Le parking et l'accès facile.
Les fenêtres ne sont pas efficaces pour réduire le bruit. Elles doivent être changées.

Das Personal war nett
Die Zimmereinrichtung. Sehr eng und abgewohnt.

Great location with good connectivity to the city central. Parking a car was easy. Nice breakfast.
The hotel and rooms should be more clean. Finding someone else's receipt from the room shows that it hasn't been adequately cleaned.

I like the cleanliness
I didn’t like the customer support. And that’s the most important thing in a hotel. I contacted them twice via booking and email. Unfortunately no one responded.
4.0
Room service entered the room before check-out as it seemed like adminstration failed. Furthermore they checked the smoke alarms to check if we had smoked inside the room. Quite little faith to have in people.
9.0
The design of the rooms are modern and the beds are comfortable
The location is a little but outside of the center but there is a direct train connection

Air conditioning was working even when we turn it off.

Nice rooms, front desk was helpful
15 euro a day to park a car in their fenced area, absolutely ridiculous.

In an American context, this is a solid 2.5 star hotel. It was entirely fine to stay at. It's not in central tourist district but I was fine with that as there is close by access to two beautiful parks and I had a 3-day transit pass.
The speed of the WiFi could definitely be upgraded. The quality of the beds & pillows could use some improvement. Also, screens on the windows would be super useful as I was bitten quite a lot by mosquitoes in my room.

I got allergy because of bed covers

The bed was super comfy.
Great link into the city.
The staff were hardly ever there. Took us 15 minutes to get anyone to front desk for us to check in & there were a group of lads waiting to be serve drinks too. One of the cleaners had to go look for someone & even she couldn't find anyone for a while. Once they arrive there was no apology or haste.
The shower pressure was very weak.

Room was dusty and needed cleaning. Curtains were awful and red! Thought i was in the Red Light District.

Rooms are poorly isolated, very noisy

a lot of hair on the wall in the shower from previous c lient

Staff helpful, quiet hotel - we did not request a quiet room.
Initially our fridge did not work, then our coffee machine did not work. Once everything was sorted it was fine. But the design was not very good, the tap in the bathroom did not allow a kettle to be filled and if you bent too low whilst cleaning your teeth you would bang your head.

Very expensive and cold breakfast
It was the best example of a Basil Faulty Hotel I have ever stayed in. To say that the staff were incompetent puts it mildly. As is said “never again”

Quiet location and only a couple of train stood from Amsterdam Centraal. very friendly staff and good size rooms especially for this part of Europe. we intentionally looked fir a place with rooms that had a bit more space, and this ticked the box well. If you want a bit of space and some quiet the extra effort of being a couple of train stops away from Centraal is very worthwhile.
Nothing!

Breakfast was good. Access to tram lines to get to the places we wanted to see we easy. Free parking in a secure compound.
The bar had run out of white wine!
6.0
clean, tidy, comfortable with big bed
very hot at nighttime and wasn’t able to open window because of traffic.
