It's your turn to luxuriate in sleek modern architecture right in the heart of California's original wine country - the Russian River Valley. This purpose-built residence offers indoor/outdoor living at it best. Conceived as the ideal space for two adult couples, the spacious dual master suites are separated by gracious open-plan living areas that flow seamlessly through multi-panel sliding walls of glass onto the covered terrace and vineyards beyond.
Here you will live like a grape! Known for warm days and cool nights, the Russian River Valley AVA is considered the perfect climate for both chardonnay and pinot noir grapes, but you might prefer sipping your award-winning wine by the outdoor gas firepit or cranking the air conditioning and ceiling fans to beat the mid-day sunshine. Conveniently located to downtown Santa Rosa, WineCamp offers easy access to 100’s of wineries and the New Russian River Brewing Windsor location.
The expansive single-level floor plan is furnished in a unique and eclectic mix of mid-century modern favorites and comfortable contemporary pieces. Warm-hued fabrics, distressed wood, soft leather, and concrete are punctuated with playful pops of color. Original art and artifacts add to the truly couture vibe of the professionally designed interior. You will also appreciate the high-quality bedding, pillows, comforters, free WiFi, Amazon Fire TV, and separate laundry room.
The fully appointed chef's kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, Master Chef cookware, Wusthof knives, and all the goodies. Come home from a day of visiting wineries/breweries, shopping, or exploring to unwind on the terrace, where you can sear steaks on the gas grill while the golden hour sunshine illuminates the vines of Hartford Family’s Bellflower vineyard.
Linens and towels are of the highest quality: Brooklinen sheets and organic Egyptian cotton towels.
Both master bathrooms are stocked with salon quality Nexxus hair products and Aveeno body wash.
The caretaker’s workshop and studio is located to the South of property and is not included in your rental. It may be occupied during your stay. Please do not disturb. Thanks

Quiet and private property with beautiful view of a vineyard. Everything one would need for preparing meals is provided. We had a lovely stay.

Perfect for two couples who enjoy tasting Wines and Sonoma. Everything that we needed was there.

We absolutely love this house!! This was our third time staying in this house and we love it more each time. It was like coming home. The house has everything you need for a very comfortable, enjoyable stay. The views from the patio are of a beautiful vineyard. It has a fire table and comfy chairs to enjoy a glass of wine after a day of wine tasting. The kitchen has all the essentials needed to stay in and make dinner! The beds are very comfortable and the linens are perfection. The house is perfect for two couples with its two identical primary suites. Location is great, so close to grocery stores, coffee shops, wineries and even the Santa Rosa airport if needed. We can’t wait to come back to “Wine Camp” some day!

Wonderful view. Great place.

House was amazing! Perfect for two couples.

The house was perfect for 2 couples in wine country. So comfortable and accommodating! We enjoyed the back patio for take out dinners and bottles of wine. If you’re planning on doing wineries closer to Napa/Rutherford/Yountville, then just know it’s a good 1 hour drive. If you’re going to Healdsburg, it’s a more convenient 20 min drive. We also enjoyed downtown Santa Rosa which was only 10-15 mins away.

This is our second stay at this beautiful home. We are already looking forward to #3. Perfectly located, immaculately clean, with luxury everywhere. Great beds, plenty of hot water, and immediate contact with the owner helping with our one question. Don’t hesitate to book this great home.

The property was even better than described. It was fantastic for two couples and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. Close to wineries and restaurants but on a secluded dead end street with the back patio that overlooks a vineyard. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

Highly recommend this property. Everything is exactly like the pictures - no surprises. This is in a quiet part of Santa Rosa down a small street. Far enough - but close enough to freeway and groceries. Wine tasting and amazing restaurants very close. The views are breathtaking - you don't even need to sit outside to enjoy because of the expansive windows.
Communication from the beginning was perfect. I had a couple of questions while I was there, and received my answers within 5 minutes. Water pressure was great. Beds and bedding were extremely comfortable, and the towels were plush vs. threads I get at other places. The two suites were a huge size. I'm pretty picky, and I would actually live here.

Amazing property and location. Close to everything, wish we had more time there. The house had everything we needed-grill, kitchen supplies, a stocked cupboard of spices and coffee. Beds were super comfortable. Great layout for 2 couples to stay.

Our stay with friends at “Wine Camp” was lovely. The property had a beautifully landscaped backyard with views of Sonoma County vineyards. Quiet and peaceful patio area with fire pit was nice to come home to after a day of exploring the wine country. Kitchen was well stocked and having two separate master suites was a plus. The host was responsive before and during our stay.

We were celebrating two birthdays in our group and decided to center our trip around Safari West, Golf, and Massage, with a couple outings to downtown for lunch/garden tour at Luther Burbank home. It was perfect, even in March when the weather can still be a bit iffy. Perfect stay ~ the house was great, though using the faucets/shower on/off for hot and cold water was a bit challenging (no clues on the knobs, and the water took awhile to get there), kitchen was a dream, layout of home was perfect for two couples and central location for our needs. Neighbors were all nice and friendly but there were a few interesting cars parked nearby. Beautiful sunset on our first night after the Safari (which was also awesome!!!), guys loved golf at Windsor and Rooster Run even tho it was a bit muddy, and we had a fabulous hike in Trione-Annadel State Park (7.5 miles…just green lushness everywhere and a wonderful creek to walk along before hitting the elevation). Best Day Spa was also super close by, and was hands down the best massage we’ve had, and very reasonably priced. John was a great host and available if needed, but no issues at all so we never met. Beds, linens, kitchen panty and stock were above expectations. Very organized and clean. Will come again!

Wonderful location, architecture and amenities. The ability to open up large glass walls and incorporate the outdoor space made watching sunsets over the winery fantastic! I hope we can visit Wine Camp again.

This house is our favorite rental house we have stayed at! The owners have thought of every detail to make the stay a comfortable one. It was our second stay there and it felt like we were coming home! Upon arrival we had a great conversation with the owner who recommended some fabulous wineries in the area, which there are so many, it was hard to choose. He was right, some of the best wines and tasting experiences we had were within 15 minutes. As for the house, it is perfection! We love everything about it. The layout is perfect for two couples or 4 friends, with two identical primary suites separated by the living space between them. The kitchen has everything you need to make any meal at the house. The bedrooms are private, with very comfortable beds and bedding. Each bedroom has access to the beautiful patio, which is where we spent every evening by the fire table watching the sunset over the vineyard behind the home. The location is quiet, and within a short driving distance to grocery stores, coffee shops and so many wineries and breweries. We stayed 5 nights, and it just still wasn’t enough. We highly recommend this house for your stay!! We hope to make it a yearly visit!

The property was exactly as advertised. The perfect set up for two couples, with the bedrooms on opposite ends of the house, each felt like it’s own separate suite. The location was perfect for our stay and exploration of the Healdsburg, Sebastopol, Glenn Ellen area. Most places we went were 20 - 30 minutes, and we were typically able to drive more scenic routes instead of just the highway. The back patio was a delightful place to end each day, watching the sun set over the adjacent vineyard. We would highly recommend this property and location.

Breathtaking
This house was exactly as described. It was beautiful and the sunsets were amazing. The location was perfect for someone who wants to get away and relax but able to experience everything Sonoma has to offer. John was very easy to get in touch with and the house had everything we needed.

Phenomenal house!
Everything about this house exceeded expectations-it truly looks like the amazing pics online (so many listings don’t!!). It was all the little touches; alclad cookware, fully stocked kitchen with everything we needed to cook and enjoy hanging at the house at night, comfy furnishing, wonderful shampoo/conditioner/bath wash,, comfy beds, perfects linens, the list goes on. The only thing I would suggest are small tables on the patio so that there is a spot to put your wine glass while you are sitting on the patio watching the sun set! Worth every penny!!!!

Indoor/outdoor living at its best
Four of us stayed here for a 5 night stay and really enjoyed it. The view in the morning and at sunset was amazing, and we kept finding ourselves coming back to enjoy a glass of wine on the patio. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect for two couples with split master suites. Outdoor space was so relaxing and inviting. Loved the vibe!

Absolutely perfect
Where to start? The pictures are great but still fall short of the reality. We were two couples who have used VRBO many times. This proved to at the very top.
Beautiful matching king bedded suites provided great privacy when not sharing the common areas. A fully equipped professional kitchen met all of our needs. The neighborhood was very quiet so we were able to enjoy the beautiful backyard patio.
The only minor problem, most likely our fault, was immediately corrected when John sent us a person to start the fire pit.
We just hope we can find future vacancies so we can return ASAP. This place is perfect for two couples. Thanks, John.

Wine getaway
Great location & perfect house for 2 couples. It was nice to find a house with 2 king beds. It was the most well stocked kitchen we’ve ever had in a VRBO. Indoor & outdoor seating for meals with a nice grill too. We’d definitely stay again!

Great location for some wine tasting.
Great location for two couples. Lovely patio for grilling/relaxing after a day of wine tasting in Napa Valley, Russian River, and Dry Creek areas. Felt just like home and just as advertised.

Amazing views!
My wife and I stayed for three nights with another couple and the house was amazing. It’s very close to so much but so very quiet. We loved the sunsets over the vineyard in the back as well as the gas fire pit. The kitchen was very well appointed with everything we needed and the beds were SO soft! Communication with the owner was great and check in/out was a breeze! Highly recommend this house for a couples getaway!

Wish we could have stayed a month
There isn’t a thing we would change about this property.
The layout and design of the house provided us complete privacy overlooking a vineyard and the beautiful sunsets around the firepit in the evenings. The master suites are separated which was great for the early risers as not to disturb our housemates.
This is a property we will return to in the future. Thank you John for every detail of this gorgeous house!

Stunning contemporary
We (2 couples) spent 4 nights at Wine Camp and absolutely loved it. Clean, well appointed and the views at sunset were stunning. Great base camp for our visit to some amazing Sonoma wineries like Arista, Three Sticks, Iron Horse., MacRostie to name just a few. Took early morning walks next vineyards and strawberry fields. Highly recommend Wine Camp!

Absolutely stunning!!
This house is absolutely one of the best rental properties we have stayed in! We loved everything about it! The location was perfect for wine tasting in Alexander Valley, Russian River Valley. The wines in this area are phenomenal! We did drive to Napa and Anderson Valley also, both beautiful drives to add to the wine tasting experience. Now the house itself, WOW!! From the moment we stepped in the front door, we were in love! The house is so clean, well cared for, beautiful decor, it had all the amenities you could ever need while visiting wine country! The bedroom/bathroom suites were perfect for two couples, both being identical so no arguing over who got the best room. The outdoor living space becomes part of the indoor space with three walls of patio doors opening completely to the patio. We ended up spending all of our evenings just enjoying the wines we had purchased from the wineries we went to during the day, sitting by the gas fire table. The beds are so comfortable with the best linens. The kitchen had everything we needed to make dinner at home, which we preferred doing just so we could spend more time in this house! The owners of this property have thought of everything to make a visit to wine country perfect!! You will not be disappointed with this property! We hope to go back someday. We did not want to leave this amazing property!!

Awesome retreat with great sunset view
This home is spectacular. Two master bedrooms, large kitchen with ample dishware and supplies, a spacious living room looking out over a vineyard. The living/dining room wall of windows open fully to create a lovely indoor/outdoor space. The sunset behind the vines painted the sky for an hour after sunset. Highly recommend this property!

Beautiful Vineyard Oasis!
We loved everything about this property! It has a beautiful vineyard view. The decor was mid century and the beds were super comfortable. It’s located on a quiet lane but close to restaurants, wineries, etc. We are looking at staying again later in the year!

A No Cal wine region get-away VRBO rental.
Great House to stay in. We loved the construction, the space planning, the upscale appliances, and retro furnishings. The beds were so nice that our friends are buying the same mattress!
A bit of a drive to Napa, but there are so many wineries to explore, you can't see them all anyway.
