As advertised. Convenient and tons of space. Would definitely stay again.

House is close to Disney Theme parks. House is spacious with 6 rooms. Getting in to home was a little tricky because you do need to wait a few seconds after entering pin. Entering home you will see several laminated signs of do this and don’t. Not very welcoming when you see rules everywhere . With all the instructions on cleaning I’m surprised there’s a cleaning fee applied.
There is an ant problem in several parts of the home. We found ants in our beds, crawling on table, sofa and counters. I actually had to throw my bagel away because returning from the bathroom, I already had several ants on top of my bagel. For those traveling with a family and wanting to cook breakfast or dinner in kitchen, you have to cook your meat outside per written; posted rule. This is a con for us hoping we could stay and relax at this expensive home we rented. We felt there were so many rules we just occupied most of our time being out. Waste of money for us.
We did communicate ant problem to host and she told us where any spray was. We chose not to spray an insecticide while we were there. We also did lock ourselves out of home and they were there to let us in within 15 minutes.

This property is great for large families going to Disney! Super close and plenty of space for multiple families! Kids loved the hot tub and separate game room. The only things we couldn’t find was a peeler & cutting board in the kitchen but other than that - this property has everything you need! Grocery stores and shopping super close you can walk if you want. You’ll love staying here! *the floors were a bit dirty though and socks and feet showed it. Perhaps housekeeping will clean floors better before your stay!*

This house is perfect for a disney vacation. You can't get any closer unless you stayed on disney property. The neighborhood seemed nice. It was spacious with a nice little backyard area for relaxing. Would rent from again. Thank you!

We organized a trip with our kids and grandkids as a special bonding time with each other since we live in different states and don't see each other enough. The house was so spacious, clean and wonderfully laid out. A bathroom in every bedroom made getting ready in the mornings so easy. The kitchen is stocked with any spices you could need as well as dishes, etc. The kids enjoyed the goodie basket. We only used the hot tub once, but it was a special treat. The host was very accessible and willing to help with anything we might have needed. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Great property for our family of 15. Very close to Disneyland, (less than a mile). Quiet nice neighborhood. 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms. Perfect, as every bedroom had its own bathroom! Would highly recommend this property!

The rental is great for large families! Each bedroom has it's on bathroom. Loved the game room and a wonderful outdoor area to relax after a full day at the Disneyland park.
Home is about a 5min drive to the park or a 30min walk. Host was extremely friendly!

Very spacious and large home with many beds to fit large groups and families. Garage has a pool table and foosball table in it. Hot tub in the backyard with fire pit and most rooms having quick access to the backyard. Large kitchen and dining area made it so we could all cook food before we took off to Disney and California adventures. Very quite neighborhood with many attractions and conveniences nearby. Was pricey but definitely get plenty for it.

This was a perfect house for our family vacation. There was plenty of room for each of our three families to have their own space. Having a bathroom connected to each room was great. Everyone loved the game room and the outside area and hot tub. The kitchen was very spacious too! It worked really well for 15 people. The host was super responsive and everything from checkout to instructions was very clear. We would definitely stay there again!

The property worked great for our group. There was lots of room for all to spend time together. Each couple had their own room and bathroom and the children had their own room and bathroom so we could also have our "own spaces" as well.

Great Disneyland family rental
Our family enjoyed the close proximity to Disneyland for our adventures there. With plenty of space, bedrooms, bathrooms, sitting areas and a large well stocked kitchen, we thoroughly enjoyed our 6 nights in Anaheim. Would come back or recommend to others.

Spacious home for family gathering
With 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, this lovely home was perfect for our family trip to Disneyland. The house was clean and well equipped.
Furnishings were upscale and nicely done. Uber’s response was quick and it was only 5 minutes to Downtown Disney and an easy entrance to the park via the Monorail.

This was my first time using VRBO and it was a great experience. The property was everything the website promised and more. It exceeded our expectations. Ildy was responsive and helpful, and I would gladly stay in her property again.

I liked that each bedroom had a private bath. Everything was clean and well kept. The hot tub was a bonus for soaking after an entire day spent at Disneyland. The dining table was large enough for all the adults and children to sit at to eat. This is an ideal location for a larger family trip to Disneyland.

Beautiful and very spacious!
Hermosa village was the perfect house for our big family, the house was super clean and host was very friendly and fast to respond when messaged with questions. The house is a short 7 minute Uber ride away from the Disney parks which saved us the parking fees there! Would definitely stay here again in the future.

This property was so perfect for our family vacation for 14! We had beds and space for everyone. We especially loved that each room has its own bathroom and the beds are comfy. It was also a nice quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again.

This home was very clean and well stocked. Everything was just as pictured. Would definitely stay here again. One room had a plastic type mattress cover that was very noisy , other than that the entire stay was perfect!

My family and I stayed at hermosa village for 3 nights and it was a great experience!! It was close to all shopping centers and restaurants including amusement parks !!! The house was clean, nice and spacious and equipped with all necessities. The host was excellent and quick to respond and was available for any questions or concerns. Will definitely be staying here again.

Close to Disney!
Property was as listed. It was very nice to have a bathroom off each bedroom; no sharing needed! The shower in one of bathrooms would only reach a lukewarm temp.

Better Than Even Expected
This place was a wonderful rental!!! We had a party of 10, and we ended up using every room. Everyone had a place and, more importantly, everyone had a bathroom. The house was soo close to Disney, which helped so much. It was also very clean, so we felt very comfortable and at home. The game room with the pool table and Foosball were also huge hits for when we were hanging at the house. When we had questions, the owner was also very nice and prompt. If we ever come again to Anaheim with a large party, we will stay here for sure.

We brought our large extended family to make memories for the week-- beach, Disneyland and a museum or two. We had older kids, some of whom couldn't do the whole week, and littles and 3 generations in all. It was very suitable for us. Helpful to have bathrooms with each bedroom!! The dorm (bedroom #6) was bigger than we thought... could have slept 8, but since we put teenage boys in there, only 5. One bath for 5 boys was a little tight. The kitchen was well-stocked (we added a can-opener), but could have used a few smaller sauce pans. It only had large stockpots and large skillets. Hot water was plentiful, even with all of the showers! My biggest complaint was the temperature in some of the bedrooms. We had the AC set on 75 day and night, but bedrooms 1-4 were at least 5 degrees warmer, even leaving the doors open. We couldn't figure out why they were so warm. Fans were of little help. The temp outside was unusually warm (90+) but the kitchen and living areas were cold while those bedrooms were hot.
