se lo dijimos. Además tuve un desacuerdo con ella porque al reservar por booking me ponía que las tasas estaban incluidas y ella consideraba que las de turistas no. Nos pidió el dinero de las tasas en efectivo, una vez allí, y yo pago todo por booking y con tarjeta, no trabajo con efectivo y sin que den comprobante de para que se usa. En otros alojamientos de Sicilia booking siempre me ha especificado claramente las tasas turista. En ningún momento ni con el tema de los cargadores ni en esto pareció creernos. Luego insistió bastante por whats App diciendo que nos pagaban las tasas ellos como si estuviéramos cometiendo un robo. Igual no estaban pagadas, pero hay un error en el anuncio de booking porque no aparece que haya que pagarlo, y en otras reservas si. Considero que hay que aprender de la situación no quemar al cliente.

Molto pulita e dotata di qualsiasi comfort, comoda per brevi e lunghi periodi di soggiorno. Parcheggi disponibili nella strada di accesso alla casa. 15min a piedi da Ortigia. Free check-in e check-out semplici. Proprietaria disponibile.

Quartiere storico. Camera sul soppalco sottotetto un po' calda nel periodo di Agosto ma gestibile con il condizionatore ed il ventilatore a disposizione nella casa.

Geweldig leuk verblijf gehad in deze leuke stad!

Mooi gelegen appartement dat veel privacy en rust biedt. Het is even lopen naar Ortigia waar alles gebeurt maar daar staat tegeover dat je makkelijk en gratis kunt parkeren. Siracusa is een hele leuke stad, de markt op Isola d’Ortigia is een must see en je kunt ook heerlijk naar het strand of in een dagje naar bijvoorbeeld Noto. Je kunt ‘s middags ook even heerlijk prive in je eigen zitje nog wat drinken buiten voordat je weer zo’n heerlijke pasta gaat eten!

Klein puntje van kritiek: De groene lampjes boven de deur zijn vrij fel en schijnen ‘s nachts precies in je ogen…..

Nice place in Syracuse

I really liked the room, really cosy and nice. We stayied for two nights there.

The neighourhood was not that nice but it's close to get to Ortigia. It was safe so no worries. The only thing i did't liked is that we didn't had warm/hot water the second night. We had to use freezing cold water to shower. Other than that there were no problems.

A very cosy and well equipped apartment. Really clean, great location, about 20mins walk from the centre and located in a quieter area. Perfect if one prefers less noisy places.

The upstairs section was quite warm because the air-co didn't really reach there, isn't the best for sleeping in hot weather.

Nice, clean flat, but in a run down area far from attractions and not comfortable in hot weather

The property was clean and nicely furnished.

The property is located in a rather run down neighbourhood and there are few shops, bars or restaurants nearby. I would also question whether the area is safe late at night. The property is a 20 to 25 minute walk both from Ortigia and from the archaeological park. The property is split level with a sleeping area above the ground floor. It was very hot during our stay and the air conditioning cools the living area but is at too low a level for the cool air to reach up to the sleeping area which means it is difficult to sleep at night during hot weather. The hosts were not particularly friendly.

A good apartment for a couple of days!

A very cozy apartment in a very good location of Siracusa, distant from city noise. If you are there on Sunday, there is an amazing food market on the square right across the road! I was there with my boyfriend, we tried to cook a bit, so Sunday market was a rescue. The apartment has a little kitchenette and one can prepare some easy dishes. The bed upstairs is comfortable and if you stay a couple of days it basically has the most necessary things in it. The owner Erika was pleasant and responsive. she contacted me and gave the check-in instructions. We appreciated croissants for breakfast. coffee machine is ok.

A good knife and a chopping board was missed when cooking, as there was only one butter knife. One can’t switch the shower to the hose without being watered by a ”tropical rain” setting first. Maybe a bit more coffee capsules needed.

good stay

-Nice apartment, nicely designed and well-enough equipped -Free parking on the street -Good communication with the owners -

-very basic breakfast- just some sweets and only 4 espresso capsules (out of which 1 was broken- so we had to choose who drinks coffee in the morning second day). -dish sponge looked like someone cleaned the whole apartment with it -very uncomfortable sofa- luckily noone had to sleep on it -it said free toiletries- but there was no shower gel, nor shampoo. Just few things people left behind (no use for us), so we had to drive to a shop to buy them. -With AC on, downstairs was cold and upstairs hot -Shouting kids, playing just outside the door/windows in the morning.

Well appointed, comfortable and easy non-contact access. Easy walking distance to sites. Good selection of breakfast items.

No onsite parking, but all surrounding streets were available. We find rainfall shower heads are not practicable.

Everyting was perfect, newly renovated and very thoughtfully designed apartment. It was chic, comfortable and fully equiped. Even sun umbrella was put. It was enough close to Ortigia, parking was easy and quietness was good. Siracusa was our last stop in our south italy tour. Siracusa and this apartment was the best of all. Host were kind and easily accessible.

Excellent communication, gorgeous accommodation, easily accessible from the bus / train stations and walking distance from tourist hotspots. The shower is wonderful, the breakfast selection was great and it was a beautiful addition to have a table and chairs outside in the courtyard to enjoy a coffee or glass of wine.

Lovely little place!

This is a lovely little place, the perfect size for two people. Comfy bed, great shower. It's newly furnished and everything had a relaxing, holiday vibe to it. Check in/out was nice and easy, we just spoke with the hosts on whatsapp. Parking right outside (I think there's a market in the big square on Sundays so be aware of that). Takes around 15 minutes to walk into the main park of Ortigia. Would highly recommend.

Nothing really, could be 5/10 minutes closer to the centre but that's it.

Great value for staying in Syracuse

Great value for money. Small apartment, but good for two people and very clean, renewed and well-decorated. It was easy to find it and there was always place for parking on the street right in front. The area is very calm and you can go by walk to Ortigia in around 10-15 minutes. Communication with the host was easy and checking-in as well.

The breakfast offered is only some packed croissants or sweet bread. This could be improved and there could have been salty options as well. Also the toilet flush got stuck sometimes, but it was not a major issue.

Apartment was nice and clean, good size for the money. Also parking was without any problems on the street directly in front of the property.

We were not able to check in at 8pm, because apartment wasn't ready. The truth is, we did a last minute booking, but if it was offered in Booking, we were expecting it to be ready and not to wait 3 hours. Shower didnt work properly.

Stylish little apartment in great location. Free parking on the street. Quiet street. Perfect for a couple for a short stay.

The location is good, and the apartments has everything you need (for two people) everything's is modern, and it is very clean. The breakfast is basic, but plenty 👌🏻

The apartments is not comfortable for three people as there is no privacy. Also the bed upstairs is ok, as long as your partner (or you) doesn't move a lot as you can easily feel the movement throughout the night. In addition to that, the staff was helpful but constantly sent messages reminding the check out was at 10:00, it gave the impression, they were kicking us out
