Air conditioner works great and you have a control in each rooms. Very clean
They give you individualized packed things like razor, coffee/green tea and cups, soap, body cloth for wash, tooth paste, hair comb along with new sheets and robes every day you stay here even if you decline to get your room cleaned. I feel like this isn’t good for the environment. Very hygienic yes but 🤨. The rooms are very small if you have more than one person staying in each room. Bathroom ceiling is very low since it is higher than the room. Very tight bathroom also. They do have a small tub if you want to soak it in at the end of the long day of traveling though.

Very clean rooms with plenty of facilities.
Quiet at night.
Great breakfast; eggs, beef, chicken, sweet pastry, miso soup,...
The staff is very helpful and professional.
It's a bit expensive, but worth it

God beliggenhed i pænt kvarter

Tiny room but normal for tokyo. Close to train station. The bed was also comfortable and enough for one person.
Super small room. Outdated feeling.

The hotel is conveniently located near restaurants and lovely places that are easy to get to. The staff was friendly and accommodating.
The room is quite small, making it difficult to move around comfortably. The bathroom is also quite dated and had an unpleasant smell.

Bed was a bit small.

PRICE: Considering the location of the hotel and the fact that hotel prices are back to pre-covid rates, I paid a reasonable amount for my stay.
LOCATION: The hotel is near Tokyo Metro (Ginza and Marunouchi Lines). The neighborhood has plenty of food places and convenience stores. There is a nearby BIC Camera as well.
ROOM: The room is good enough for one person. It's kind of small but comfortable enough for me.
MATTRESS: The bed was quite firm. It's perfect for me because I like this kind of bed.
ROOM AMENITIES: In addition to the usual amenities, I liked it that there were power outlets at the bed headboard. There was also a paper crane origami which I thought was really kind and thoughtful.
STAFF: The staff at the reception when I checked in was very helpful. They were friendly and smiled a lot.
Check in was smooth. So was the check out.
Nothing in particular.

The hotel is located very conveniently near a large subway station and within walking distance of a few parks, shrines and even a shopping mall.
The area around the hotel is also packed (!) with convenience stores, restaurants, bars and izakayas of all sorts so very easy to find a bite to eat or grab a drink. Also very quiet considering the location and towels/amenities are provided and refilled daily so less luggage required.
This was actually my second stay at this hotel due to the location and comparatively low (for Tokyo standards) price.
Rooms are definitely small and on the older side (but true to the pictures) so people traveling with huge suitcases or just plenty of bags will have issues maneuvering around.
Also don't expect a view over the city. There may be some rooms with a bit of a view but most appear to face the buildings surrounding the hotel (i.e. my room this time had about 1m to the next house) but there is a bit of daylight coming in and it was perfect for me as I only needed a place to sleep and shower.

Location and very helpful receptionist (one Japanese guy who speak English i forgotten his name start with "Y" 😊. His services and location is the assets of the hotel.
Breakfast, very limited choice. I stayed 4 night. Everyday the same items. Not worth the price😔 Staff not so friendly, the environment made me so uneasy.

Hotel is a convenient place to stay because the restaurants, shopping center and train is in walking distance. The room had a good city view.
The rooms were a little to small. However it's fine for a single person.
3.6
VERY good location!! staff very helpful and great with English customers
room is VERY small. No exaggeration.. there was hard room to walk by the bed. The bed is the entire room essentially. Make sure to ask for non smoking if you don’t smoke otherwise smell is a bit intense.
3.6
A wonderful hotel with first class service that I highly recommend. I would like to note modern rooms. which has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Rooms are cleaned upon request, bed linen is always fresh and clean.
The location of the hotel is also very good, within walking distance of subway and bus stops, shops, restaurants and many attractions.
And most importantly, I want to note the responsive staff, who are always ready to help with any question.
3.6
nothing
rooms are tiny -about 5 square meter.
no storage whatsoever for your belongings.
service second to none.
staff of trainees that doesn’t speak English.
air conditioning only works after repeated calls.
sleeping under a bridge is more fun probably
