Great city great location great restaurant around the cross road

The location

The reply to my txt regarding airport taxi and the cost was almost double the price offered to me I paid to come from airport taxi , old and small size towels for bath , bedroom table mirror was literally taped to hold it to the table , overall it’s a old property which needs major improvement and renovation

For the price, it's within expectations. Would really only recommend for single travellers

Location was convenient, check in/out was straight forward

Amenities could be a bit better, e.g. should supply shampoo bottles instead of packets which were very difficult to open. There's no tea or coffee which is usually standard in most hotels. There's no bedside lighting so either the room lights are all on or off.

it’s was good. hotel need to change towels as they are very worn out.

No parking for pick up and dropped off as it’s on a one way and very busy street. Grab or taxi only pick up from the right side of the street so you have to cross the road. it’s inconvenient if you have young children.

TV and air conditioner were broken. Water from the conditioner flew down but no any corrective actions to repair.

location is close to Ben Thanh market and shopping complex like Vincom Centre and Saigon Square.

Room was very small, hot water takes a long time to warm up, old and floor was only sweeped, but not wopped.

Not good but not bad

The room was spacious. Location was fantastic and well connected to many tourist destinations. Pricing is also affordable.

1. Bathroom was bad. No water drainage in the shower room (at the mirror area). Hot water took time to come, especially at night. Not much space for personal toiletries too. 2. There were always flies in the room when we came back. We suspect it came from the bathroom vent. We had to chase/ catch about 10 flies in total over 4 days. 3. Cracked flooring near the washroom area, making the floor towels dirty and a bit dangerous at night (easy to trip over). 4. Room logistics - Bed creaks some times. Room is on the ground floor, so whenever the door opens, outside people can see the room inside. Sound proofing is not the best.

Check the pictures first, and then think.

The beds and the pillows.

No windows. The towels were old. The pics have nothing to do with the reality. The building was quite old and needs some refurbish. If the pictures were updated, I wouldn't have stayed here, but they were misleading, in my opinion.

Poor

I stayed here before covid(2019), was thinking of revisiting Saigon this time and staying in this hotel again, cause last time was good . but obviously not is time

I booked vvip room for 3nights, first night no electricity !!! the room has no window and they don’t have candle , toilet wash sink is full of ants , bathroom is separate from toilet , and the floor is wet and slimy with red drain worms coming up on to the floor , we put our luggage on the floor and our luggage is always full of ants , towels n bedsheets stain , the flowers displayed on the table is full of dust. will never come back to this hotel anymore

they do this 2 hour day scam thing. i booked two nights and then i was told i booked for two days but not nights and i had to pay more. it sounded like a scam. staff was not friendly. room was extremly small and old
