This two bedroom two bath villa located in a gated community is on the ground floor with stunning views of Semiahmoo Bay, Vancouver Island, the city lights of White Rock and the Peace Arch. Every morning you will wake up to sailboats, seal, eagles, blue heron and every once in a while, whale sightings. Every night you will sit back in awe at the hues of color painted in the sunset right before you. With views of the island and Mt. Baker, Semiahmoo offers outdoor recreation, family fun, romantic getaways and a place for respite. This home is located right next door to a destination resort that provides access to excellent restaurants, a spa, golf courses and a marina and yet provides you your very own beachfront property! You also have access to purchase a day pass to use the pool, hot tub, pickle ball and gym facilities at the resort because you are staying at a Villa on the spit! Just 45 minutes south of Vancouver, B.C. and 90 minutes north of Seattle, paddle boarding, kayaking, biking, bonfires and swimming are yours for the taking . This special place is waiting for you to play, relax, and make memories here.

We came to stay for a few days on the shore after visiting the mountains. We were pleased by the exceptional quality and decor of the condo. The outside space was perfect for lounging and enjoying the view. From crab crackers to throw blankets - you’ve thought of every comfort. Thank you!!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the Beachwalker Villa. The condo is beautiful and the perfect coastal vibe, and the location couldn’t have been better for us. We walked right down to the beach for lots of fun, to the marina and resort for morning walks and dinner, and beautiful sunsets from the patio. We had a great time and hope to come back again next year!

We really loved our stay at this amazing beachfront getaway. The home was clean and had everything we could possibly need. Willow was incredibly responsive to any questions I had, the service was amazing. We definitely plan to return here for a quick weekend getaway in the winter.

We came up to see our oldest graduate from WWU in Bellingham. We loved the location and fairly close to I-5. Birds, scenery, and Mt Baker did not disappoint. The sunsets were amazing. Unit was quiet, clean, and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

We loved staying at your condo with a couple of exceptions . The original listing indicates 8 people can stay however there is sleeping for only 6. We had 6 adults in our group. The hide-a-bed was unusable in that the sleeping surface could not be made flat. One of the couples that traveled with us ended up sleeping on the floor . It was obvious that others have had the same issue since there were tears on the underside of the cushions. Realistically the unit only sleeps 4 adults. The location is perfect, condo decor is beautifully done and the kitchen is very well stocked. Being an end unit, the outside area felt very private and we enjoyed using the patio fire pit . Having the fixings for s’mores was a nice bonus! Wish we could have given the stay 5 stars.

Our family celebrated New Year's Eve in this peaceful setting. We appreciated a fully stocked kitchen so we could make homemade pizzas and loved taking walks on the paved path around the property to spot bald Eagles. We joined bonfires at Semiahmoo Resort and met many wonderful travelers. Highly recommend!

This property looks lovely and has many positives. Communication with the owner was fantastic and the unit was spotless. Unfortunately, we arrived on a chilly winter day, and the unit was cold on arrival and hard to heat even with the fireplace on. It may be due to the sheer number of windows. The unit also had some oddities. There's only one chair to sit in in front of the fireplace, the front bedroom has no side tables, and the two tall bedside lights were both missing their turn knob covers, leaving only the metal exposed. Hence, the only way to turn them on or off was to plug/unplug them. Plus, the front bed was hard -- it would benefit from a mattress topper. Neither coffee or shampoo was provided, fyi. In short, the location is wonderful, access was easy, and the unit is quite appealing and updated. Some simple fixes would go a long way toward improving the comfort of staying here.

We had such a great stay! The condo is cozy and clean. The view is amazing and the walking trails are are great way to get out in nature. The border is open now, and Canada is a quick trip. Perfect for R&R.

What a lovely, well-appointed condo with beautiful water and sunset views! We enjoyed the proximity to the beach, walking path, resort, and marina. It was wonderful to have a fireplace for the chilly mornings and the fire pit for the cool evenings. This is the first rental that has ever exceeded our expectations!

My family and I stayed in this lovely home. It is steps from the beach, the home was impeccably clean, and the home was well kept, well supplied, and well organized. It made our son's day when we walked in the home and found the fixin's for Smores! We couldn't have asked for more from a vacation home. We would rank it one of the best vacation properties that we've stayed in over the years. Thank you so much for an excellent stay!

This was a magical experience. The view was spectacular. Beach access was a few steps off the patio. The amenities were every thing you could want. A place to come again and again. We were 3 old ladies but I would definitely bring kids and grandkids.

We're so fortunate to have stayed in this beautiful condo. Everything is clean and well maintained. The beds are comfortable and the showers great. The kitchen is well stocked and there is wonderful outdoor seating that isn't shown in the pictures. This is probably the nicest VRBO stay we've ever experienced. Thank you.

This home was even more beautiful in person. We had an amazing time our family didn’t want to leave. Our four kids had so much fun looking at all the fun things on the beach. I think their overall favorite was definitely the sports court, everything about this property it was just perfect. We can’t wait to plan our next trip. Also pretty sure we have a few friends/families that are hoping to stay after seeing all our fun.

What a fantastic location. The condo was perfectly set, almost on the beach. We were very pleased to be in an end, first floor unit. The furnishings were perfect, with the kitchen very well stocked. Everything you needed. We had fantastic sunsets every night, which we will remember for a long time. Very close to golf and great biking in Semiahmoo and beyond. We are already thinking about our next visit to this wonderful home away from home.
