Conveniently located for lots of day trip options. Beautiful view in quiet area. Large house with all of the amenities. Would stay again if in the area.

Lovely home, Beautiful views, very spacious, close to town, great family vacation.

This is a beautiful home with amazing views. It worked very well for our group of nine. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The backyard was great for our grandkids to run and play. The pool table and ping pong table were a real hit with everyone. This place could easily be a 10 except for the showers. In the upstairs hall bathroom we were never able to get hot water in the shower. In the downstairs bathroom there was no water pressure and if water was used anywhere else in the house there was only a trickle of water. We enjoyed our stay but every night there was lot of complaining about showering.

Large enough for extended family. Clean!! Kitchen well stocked for the best of cooks. Could use more dish clothes. Plenty of dish towels. Could use more wash clothes and various towels for bathrooms and hottub. Two bedroom lamps not working and needed a few light bulbs throughout but these are just housekeeping items. The home was perfect for our family of 14 ranging from 63 yrs old to 1 month old. Thank. You CSD

This house was great for family vacation (16 people). The house was clean. The kitchen was well stocked for almost all of our cooking needs. The room above the garage made having a kids "loud" space and adults "quiet" space possible. The area was nice and quiet with a park about a 20 minute walk away. And the view from the back porch was great. I would highly recommend for people who just want to get thogether and spend time wth family

Relaxing, had everything we needed! Really enjoyed staying here.

Had a wonderful time - six of us so lots of room and house was very well appointed. Loved the location - especially the view and "quietness" - hope to return sometime soon!

We booked this property for a group retreat for our church. The five families absolutely loved this location and it was incredibly family friendly, the kids didn't want to leave. The view and living spaces were amazing!

This house was perfect for our birthday getaway! We had our 18 month old with us and having the crib available was great. I also liked that we could all escape to the game room while our son napped and it was separated and we didn’t have to worry about being too loud.
The kitchen was extremely well stocked and we cooked so much yummy food. Played games until the wee hours of the morning and enjoyed the hot tub. The way the house is setup is perfect for entertaining. We had 9 adults and 1 toddler and fit well. Lots of parking, quiet neighborhood, and loved being able to parka car in the garage. Bonus the beds are sooo comfortable.
We will probably book again for next year!

This is the second year in a row we’ve stayed in this house. It’s comfortable, has stunning views, and is great for a group of 6-8 people. I would return for a third time!

We had a lovely stay in this home. The view is beautiful, and we were treated to a spectacular sunset each night! kitchen was well equipped, the deck had lots of comfortable seating, plenty of space for a large group. all in all a wonderful stay!

We had a great long weekend at this beautiful home with 8 adults and 4 kids. Everyone felt that they had plenty of space and we loved hanging out on the deck and running around in the big backyard. The house was clean and well stocked. The kids loved the under stair hidden play area. The internet was a bit spotty depending on where you were in the house, but we weren’t working so it wasn’t an issue. Great home base for our adventures.

Overall a wonderful place to stay. The 4 for cleanliness was due to a dirty oven.
The accuracy of listing a 4 due to advertised number of people it sleeps. We had 10 adults, 2 toddlers and 1 baby, very tight sleeping arrangements.
The WiFi, spotty. 2 people working during out stay had difficulty.
The deck was amazing. The kitchen very well equipped. Ping pong table was fun! Garbage pickup very easy. View was spectacular. Binder about the property was very informative. Dog friendly!

The Evergreen at Semiahmoo is a lovely home that was a perfect place for our family's vacation. There was plenty of room for our group of 10 (7 adults + 3 children), lots of activities on the property (ping pong and pool tables, hot tub, and fire pit were especially popular) and easy access to outdoor activities (kayaking, playground, Peace Arch park, water slide park, and mini-golf). The house had many amenities that made our stay more comfortable, e.g., cozy lap blankets, plenty of kitchenware, and several large TVs. The kids' hideout under the stairs was a huge hit with our one year old!

We celebrated our dad’s 75th with 5 families and 17 people total. The space was great, had everything we needed, and was spacious enough for us all to have an unforgettable celebration. Beautiful views, extremely comfortable beds. We would definitely come back!
Only complaint was that the primary ensuite bathroom shower had some rust stains, and the downstairs ensuite shower didn’t get to full heat.

Wonderful and relaxing . Would definitely rent again! Had everything we needed!
Thank you so much!

Beautiful, spacious home. It had everything we needed to host a large group of life long friends. The furniture was top notch, bedding extremely comfortable. Nothing was overlooked in the set up of this home.
Gorgeous views, quiet neighborhood. Easy walk down the road to follow the sunsets.
If we are in the area in the future, we’d definitely stay again.

The house is large and cozy, with luxurious linens, comfortable beds, and a nicely stocked kitchen. There are some signs of gentle wear and tear which means you can relax if you have kids (or dogs) in your group.
Be aware that the fifth bedroom is the large loft space. We didn’t read the description carefully and thought it was five bedrooms plus the loft. The younger kids really enjoyed the space under the stairs which is whimsically and cozily decorated with pillows. The older kids really enjoyed the loft with his pool table and large space to goof around.
We all thought the house was very very clean and did not smell doggy in any way. We recommend this beautiful home.

Loved everything about this trip. The location this time of year has the most beautiful sunsets off the deck and upper bedrooms.
House has everything you could need, for making food, tv, internet, relaxing areas and plenty of space for 8 adults. We look forward to booking this trip again in the same spot for many years to come as we make the trek to this area every October.

three generations rented for the Canadian Thanksgiving weekend. The place was accurately described. Not only was it well supplied but the supplies were high quality. One of the best we encountered. It is a beautiful place
The problem is that this property is managed by a large management company. Your contact is with a call center which is probably located outside the USA. The person you speak to has no knowledge about the property except what is on the computer screen and has no ability to make the decisions that a local manager would. We had a 7 month old so we asked if the was a high chair. The call center said no so we brought one with us. In fact there were two quality high chairs on site. We contacted them in the days before arrival to find if there could be early check-in for the 7 month old as border crossing is an uncertain process on a long weekend and you're not sure when you will arrive. The on-line availability indicated it was empty for 4 days before our arrival. The center said to check on the day of arrival. We did and were told we would get an email in about an hour on whether early access was available. No email. We phoned the call center again and told we would have an email in about an hour. Never did respond to indicate early arrival or the reason why it was not available. Never had that problem of non-response from a VRBO property in the past.
We delayed our arrival until after 4 PM and had a thoroughly enjoyable weekend. However we probably won't select a Vacasa-managed property again

I rented this home for a relaxing weekend with seven friends, all in our 40s. It was comfortable, clean, well-equipped with all the supplies you'll need to cook meals and stay cozy. Lots of towels, blankets, pillows and large beds, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for a large group. The views were lovely as well. We all agreed we would happily come back in the future!

We had a great time with family, and there is lots of space in the house for many people to enjoy, but, the entire downstairs needs a DEEP clean. The deck also needs replaced as it's almost dangerous in several areas. The neighbors are interesting. Dogs begin barking at 6:00am and the neighbor in front of the house loudly chops firewood every morning at 6:30am. Still love Semiahmoo!

Thanks for hosting us at your beautiful home. We loved sitting on the deck and chatting with our family, blankets were a great touch for the cold people. The game room was a great addition for our graduate and her friends to stay up late and not bother us. Don’t go outside and talk after 10!!! Neighbors are still close.

This home is amazing!
This home is amazing! We have stayed at dozens of vacation homes over this years and this is far and away our favorite. The house is large so everyone enjoyed their own space but the common areas were really comfortable and relaxing. We spent a lot of time playing pool in the loft. The set up is perfect because the loft is over the garage and set a few feet from the house so we could be as loud as we wanted and didn’t wake up the kids. The views are incredible. The photos don’t do it justice. When I had coffee on the living room sofa, I could watch the eagles fly in circles over the ocean, apparently teaching their yearlings how to fly. We walked down the spit to the Semiahmoo Resort and Spa several times and the 4-5 mile roundtrip walk was a great way to start the day. We enjoyed dinner and cocktails at the Semiahmoo Resort in the evening as well. We couldn’t get enough of our time at the firepit next to the Packers Bar and Grill while the kids stayed busy playing life size chess, birdwatching, and beach combing. For all its grandeur, my favorite part of the home was my bed. My mattress was incredible and the sheets were so great, I took my bed apart looking for a label so I knew what to order when I got home. Hands down 5 out of 5 stars. We are going back!"

Extraordinary Home
We spent our spring break at this home and had a wonderful time! When we pulled in through the trees, I felt my blood pressure drop. The kitchen is well laid out and has every pot, pan, and cooking device you could want. There are two ovens, two refrigerators, two entertaining areas, and extraordinary views. On the two days it rained, the house was large enough we could spread out and read and relax and then come together for pool or ping pong or board games in the afternoon. The home is well stocked with many fun games. Our kids loved Sleeping Queens and No-Stress Chess. Under the stairwell, there’s a cute closet that they call “the Chokey” like Miss Trunchbull’s closet in Matilda and our girls played in there constantly. There’s a light switch way in the back and a little hiding area behind that. It was a delightfully pleasant Chokey. : ) On the sunny days, we explored Birch Bay State Park, Peach Arch Park, the Blaine Mariana, and we went to the Chevron in Blaine, which has a surprisingly cute gift shop with souvenirs. We picked up some of Anna’s Bread there, OMG, so good. Our last night we went to the Semiahmoo Resort. At the front desk, they gave us smores kits and at 5:30 when they lit the firepits on the beach, we made smores and watched the kids run up and down the beach looking for rocks. We spent hours in the living room watching the color of the ocean change. We saw a magnificent storm blow in and enjoyed it from the safety of the couch under Pendleton blankets with hot toddys. This is a beautiful, luxury home. It’s warm and welcoming and really well put together. Highly recommend.
