I don’t come back again this place.

They don’t have breakfast. I only like location a little bit.

No elevator.The room is not the same as pictures. I pay price for 1 bedroom 2 bathroom, but when I receive only studio not clean complete. I am so disappointed. Compare the price another place, that is higher. They have very good reviews. I think those reviews from relatives or students working there. If the guests rent the first time, they never come back. The owner need to repair room before posting on website.

Exceptional

This was a serviced appartement that was perfectly located on the edge of the old town of Ho Chi Minh City. The room was spacious and very clean, the bathroom was very nice and clean as well. We also had a balcony for our first few nights. We enjoyed it so much that we booked an extra night. Unfortunately we had to change rooms. The TV had a Netflix feature on it which was exceptional as we needed some time to relax after our arrival in HCMC. The staff were friendly and spoke good English.

The only problem with this property is the payment method. As it is a block of serviced apartments, there was no lobby and we had to wait for the staff to come and collect the payment.
